               There was a sharp intake of breath before she finally pushed some words out of her mouth , her right hand still pressed against her left shoulder where she had been stabbed . ❝  I’ve learned that in situations like this , it’s best to just stay calm , or at least act like you’re calm , because when you’re calm , the people around you are more than likely going to remain calm . Or at least for the most part . ❞ Truth be told , Lydia wasn’t exactly that calm , she was freaking out on the inside , but she was just trying to hide it for the other’s sake .

She tried to keep in mind what her sister, Maggie, would do in the situation. Letting out an exasperated sigh when she figured the answer would be ‘cooperate’. She hesitated for a moment before slowly lowering her bow and putting it to the ground, obviously putting to much trust into his previous words. “Let’s just get this over with.”

Even if she figured that her sister would want her to cooperate it didn’t mean she wouldn’t be a bit snappy.

          as her knees bend, so do his. the moment her bow feels the grass, so does his semi-auto. he wasn’t LYING; why would he? if he wanted her dead, she’d BE dead. griffin could’ve gotten her from the trees an HOUR ago; he’s honestly curious, and maybe he’s desperate for social interaction.  ❝ see? just wanna talk. ❞
