honestly rivers keeps beating the dead horse of summer nostalgia and california and im #tired like most of the songs are meh. like they’re not that bad but white album was definitely better. i like Happy Hour but thats about it and even then its very very different from what they usually do

people are calling it raditude 2 but that feels a little extreme tbh, its not godawful. seems like it’ll be between that album and the white album (so like... 5/10, maybe a 6 if i like the rest of the songs)

why do people do this though?

personally, I use my likes as bookmarks for posts that I wanna keep with me forever (reference stuff, favourite artwork and fics, meta, discourse), so I used to clear my likes out habitually, because at the same time, I used my likes for a “read later” function, too

but now I’ve changed the way that I like posts and my “read later” posts are overtaking my bookmark posts by a lot, so I created a sideblog for them. now I just need to find the time to actually go through all of my likes and transfer them over to the right place, but that means clearing everything, too, because tumblr always crashes if I go in too far ಥ⌣ಥ
