#tmi #fav part about vsg is the dice roll of gut problems like eith im constipated for a week or im shitting every other hour #today its the shits and gut pain #its hard to have normal bowel movements when i dont eat consistently #also also i have an eating disorder now called i dont feel hunger at all and my adhd wont let me eat half the time #also i did not realize it was a problem til i hit 114lbs and got smacked with the fact that thats getting close to 100lbs and thats way not #enough meat on me bones #so now that i have lost all this weight i need to gain some and then stay at the same weight #anyway im done shitting so im done talking thanks bye #sorry i share too much #vsgri #ritalks

Ok ok y'all I hit a milestone yesterday I'm at 149lbs which means I'm 60lbs down from when I first saw my surgeon

#which means im 80 down from my highest weight #like pain and energy were the biggest reason i had surgery and pain #whoah the pain levels since surgery are way way down like dude my baseline went from 5-6 to a solid 4 its amazing #on the other hand my energy levels are either the same as before or worse #but im doin good #aside from the nausea and absolute no hunger til my stomach ready to riot #i dont feel hungry and have to set reminders to eat #uuuuh aside from that im doing good #ritalks #vsgri

Also also since that appointment I've lost like 36in total like 8 around my hips specially which i can tell bc i had to get rid of my fav pair of shorts bc they jo longer fit like i spent a whole evening trying to kepp my shorts on my fuckin ass bc i hadnt realized how big theyd gotten
