Locked indoors for over 2 months and we’re still unsure when things will ease up. I don’t know about you but I for one am ever so thankful for the internet. I have decided to introduce recipes into the blog mix. If like me you get stuck sometimes on what to eat, I thought I could throw in some recipes for you to try, or even to just give you some inspiration. I’m starting off simple with My ‘3 ingredients’ tasty flatbread recipe, which should come in handy during this lockdown period and beyond. This recipe makes a delicious flatbread with only 3 ingredients! No yeast, no eggs, and no difficult techniques. In fact it’s a simple one bowl technique. I brush my flatbread with melted butter and chopped or minced garlic. which helps the bread to toast up and gives it a delicious garlic bread flavour. After cooking, I like to either eat it as is or add some grated cheese on top and grill it for a few minutes and voila you have tasty cheesy garlic bread. Imagine this homemade flatbread dipped into your favorite curries and stews or wrapped around fresh veggies and chicken.
