Current Progress on my "PS1 style" Handler Walter model

I followed a tutorial to make this model, and made a few small tweaks to it myself. Although I had some trouble at a few points, I feel like it's coming along alright so far. However, there are a few things I might want to change, one being the head. Although I'm not an expert on PS1 games, I feel like the head might have a bit too many polygons. I also cut some of the quadrilateral polygons into triangles to fix them because they looked concave, but I'm not sure if it's really that good to be using a combination of quadrilaterals and triangles. Anyway, since I'm a beginner at stuff like this, criticism and tips are appreciated. More pictures below.

Again, I kind of don't like the head all that much and I'm thinking of changing it. Here's a closer look at the areas with triangles that I'm unsure about.

I think I should also mention that the reason it has one arm up and one arm down is because I decided to rig it before doing things like making textures and setting up UVs and whatever. Probably not the best thing to do before being fully finished with the model, but it's already done.
