I am retiring from art. I will no longer produce anymore art for the sake of production, i have given this a long an thorough thought, and i will no longer pursue this career path. What i have learned in my 13 years of making art, is that it never made me happy. It never made me the person i know i could be, and this will indeed be the end of an era. But definitely not the end, this is my pivot point to something much more exiting on the horizon :D i have chosen to go into filmmaking and script writing full on, i will instead of paintings put visual stories into the world. Instead of one frame to work with, i now get 24 per second which is a gift for someone that always needs more canvas :D I am happy, and i am ready to give everything i have to peruse this craft. I am ready to venture down the road to see what stories may lay by the roadside for me to pickup and couress. Ever since i was a child watching movies with my family was a holything, i treated it with the upmost respect, it was the glue combining us it was the gift of immersing ourselves into a story. And if i have the opportunity to share my stories with the world like that, and five other familyes a sense of wonder i will have for filled my life’s purpose on this planet.
