My annual fall rewatch is Hart Of Dixie NOT Gilmore Girls...

I cannot stand that much Lorelei, she's unbearable to me I'm sorry! I can watch some episodes here and there (especially anything involving Jess) or I could tolerate a rewatch but skipping lots of episodes per season, especially the last seasons

But Hart of Dixie? I can watch everything, it feeds my soul with a beautiful ending

Hart of Dixie Rewatch ⤷ 1x01 "Pilot"

Well, you tell "Daddy" that if my medical career hasn't been killed by my mother, or the chief of surgery at New York Hospital, it most certainly won't be by some Southern xenophobe dressed up like a stick of butter.

I cannot stay silent any longer. This is how Hart of Dixie should have ended:

Zoe and Wade together, obviously:

Lavon, Annabeth, and her adorable dresses together, as god intended:

George and Tansy together:

with Lemon pursuing a business or education opportunity out of town, finally finding the independence she's been looking for since S2:

Tansy opening a brick and mortar salon with an investment from her silent partner George:

And George and Lemon getting back together, having spent the last three years changing and growing:

Most importantly, Tom and Wanda forever!

the more I rewatch hart of Dixie the more I get upset about the relationships 😭

George and Tansy definitely should’ve been endgame, especially as a mirror to Zoe and Wade. George and AB were rushed and lacked chemistry, I seriously can’t stand that they were endgame. Plus AB deserves more than ending up with the guy that Lemon was with for half their life.

AB deserved THE WORLD. We first got introduced to her as wanting a baby with her husband, then when her husband left and she ended up finding love with Lavon and wanting his babies, she got her heart broken again. She was one of the best and underrated characters and deserved a love that was her own and got the babies she wanted !

Plus she did SO much for Lavon in the 1+ year that they were together and imagine how crushed she was that he put Lemon’s 6 week affair above their 1+ year relationship. Also green is SO her color.

I do however like Lemon and Lavon as well- it seemed like they were set to be endgame from the beginning. Their season 1 ‘will they, won’t they’ was incredibly palpable and I just couldn’t help but to root for them and love how he brought out the best in her rather than George.

Also even tho I love Zade always and am so glad they were endgame, I still would’ve loved to actually see George and Zoe get together and have a full relationship for once. I think season 3 would’ve been the perfect time instead of Joel (he’s a sweetie, but felt so wrong for Zoe) and Zeorge’s ending probably would’ve been when Wade started dating Vivian and Zoe loses it.

Basically justice for AB, the potential of Zeorge (not to be endgame ofc), and George and Tansy.
