The obsession with safety and certainty leaves no room for freedom and uncertainty. The need for such control in the one-way systems leads to rigidity. In order to move through life, one must flow. . Without flow, there is no movement. Without movement, there is no healing. Without healing, there is no wisdom. Without wisdom, no transcendence. . One-way is not always the only way. Be wary of any person or teachings proclaiming as so. If something feels “off” it probably is, but only you can answer and know for yourself. . Everything is an invitation; that is my rule, not the exception. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa. And that is okay. For me, there are too many teachings that keep us passive encouraging us to hold ourselves back. We have to be willing to hold ourselves forward. To get shaky and scare ourselves open. We are not here to be asleep or watch from the sidelines. We are here to wake up and activate. Participation is a must. Getting up again and again is vital. . If you want to change your life, you’ll need to challenge your life. #wakeupandlove
