#I'm so sad........#in general lol#i havent seen my therapist in over a month#its freaking me the heck out#so much has happened#but also if i dont talk to him for a while it starts making me anxious#which Heavily affects my school performance and my ability to do things#when i'm anxious i also tend to get frustrated easier and mad......#oof#wanted to talk about going on antidepressants bc my mom thinks theyd do better than antianxiety meds#idk if i wanna go on meds but i do feel very depressed lately#and i think my mom knows better#shes been through this before with my older sister#and i think the antidepressants helped#maybe#we dont talk about it much#buuutt i have been on antianxiety meds and those just kinda... made me more anxious???#so to be frank i'm a little scared#but i guess im always a little scared of things#i've also been thinking about pride month and my birthday#i wanna go to a pride event but... i dont want my family to come#im a bit embarrassed of... being prideful#my mom isnt very.. ummm.... into political statements?#and my dad is too quiet#maybe my sister could take me if she could drive :(#and then my birthday!#i'm gonna be 17 on june 6th#17#dancing queen age#i'm hella hyped but..... i dont like being nearly 2 years older than all of my friends
