The news don't include a link to any scientific publications. In a cursory google scholar search I could find many papers co-authored by Professor Gallegos, on this and related topics, including this 2017 paper on some of the results mentioned on the above linked news articles. Professor Gallegos is the last author on a long list of authors, which suggests she is the most senior researcher in a laboratory (which makes sense if she's been researching this topic for 20 years). I could not find the paper that reports 100% effectiveness on patients with HPV and no lesions Considering the previous paper is from 2017, it's likely that the new results either have not been published yet, or have been published too recently to be easy to find in a search engine.

Either way, the 100% effectiveness is supposed to be on patients who have no lesions. The reported effectiveness is lower on patients who are already suffering from lesions that will lead to cancer. Still, the treatement seems to be really effective and the only side effects are pain and cramps (which are to be expected for any cervical treatement) that go away naturally, so these news are really exciting and I hope they continue to get good results and maybe this treatement will be available to the general public in a few years? Idk it seems the current treatement for HPV is a mix of "wait for it to heal naturally" and "remove cancerous warts surgically".
