Lucien's reaction to Nova's betrayal is so fascinating, because not only is he weirdly calm, he also says something like 'So that's why I've felt this kinship with you' and 'You were just doing what you had to survive, I'd never judge you for that'. And maybe he's just accepting like that, but idk. What do you mean you feel kinship with the spy and traitor, sir. What do you mean.

Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but what if the vampires are hiding something after all. What if that first scene where Vesper tests MC by having her steal fake correspondence is some sort of foreshadowing to the vampires betraying the Alliance. Am I making any sense here.
