The Wander Over Yonder Pilot...

I finished watching the pilot on Archive.org because the original upload was taken down and I did not expect it to hit me in the feels like this. I thought the pilot would not be that different from the real episode but..... wow.... The art style and everything was so nostalgic to watch and the ending just especially hit hard. I wish Chester was in the show I wish the kid was in the first episode and I really wonder why they were scrapped because her interactions with Wander in both of the pilots were so wholesomee and the old designs of the Bingleborps were so good and I don't know if this show will ever get season 3 but I really hope it does because it's so good and there was so much more that was planned and it did not deserve to end the way that it did ugh WHHYYYYY DID THIS WONDERFUL SHOW GET CANCELLED WHY WHY WHYYYY literally about to cry this was so good... 10/10 I would watch all of it again

JUST WATCHED THE LEAKED WOY PILOT!!!!!!!! It was, as I expected, literally just the first episode with some minor changes. Sylvia, Peepers and Hater all sounded slightly different(despite having the same VAs as in the actual show), the designs were all slightly(or in Sylvia's case INCREDIBLY) different, etc etc. Wander and Hater's personalities stayed mostly the same from pilot to show, but Peepers had like. A different energy that's really hard to describe, and Sylvia was an ENTIRELY different person omg- she was so much more anxious and unwilling to fight in the pilot damn. The sound design was also pretty different. I also like King Bingleborp a lot more in the pilot- Idk why he just has a better vibe.

Sylvia and Peepers, and WOY Pilot!!

Ok!! Here a new post about Sylvia and Peepers 💪✊💯. This relates to the Wander Over Yonder pilot released a little over a couple of weeks ago in Youtube. By the way, have you already gone to see it?

Back on topic, about the storyboard presentation I can't help but notice some differences in the current designs of Sylvia and Peepers in this pilot.

Specifically, in Sylvia the difference is clearly seen in her mouth being a bit funnel-like 😘 but otherwise the rest of her design remains the same.

And in Peepers, the physical change is not much but the lightning bolt point of his helmet is something different from what he currently has because in the pilot it looks more like Lord Hater's the light brilliant gold lightning bolt horns.

Regarding their personalities, there is none different, Sylvia and Peepers are presented as they are in the broadcast seasons, and well this pilot is largely the episode "The Greatest" with a little more violence (just a little bit 😉). But that's something I really love about the pilot, is this cute face of Sylvia when she says "that's so Precious" when Wander exchanges his hat with Peepers' helmet 🥰.

Anyway, this pilot has really been a refresher for the WOY fandom, I'm glad they were able to share it.
