I'm glad that this episode (our) Phu addressed the issue that by being with him Cir is (if from an alternate world) cheating on the Phu from that world.

It's bothering me that Cir would knowingly so quickly try to be with Phu from this world without thinking how his Phu would feel about it.

The only way I could see it as not cheating is if his Phu is dead, or they broke up or Cir is from our world but could see his alt self with alt Phu & wanted to have the same experience with this world's Phu?
