This week is #teacherappreciationweek ❤️ . I graduated from WCHS and I am so fortunate to have been teaching there for the past seven years. Some of the best people I will ever know work in this building. These are the men and women who helped me love to learn and they are the same men and women who are helping me become a better educator and person every day. . I’ve gotten to see their art, hear their music, read their poems, read their books, talk about life... I’ve gotten to share vulnerable moments with them and share moments of strength. I’ve been supported and loved more than I deserved to be... All of those things- those things are in the hearts of these teachers. . First official teacher day back at school! My husband started my year off right by treating me to an awesome pack of my favorite marker pens!!! . As I was working away, I took off my sweater and found a sticker from my favorite 5 year old! It brightened my day immensely!! I love being Auntie Erin to my bestie’s babies ❤️❤️ . Now I’m home ❤️ watching our puppies play and waiting for Josh to join us.
