The time has come again! Hotfixing will be paused while we lock in for Warframe: 1999 (releasing in December!) and the separate Xaku Prime release, which is coming November 13!

One important note: during this downtime, the iOS team may continue to Hotfix to tackle performance improvements exclusive to the Mobile platform!

I don't know if this is breaking news or a known fact but I found this bug on the Dormizone Captura Scene: my "Operator" (?) bugged and at first I thought it was only a funny bit until...

Context: Before the recording I turned on Friendly Fire to test the energy color of Caliban's siblings during combat. The very moment I got off the pause menu I heard that laughter and Jade (Smeeta) started attacking "me" and the laughter just went on and on and on so I decided to restart everything and record...

Now this exists for a reason, right? The Operator is getting possessed at some point in the story?

Are we going to fight ourselves? Drifter is going to do it? a warframe is? maybe are we getting a Lotus playable sequence and She is going to calm us like we calmed her during The New War (Drifter Camp sequence)?

Is this only for a "cinematic" use? Like on a invulnerability phase to taunt the player...

Hey peeps who are really good at Captura, how do you get into it? I'm not a photographer by nature and just wanna play with my warframes like little dollies more effectively but I just sorta just go off vibes lmao. namely is there a way to change it saving from a jpeg to a png? that's been bugging me the most tbh. General tips and help etc. appreciatedddd (being directed to good guides would be nice, couldn't really seem to find any on my own?)

Current Activities in Warframe #9

So I'll be pushing Zariman likely for a while. One of the incarnon melee weapons needs 15 Voidplume Pinions which are the hardest to get because they only come off void angels and the odd trade from that one NPC every eight hours. I hear it's very powerful.

I got my first Incarnon off of Steel Path Circuit. The bolter. Ol' Reliable. It's the first weapon after the Braton I had for a bit and did fine damage on its own, then a mentor helped me relic-pop for the prime variant and it still holds the spot for my third most used primary to this day. My research told me the Telos Bolter (from Arbiters rep, my current active pledge) has a proc that's either bugged or just easy to proc in its own right so it's apparently the prime candidate for the incarnon upgrade and it shows. It's ever so slightly outperforming my Tenet Arca Plasmor but only just barely, considering its damage against Eximus is actually quite shit until I can get the incarnon form charged up.

I'm excited to get the Praedos because it seems charging incarnon on it is super easy; just a matter of getting combo points. The evolution tasks for it don't look terribly difficult either.

So there's a lot here that I want and it's one of the only reputations in the game that isn't complete bullshit. I'm basically soft locked to rank 3 on Entrati despite them also having a lot of useful stuff but it requires a lot of irritation to do so. Do three different activities to trade in for tokens that eventually trade into a different type of token to give to Grandmother for her own special token that gives the most rep. Or mind numbingly spam mother bounties and turn her tokens in by the thousands. And during all those 'activities' (I despise fishing in games I have no idea why all my RPG's keep forcing it in there), I end up being shot or lunged at. Cetus is the worst because the grineer can range you down.

I've maxed Zariman already but it's really just a matter of trading in voidplumes; a lot of which you get fairly naturally just spamming the bounties. I'm about to lose 30 quills to the Praedos and that's a lot of rep to kill but it'll be worth it.

Shorter post than the rest but I wanted to put something down 'on record' for what I'm working towards. The Zariman also has a bunch of scenes I think would be cool for Captura, and I've pushed my molt augmented towards rank 3 so that will survive for a little while on its own. 30% strength is better than nothing, it's basically free power as I get kills.

This is some crazy bug that I just found. I just wanted to take a photo of Kahl, but when I chose the Deimos scene, it wasn’t Kahl who appeared, but a warframe with Kahl’s armor. God, I screamed like a seagull - it’s just incredibly funny ahahahaaahah

heres another bug dump i guess

theres a bug that can be very useful for people who want to use captura with multiple warframes but dont have a lot of friends

let an amalgam heqet or the arca version copy your frame but right before the spectralyst spawns in, kill the heqet. it can take a few tries, but eventually youll be able to keep the spectralyst alive and fully colored without a heqet bothering you. if you only have a secondary equipped then the spectralyst wont be able to attack you either (unless they have an exalted weapon). it doesnt copy syandanas, sigils, or attachments though.

a good number of bugs in the orbiter captura:

your operator gets stuck here. a lot. the moment you transfer, you will be stuck here. its a pain in the ass to deal with. the only way ive found to get rid of it is to spawn into a fresh session, enable friendly fire, kill your operator, use nekros’s desecrate, and wait like 5 mintues. do not transfer to your operator before this time because you will be double stuck.

and i gotta keep the methods on this one a secret but you can do this

i might explain it another time but it requires a good number of steps so meh.

also it seems like de is never gonna fix the positions of the skyboxes and the orbiter. press F to pay respects to space worm
