The interpretation that they're a being that just wants to put humanity through rough times so we can overcome it is a very good one.

In the au with the different spritefusions (Vrita, Equdan, Haleri, Tavlux) what would be the davepeta/jasperose equivalents?
Oooooooooooooooooh let me see.
Okay so in canon, the alpha session pre scratch has 4 kernels and the 6 elements thrown at them are 6 people. 5 trolls and an AI. Resulting in Arquius, Tavris, Erisol and Fefeta, all of which die in their timeline in diferent ways
Tumblr media
Now for the diferent sprite fusion you're talking about, i used the exact same people from canon, but mixed them in a diferent order. Creating Haleri, Vrieta, Tavlux and Equdan. You can find the post about them HERE
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Who most likely didn't exploded and followed Davesprite and Nanna to John's planet and survived te timeline's errasure.
Tumblr media
Pic fo their Godtiers just for fun.
Now, Davepeta and Jasprose come from Post-Retcon, which means the 6 elements conforming the sprites are diferent this time around, forming, not only Jasprosesprite^2 and Davepetasprite^2, but also GcaTavrosprite and Arquiusprite (again).
Tumblr media
SO! all i need to do is pick all the canon people/creatures from the Post-Retcon Sprites and mix them in a diferent way. Like this!
Tumblr media
Giving us as a result something like this
Tumblr media
The fussion of Davesprite and Lil Hal, ultimate self and ultimate Strider, would most likely romantically pursue canon Jade, like Davepeta did in homestuck, but more successfully. Also be an amazing sword master due to the knowledge from all timelines.
Tumblr media
I mean, it would just be Cat-Equius, doesn't have the cool character develompent that Arquius had, but has nice guardian powers and he's not alergic to himself. Plus he's a cat like his moirail Nepeta
Tumblr media
Oh boy, Tavrospersprite^2 has by default achieved ultimate self and is afraid of nothing, because he has knowledge of all Tavros and has learned all their lessons in a second. Will call Vriska a bitch and proceed to kiss Gamzee in one breath, to inmedialty go fight some villain and disappear like a Cheshire cat (isn't alergic to himself because he now knows it's in his head)
Tumblr media
RosepetaSprite is a chill gal, and now has the habilities of drawing and writing, making her the ultimate autor. She's a little heartbroken about not being able to be with Kanaya or Karkat, because this timeline's Rose and Dave are dating them, but she won't let that bring her down
Tumblr media
Ironically Rosepeta is now conected to the other three sprites. Tavros having the memories of her cat and guide, Equius being her moirail and Davar being a fussion of a copy of her father and of her doomed brother who wanted to see her again. She has some heavy back-up now.

If Vasant is the God of Spring, who do you think are Gods/Goddesses of the other seasons?
All I could figure out was that Saraswati is called Sharada, so She's probably related to Autumn/Sharad, and that Indra and Satakshi are rain Deities.
Also, the Ambubachi Mela takes place during the Monsoon season, though I don't remember Kamakhya having much to do with rain.
Hmm that's an interesting question.
Yes Saraswati is probably related to autumn, and we can consider Varun, Satakshi and Indra as deities of monsoon perhaps. Some ppl also credit Shiva to rain so he can be in it too.
For summer I feel like solar deities take it up? Be it Mitra, Surya, Vishnu, Amsh, Ashvins or any other.
Now for winter, Hindus don't quite have any specific winter deities. We do have Vrita (yes that dude who Indra defeated) who is estimated to have represented winter before he became more related to drought and stuff, so we can consider him. Then we MIGHT consider Himavat, but again he's specifically the God of the Himalayas so again idk.

The inner meanings of the four Vedas, explained through the four Upanishads came out by churning, these are reflected in the great four truths (phrases). Great sages Adi Sankara searching an answer to the ever famous question “Who Am I “ will be revealed, if you understand the inner meaning of these Maha Vakyas ! Rig Veda , Aithareya Upanishad ; Prjnanam Brahma (Gyan is Brahma) Yajur Veda , Chhandogya Upanishad; Tatwamasi (It is You) Sama Veda, Bruhadaranyaka Upanishad; Aham Brahmasmi (I am Brahma) Atharva Veda, Mandookya Upanishad; Ayam Atma Brahma (I am Atma, hence I am Brahma) Your effort in search of an answer to the question “Who Am I” will bring you Here, though the route to reach Here is highly complicated, full of thorns. Modifying the earlier way of life practiced till now with major changes, adhering to the strict rules and advices of a Guruswami (3rd person)- Vrita, with dedication, devotion and determination and reaching at the end of the travel towards divine bliss, enlightenment- is the doctrine of Sanatana Dharama- i.e., Tat-Tvam -Asi. Strengthening of body and mind through tough rituals of vritha, you will be prepared to face any adversaries in the trekking route to Sabarimala. Passing through dense forest in the midst of wild animals and difficulties, with ‘Irumudi’ containing pooja materials and the most important “Neithenga” (Ghee filled Coconut) on the head you reached below the holy 18 steps to get a glimpse of the Lord, Swamy Ayyappa, Sree Bhootanatha, the head of Panchabhootas- Prithvi (Earth), Jal (Water), Agni (Fire), Vayu (Air) and Akash (Sky). Breaking a coconut symbolizing destruction of your ego, you climb the 18 holy steps, steps to your final goal of Moksha. Human body comprises 96 tatwa /doctrines / principles in which 18 are very important and are to be compulsorily avoided. The essence and purpose of the strict rituals during the Vrita are to prepare your body and mind to overcome these 18 vices. The first 5 steps represent Panchendriyas - 5 sense organs: eyes, nose, tongue, skin and ears, which always divert a person from his ultimate goal are to be under your control, though difficult in the worldly life, a truth-seeker should be able to acquire that mental power. The next 8 steps represent 8 negative characteristics which prevent man from attaining salvation: kaama (lust), krodha (anger), lobha (greed), moha (temptation), mada (pride), maatsarya (envy), ahankara (ego) and dambham (jealousy) which are to be removed from your mind. Next 3 steps represent Tri-gunas: Tamo guna (lowest of the three; selfish, ignorance), Rajo guna (a mixture of both Tamo and Sattva gunas) and Sattva guna (Rishi like good quality, selflessness, sacrificing for others); One has to come out of all these tri-gunas, which are derived from Panchabhootas.

1. It's been going pretty good - I've had a goal of writing 4-5K a week, and so far it's worked, even if a lot of it was on my assignment rather than stories. Still, it's writing, and it's good practice. I haven't really had any actual inspiration for any of my WIPs, at least in the way of "I can continue to write the story", but I did have ideas for short things that are technically the WIP but don't actually have anything to do with it, like my last FFF.
2. The "confrontation" between Rizurol, Mian, and Vrita in Brothers from other Mothers. Rizurol reveals Mian has a big secret and while Mian questions everything he knows, Vrita gets pissed because how dare Mian's father not tell him that and treat him the way he did, just because of something that (to her) insignificant?!? Something about the way Vrita gets all fired up for someone she's talked to maybe 3 times now just made me keep writing.

March 12th Check In
Hope you're all excited for this month! I want to do a big shout out to the people in the notes saying they've not managed to meet targets recently but are signing up again, that's what it's all about! ♥♥♥
A couple of mini-announcements:
...for the more observant among you, there's been a slight mistake this month, where I forgot to schedule any of the posts, so we're just writing off (punintended) the 5th March one (sorry), so should be doing them on 16th, 21st, 26th and 31st
If you're bored of my stale prompts/questions then feel free to message some suggestions and I'll pop them in
Another thanks to Eccaiia for our cool banner just bcos
Todays questions:
How's it all going? Have you been getting your teeth into it or has the inspiration fairy been playing fast and loose with your affections?
What's the last scene that pulled you in so you couldn't stop writing until it was finished?
Here's to everyone taking part in this month's challenge: @mischief-dream @galactic-mystics-writes @lacependragon @eccaiia @mschvs @wordsacrossemptypages @wildjuniperjones @the-aesthetician-writes @pluttskutt @imbrisvastatio @mariahwritesstuff @untethereddreams @andromedaexists @e-lisard

If you want really good writing that play with the concept of deity, I seriously recommend FGO. It got dealing with Deities occupying the same concept but from different place. How divinity work. How they came to be worship as Gods. The separation of Human and Gods because the two have become so incompatible. Vessels they use and so on. It's really amazing.
There's actually one event on the God Vrita as an antagonist. An evil dragon of India mythology that occupied the concept of blockage, obstacle or drought. However, when a god that based around punishment on "evil" judge them, they are not deemed evil. Because while Vrita enjoy being an impossible obstacle for people, what they enjoy most was how people managed to overcome those obstacle. The rewards and blessings that come after it. They are also revived Everytime they're killed, existing more as a natural phenomena. They don't even resent their killer either.
i've heard many things about FGO and i have a few friends that play, and it certainly sounds very interesting! Unfortunately I have banned myself from playing games with gacha mechanics because they make me sad ;w; maybe i'll look up some artwork and lore later

🔥Obstacles in Business and Sadhana - Do it yourself remedies 🔥
🌺 Try this simple remedy first, before spending money on astrologers and other costly remedies.
🌺 Ganesha is the lord for removing obstacles. Praying to Ganesha daily, will help remove obstacles. Daily prayers can include japa, dhyana and chanting astottara or sahasranama.
🌺 Visiting Ganapati temple on Fridays or at least on Chaturti days, will help in removing obstacles, especially if you take vrita on these days.
🌺 Breaking coconut in ganapti temple to remove obstacle is also advisable.
