— hesh was a PLAYA capital P. he bought home girls all the time and would play music (definitely punk) really loud whenever they were in his room. cue to their mama going "ah, boys.." while logan is lowkey crashing out. hesh matured eventually when he got serious about the military

— during missions logan would stare at hesh ("his little brother stare") until hesh gets annoyed and goes "literally what do you want"

— logan didn't really like when keegan started calling him "kid" only because thats what elias called him (+ hesh) but he eventually gets over it

— hesh really likes merrick, even if he would never admit that. he warms up to him quickly after becoming a ghost and sees him as an uncle. thats unc

— more on merrick/hesh, they def work in comfortable slience together and sometimes when the nights get too bad merrick will sit with hesh for HOURS and listen to him talk. if it makes hesh feel at least a little more better, it's worth it

— this one is pretty angsty but after their mama passed, elias stopped taking care of himself and wouldn't really take care of the boys either, besides meals and driving them to school. this is where hesh definitely started mothering logan heavily. hesh would make him meals, lay out clothes for him for school, pack them lunches, take him to the boardwalk or to the beach or to walk riley. cue to hesh standing over logan watching him sleep because he had some irrational fear that he wouldn't be breathing (one time logan woke up and they both screamed)

— more lighter: when logan met keegan and started to get to know him, he was really annoyed by the guy LMFAO mofo talking bout the good ol days and staring at logan to wait for his input and logan getting uncomfortable cus he's like wtf are you talking about. I don't know you

can't stop thinking about how elias said that back in their childhood logan followed hesh to the point he walked on his footprints. and how logan is trained to survive in a wilderness. and how quiet he is.

and elias paired him with sniper keegan mostly. who's famous for his one-man operations (translation of fed's sniper report for example) and stealthy style of combat. merrick mentioned in a first meeting that he usually supports them.

i mean maybe elias saw a potential in logan to become a swiss knife type of soldier who's able to do single missions and support so that's why he paired him up with keegan. also first line from keegan is literally 'watch and learn, kid'.

To me Walruss pre pit is like... Logan's really got a crush on Keegan and Keegan is highkey baffled but very flattered at the same time. And they're really sweet to each other navigating the start of all that junk while also being lk a forbidden love trope just because... they're on the same team and dating. That's a no no.

Then post pit it's Logan scrambling around being feral while Keegan tries to hose the gore off of him and yk Keegan's mad Logan keeps 1) Running away from the hose and 2) Actively making the mess worse by committing more horrors, but that's somehow not a deal breaker for Keegan. He just goes "Rotten work, it's mine, GET OVER HERE!" and on Logan's ends this is all foreplay. He does that shit for other reasons but he also really likes that Keegan's running after him with a hose. They also find each other insufferable in a very endeering way.
