I'm pleasantly surprised that a Lotus question got answered during the Reddit AMA last week

I mean. We knew this already. Both the idea of the Space Mom system living in harmony and that "How Natah became Lotus" is a big spaghetti pile of unreliable narrators telling stories. It's a live service game and live service story so they've gotta milk things by prolonging plot lines and slotting in more mysteries lol.

There's a bitchass line in New War final fight where he said "You never truly knew her. What she most needs" which is arrogant as shit coming from him but I wouldn't put it past DE to hide tiny nuggets of truth in his deception.

But maybe now we'll get dialogue of Natah revealing that she's always had a massive crush on Margulis and her dead body yearning for aspects of Humanity so in a cruel twist of fate the Indifference promised her a life a Sentient like her could have never dreamed of only to toss her into b****'s hands to get transformed into Lotus/Margy instead. (<- lesbian crack theory)

But ooohhhhhh I really need to hear the Lotus system talk more about themselves and their memories now that their brainwashing is undone. Especially if we're really going back to the Orokin Era... That's a total treasure trove of Tenno and Lotus lore being brought back into relevancy. Maybe with time travel we'll finally get unbiased recounts of events now.

Or maybe they'll pull a Jade Shadows Stalker on us and ruin everything we liked about the character 😁
