I just had this happen. I am so angry right now my hands are shaking.

As you all know, I am horrified by the tragedy in Parkland, and all of the others. I finally said “NO MORE!!” and I am researching, writing, getting my facts straight, trying to find the truth in the midst of both the Democrats and the Republicans as they play the game of “No!! It’s YOUR Fault!!”

They should be utterly ashamed of it and I deeply wish that I had gotten a screenshot of it in the few seconds it was up on screen before it switched to another ad, but I was so shocked, so angry and heartsick that I was lost for actions, let alone words.

Well, now I’m not. These are my words, I am not going to stand for this any longer! I will not let these bastards wield their money like a...I was going to write “like a club, bludgeoning us all with it” ...ironic, considering...

They. Must. Pay

Get these people out of elected office, We all need to rise up, take our power BACK! The declaration of independence reads, in part - 

“... Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it ...” It isn’t just our RIGHT, it’s our DUTY to make sure that the people that are represented - not by those who are drunk with power, and have been utterly corrupted by the money that flows through D.C. - but by people of conscience, by people that actually represent - fairly and fully - the will of the people! This has to end, it has to end twenty years ago, let alone yesterday...tomorrow might be too late to prevent yet another atrocity, yet another travesty, from happening.

If I was paid to hand someone a gun that I thought they might use, and they kill someone. I would be charged as an accessory to murder after the fact WHETHER OR NOT I KNEW they did it !!! That’s how the justice system works. If I’m paid to let someone SELL guns to the person and that person then kills someone, I’m a politician. Neither I, or the company (or gun store, or gun show...)  that sold (or endorsed) the high-clip capable, full-auto capable weapon is responsible. I thought that corporations were people now, so since they have all the rights, let’s give them all the responsibilities too.

How about we start with not enabling anyone, anywhere, ever, to murder children?

“When two elephants fight, it’s the grass that suffers”. In 2014 there was a total of 51,319 gun violence incidents in the US. There was a total of 12,561 deaths and 22,884 injuries all due to gun violence. What both parties involved in gun violence incidents fail to realize is that they are not only effecting both parties involved, but the loved ones that have direct relationships with them. A parent left with out a child, a child left without a parent, a sibling left with out a sibling, etc. And on the other side of the gun, you leave your family to deal with your incarceration and legal issues. At what point will humanity realize that it is the pen that is mightier than the sword, and if you live by the sword than you will most likely die by the sword.
