Top Signs of Battery Failure in VW You Need To Know
Tumblr media
Modern vehicles are highly dependent on electricity… From the GPS to wipers; almost all parts of a vehicle rely on electricity to function. There is a network of parts involved in meeting the vehicle's energy demands – the center of which is the battery. If it becomes weak, the vehicle will have difficulty getting the required amount of power and may start behaving abnormally.
VW Battery Failure: Top Contributing Factors
#1- Old age. Often, aging is blamed for the deterioration of a car's battery condition. After all, car batteries are made of chemicals that degrade over time… Therefore, it is advisable that you keep checking the condition of your vehicle's battery from time to time and consider replacing it if its life has crossed three to five years.
#2- Human error. When was the last time you had your Volkswagen battery checked??? We don't pay much attention to our car batteries… This is one thing that can cause premature battery failure. Also, bad driving habits like taking too many short trips can also contribute to premature battery failure in a vehicle.
#3- Bad weather conditions. Since car batteries rely on chemical reactions to store and discharge electric charge- they are vulnerable to extreme environmental temperatures. If your Volkswagen's battery gets exposed to extreme cold or hot temperatures for a very long time, it may fail prematurely.
VW Battery Failure: Top Recognizable Signs
#1- Car has trouble starting. Having trouble revving your Volkswagen engine??? One possibility is that your battery has gone bad. As said earlier, the battery provides the electrical energy needed for all parts of the car to function; including the parts involved in breathing life into the engine. If there is something off with the battery, there won't be enough power left for those systems to work. As a result, the vehicle would have trouble starting.
#2- Battery warning light. The appearance of this warning indicator often points to one thing- a dying battery. Other possibilities include a defective voltage regulator, a damaged alternator, a worn charging system wire, etc… In any case, a flashing battery light is something that should not be taken for granted. The reason behind the appearance of this warning indicator needs to be identified and repaired at the earliest convenience.
#3- Dim/ flickering car lights. Lately, have your Volkswagen instrument cluster lights been flickering and headlights appearing blurry??? This may point to a dying battery. If the battery has reached its maximum service life or has become weak due to prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions, it will no longer be able to meet the power demand of the lights, radio, and other major electrical components of the vehicle. As a result, the headlights would appear cloudy and the interior lights including the instrument cluster lights may start flickering.
#4- Visible damage. When you checked your Volkswagen's battery Last time, did it look swollen? A swollen battery case is never a good sign. There are many different things that can contribute to battery case swelling such as overcharging, exposure to extremely hot temperatures, damaged voltage regulator, etc… In any case, driving with a swollen battery is not safe. Therefore, if your Volkswagen battery appears swollen or leaking electrolyte, it is important that you get it checked by a certified professional.
#5- A rotten egg smell. Another distinctive sign of battery issues in a vehicle is the emergence of a sulfurous smell from the vehicle's interior. One more reason why such a smell may emerge is a defective or clogged catalytic converter. In any case, the appearance of such a smell is not something that should be left unaddressed.
VW Battery Failure: What Should Be Your Next Step?
Battery replacement…
If it happens to you that your Volkswagen battery doesn't have much life left then this should be your next step. Because leaving such an issue unaddressed may contribute to an array of different problems that may put a huge burden on your wallet.
To Conclude
The battery is what provides your car with the electrical energy it needs to perform various electrical activities. So it's important that you keep an eye on how your Volkswagen battery is performing. If you suspect a flaw, don’t hesitate to replace it.

This is fucking ridiculous. Btw the baby is okay, of course they broke the window glass.
My mom has a Volkswagen and when her key fob died and she couldn’t get in it, she had to call AAA. There was a keyhole on the car, but it was hidden and my mom had no idea.
Now, electric cars, especially Teslas, are dying in extreme heat and trapping people inside. Apparently Teslas Only have a manual release inside the car, that many people don’t know about and is utterly useless if a baby is trapped inside the car! It’s absurd.
There needs to be regulations against this, not having a way to use a fucking physical key to open a door is a potential death trap. And if you’re going to hide the keyhole and levers, (which btw why??) there should be a huge fucking instruction on how to use before they can even take the car off the lot.
So please, if you own an electric car please be aware of this problem and learn how to open your car without electricity. And if it can’t, like the Tesla from the outside, make sure you have a window breaking utensil. (Which btw, you should have anyway)

When to Call a Professional for VW Push Button Start Problems?
Tumblr media
Technology has made many things easier :) :) :)
Take push-button start for example... this technology has made cranking a car a whole lot easier. Unlike the traditional engine cranking method, the push-button start mechanism does not require the ignition key to be slid into the keyhole to start the engine. Simply, having the ignition key with you will do the trick. All you have to do is to keep the key in your pocket or laptop bag.
As you read this blog post, you will come to know;
  How does push-button start work?
What would cause a push button start to malfunction? &
What can you do to get the issue resolved?
Plus, we'll also discuss some of the early symptoms that could indicate a push-button start problem in a car. So, what are we waiting for… let’s get started.
Brief Discussion on the Working of Push Button Start System
For a push-button start system to work, the following three conditions must be met;
The vehicle must be in PARK
The brake pedal must be pressed
You must have a properly functioning key fob
The key fob essentially sends a unique signal. Upon detection of this signal, your vehicle's onboard computer will allow you to start the engine. This so-called keyless ignition system not only makes it convenient to start the car but also deters theft. But, just like any other system in your Volkswagen, the push button start system can malfunction. Want to know what can cause a vehicle's push button start system to malfunction? Well, read on to find out…
Things That Can Cause the Push Button Start System in Your VW to Malfunction
The push button start system of your Volkswagen can malfunction due to several different reasons. Some of them are listed below…
#1- Key fob battery is dead
If your key fob's battery has reached the end of its usable life, it will no longer be able to transmit the unique signal your vehicle's onboard computer relies on to activate the push-button start system. So, if your VW's keyless ignition is not working like it used to, have its key fob battery checked immediately. If it is dying, get it replaced.
#2- Key fob is damaged
Your VW's push-button start system will not work if the key fob is physically or water damaged. At the most basic a key fob is made of a short-range radio transmitter, a radio frequency identification chip, and an antenna. If any of these components malfunction, the push button start of your vehicle won't work. If the damage is beyond repair, you may need a new key fob.
#3- Fault in the vehicle
If nothing is wrong with the key fob, yet you are still having trouble starting your VW, the problem may be with the push button start system itself. The push-button start system has many different components including a computer. If there is something wrong with any of these parts, you will not be able to start your car.
#4- Electrical issue/ dead car battery
Your VW's push-button start system requires electricity to function. If there is something wrong with the battery or other components of your vehicle's electrical system, the push button start system will stop working. Check the condition of your vehicle's battery periodically and if you suspect a problem, replace it right away.
VW’s Push Button Start Not Working: Things That You Can Do
If you suspect a push button start problem in your VW, don’t take it for granted. Before you visit the nearest car service center to get the problem fixed, do the following checks;
Test the key fob battery to see if it is in good condition
Check if there is anything wrong with your vehicle’s battery
Check for signs of physical damage on the key fob
If the key fob has been damaged by water, you may need to replace it.
In Summary;
The push-button start system was intended to make our daily commute a whole lot easier. But, guess what? It can malfunction just like any other system. Therefore, if you suspect a problem with the push button start of your VW, reach out to a trusted car service center to get the problem resolved as soon as possible.

MG4 Bangkok challenge
Bjørn Nyland
P.S. Looks like a very good value electric car for daily commute and relaxing road trips...! The MG4 is a very good and economically sound choice compared to many other ICE and electric compact cars.
In addition, interior reviews and evaluations are subjective in most cases! I absolutely do not see anything with which the interior of the ID.3 would be much better, to justify the inadequately high price and the software full of errors...Volkswagen will have very real business problems if they continue to ignore LFP battery technology and efficient manufacturing…

Possible closures of Volkswagen plants in Germany raise concerns about industrial future
Volkswagen’s decision to consider closing some of its plants in Germany as part of a €10bn cost-cutting plan sparked consternation in the country’s car industry.
The move, combined with the early termination of a 30-year employment protection agreement, is seen as a broader signal of problems in Germany’s industrial sector.
German carmakers are facing competition from electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Tesla, as well as inflationary pressures, high energy costs, slow economic growth in Europe, and competition from Chinese car manufacturers.
The transition to EVs remains a challenge for the German automotive sector due to the introduction of various regulations and supply chain disruption. The sector is struggling with rising costs while making major investments in battery technology.
While German auto parts suppliers, such as Bosch and Continental, as well as other European carmakers resorted to firing tens of thousands of workers due to shrinking margins and demand, Volkswagen, which signed a job security agreement in 1994, has been unable to reduce its workforce.
Volkswagen Group CEO Oliver Blume planned to cut staff costs by one-fifth by 2026. However, after failing to meet his goal of saving €3 billion in two years, Blume announced plans to consider closing plants in Germany and cancelling the company’s 30-year job guarantee.
Challenges for automakers
After the plan was announced, management began negotiations with employees and their representatives. However, trade unions and the works council said that plant closures were unacceptable. German politicians also accused the European Union of creating numerous obstacles for carmakers.
The Volkswagen crisis also prompted the German government, which ended subsidies for EVs late last year, to announce potential new tax breaks for battery-powered cars. However, automotive expert Ferdinand Dudenhoffer stated:
If you look at [Czech carmaker] Skoda, they are successful. So it’s not the topic of the products and technology. It’s more or less the result of the structure of the laws in Germany. In a market which is going down, it is difficult for Volkswagen. Because it is the whole market. So the most important thing is that the German political system, Berlin made wrong decisions, which hurt the automotive industry.
Dudenhoffer suggested that European carmakers should co-operate more with China to become more competitive and stay stronger.
It would be very important to build up a strong European market for electric vehicles. (…) The idea is to make the electric vehicle market strong. If you do that, you can compete with China. If not, you will be losing.

Comprehensive Guide to Volkswagen Car Electrical Service Troubleshooting and Effective Repair Solutions
Tumblr media
Riding the Volkswagen is pleasurable, but despite having an exceptional personality and intense strength, your Volkswagen may encounter electrical problems over time due to a lack of proper diagnosis and solution. So, whenever you notice the electrical accessories getting dysfunctional, the poor electrical system is the culprit. Stop worrying! Let's learn to detect and restore your failing Volkswagen electrical system efficiently.
Diagnosing your Volkswagen electrical issues
Assess the Alternator: Turn on the engine and start the car. Measure the voltage of both the battery terminals. The voltage should be between 13.7 to 14.7 volts. A lower voltage than usual can indicate that the alternator is malfunctioning and not charging the battery correctly.
Inspect the battery: Check the battery terminals for any signs of dirt or rust. Test the battery voltage using a multimeter. The battery should have a voltage of 12.6 volts while the engine is off. If the battery voltage is insufficient, attempt to jump-start your vehicle and replace the weak battery as early as possible.
Check the fuses: Find the fuse box under the dashboard or in the engine compartment with the help of the manufacturer’s manual. Verify whether the fuses are functional. Replace the blown fuses with new ones, if any.
Survey the Starter Motor: If you hear an unusual clicking noise during ignition, it indicates a bad starter motor. Check the connections of the starter motor and ensure they are tight and rust-free.
Examine the wires: Search for any signs of cracks, wear, or burn marks on the wires. Remember to cross-check the wire, especially near moving engine parts, as the cables may get rubbed with moving components, causing unnecessary wear and tear.
Investigate the power windows: Operate the power windows to observe the glitches and investigate the source of the issue. Review whether the fuses associated with the power windows are working.
Monitor light bulbs: Inspect interior lights, tail lights, and headlights for any signs of scratches, cracks, or marks on their glasses. Check whether they are blown. If not, move to their wiring and connections to ensure everything is functional.
Observe all electrical parts: Check all the in-car electrical appliances, like infotainment, radio, stereo, air conditioner, etc. If any of them glitches, restart your Volkswagen to reset the entire electrical system.
Reliable repair strategies for your Volkswagen electrical troubles
Fixing or exchanging the alternator: You must repair or replace the faulty alternator with the help of a certified technician, as it can’t charge the battery properly, causing permanent damage to the battery. Remember to tighten all the connections with the correct torque.
Replacing the battery: Generally, the Volkswagen battery lasts for 3-5 years. If the battery malfunctions at an early stage, you must replace it with a new one suitable for your Volkswagen model. Clean both the battery terminals with baking soda and distilled water before installing the new battery. You may also apply an anti-corrosion spray to protect from rust and other contaminants.
Changing the fuses: After finding the blow fuses, you can directly replace them with new high-quality fuses, ensuring longevity. Carry some spare fuses in your vehicle for emergencies.
Restoring starter motor: It's better to replace the poor starter motor rather than repair it. If you have the basic knowledge to replace it, you may perform it at home with the required tools. Ensure that the new starter motor is installed perfectly by tightening all the wires and connections.
Window motor and switch fixing: The power windows don’t function with a window motor or the switches. Verify the faulty switches first and replace them carefully. You may repair or replace the window motor according to the damage extent. Clean the window tracks properly, as dust and debris in the window tracks can restrict the windows from moving.
Replacing light bulbs: If you find any bulbs to be blown from interior lights, headlights, or tail lights, replace them directly. Change the bulb sockets if corroded or loose. Clean the bulb glasses and replace them if blur due to scratches or marks.
Resetting the electrical gadgets: If the electrical components, like infotainment, radio, stereo, air conditioner, etc, glitch, first try restarting your Volkswagen. If restarting didn’t help, visit a Volkswagen service center and seek professional assistance to address the issue by replacing the defective electrical part.
Finally
This was all about troubleshooting and fixing your Volkswagen electrical issues. You must follow these instructions to rectify fully damaged or partially worn electrical wires, connections, alternator, battery, etc, to maintain a top-notch electrical system and avail a seamless ride in your cherished Volkswagen.

Regularly Inspect the Cooling System: The cooling system plays a vital role in preventing your engine from overheating. Regularly check the coolant level and inspect hoses for any signs of leaks or damage. Ensure that the radiator and cooling fans are functioning properly to maintain optimal engine temperature.
Suspension and Alignment: A well-maintained suspension system ensures a smooth and comfortable ride. Inspect shocks, struts, and bushings for wear and replace them as needed. Additionally, ensure that your wheels are properly aligned to avoid uneven tire wear and improve handling.
Use Diagnostic Tools: Investing in a quality diagnostic tool compatible with VW vehicles can save you time and money. These tools can read error codes and provide valuable insights into the health of your vehicle, allowing you to address issues before they escalate.
Stay Informed: Keep yourself updated on common issues and recalls related to your VW model. Online forums, manufacturer bulletins, and VW enthusiast communities can provide valuable information and tips for maintaining your vehicle.
In conclusion, maintaining a Volkswagen involves a blend of routine maintenance, timely repairs, and proactive care. By following these essential repair tips, you can ensure that your VW continues to deliver the performance, reliability, and driving pleasure it’s known for. Whether you’re handling repairs yourself or relying on professional mechanics, prioritizing the care of your VW will keep it running smoothly for years to come.

The start laughing and said that's ridiculous it'll just look like Porsche and it's an e and it says oh I get it he's got a better name but I'll tell you what this is the size vehicle that you can make into an electric car to commute with for a ton of tons of people it's a little smaller but you can have a strutty cage like a small Volvo and a lot of people buy it it's zippy the tires and rims will be a little better and it'll probably go about 180 and forget about 3 or 400 miles out of it using the HVAC motors now you don't have to do that but they have ones for cars and I'll tell you what it's not that hard to make and a lot of people are doing it this is an ideal vehicle because of the shape of it and because of the structure it's like a rear engine and it's perfect and you can mount it right on there and he knew about it and it fit stuff in the trunk in the front and not you don't have the batteries there and it's kind of clean there's a problem that blows out the back like gas and that's the way it should be people got it wrong and it's taking forever. And he said oh mine is in front and the batteries in front so now it's in back with the gas tank is and it's trying to do it in SBG good but this this car can be made now but not as a force you make it similar it has a design that is unique and it looks electric and a son thought it was cuz he worked on several vehicles that Briggs & Stratton and the Bradley GT and the guys thinking where the hell was he cuz I go to the bathroom a lot and that the vending machine and people are trying to imitate them right now but they're not at work so anyways you see the last Snickers bars. So this is an ideal car and we want to make a kit car and since it doesn't have a motor yet it has a rear and yeah John r he is not into making them he's in court and he thinks she's having a good time he's horrible and he's got dumb looks again. But wow this is really nice and it looks great and he has nothing to do I guess you can make a lot of money with it doesn't seem to see it three models ones like every day and then like a sport and then I could GT and with like a little bit of wide body flanges kind of like the modern the new ones did not massively rounded and it would look really cool and it will go real fast like 280 and it's a great idea and I guess you can call it something funky like zipper that doesn't sound right he says zippy and you can spell it z i p p e e and of course that sounds odd too. Zipster. Because z is associated with electricity and we might just name it that

The Lost Year for Electric Vehicles: Why the Transition to EVs Is Stuck in Neutral
Tumblr media
The demise of the Chevrolet Bolt and the challenges facing the EV market
The Chevrolet Bolt, a popular and affordable electric vehicle (EV), has come to an abrupt end. General Motors (GM), the parent company of Chevrolet, ceased production of the Bolt at the end of 2023, leaving a void in the market. This was supposed to mark the beginning of a new era for GM, with plans to release a fleet of more advanced EVs.
However, software bugs, battery problems, and factory delays have plagued these new models, hindering their release. As a result, the transition to electric cars in America is at a standstill, with little progress towards a fully electric future.
Despite the setbacks, Americans are still showing interest in EVs. Analysts predict that sales of electrified cars, including EVs and plug-in hybrids, will reach an all-time high in 2024. However, this number pales in comparison to the total number of vehicles sold in the country.
The lack of affordable EV options and concerns about range and charging infrastructure are major barriers preventing mass adoption of electric cars.
youtube
The Pragmatists: The Key to Mass Adoption
The success of EVs depends on appealing to the pragmatists, those who prioritize practicality and value in their car-buying decisions. These individuals are waiting for their concerns about price, range, and charging to be addressed before making the switch to electric. Unfortunately, the current slate of EVs on the market is not winning them over.
Models like the Tesla Model Y, Ford Mustang Mach-E, and Volkswagen ID.4 are priced similarly to gas-powered cars, making them less accessible to the average car buyer.
The Price Barrier and Lack of Affordable Options
Price is the primary factor preventing many car buyers from choosing an EV. Affordable options are scarce, especially since the discontinuation of the Chevrolet Bolt. While used electric cars can be found at lower prices, their driving range diminishes over time.
Additionally, public charging infrastructure is still lacking and unreliable in many areas, further deterring potential EV buyers.
The Hope for Cheaper EVs in the Future
The car industry is aware of the need for more affordable EV options and is working towards filling this gap. Tesla is reportedly developing an entry-level EV with a starting price of $25,000, set to debut in the coming years. Ford is also secretly working on an affordable electric car.
However, these models won't be available in 2024, leaving potential EV buyers in a holding pattern.
The Role of Politics and Uncertainty
The outcome of the upcoming election could further complicate the progress of EVs. A victory for Donald Trump, who has shown opposition to electric cars, may reduce federal support for electrification. This uncertainty may cause car companies to hesitate in their electrification plans.
Furthermore, the reluctance of pickup truck buyers to embrace electric trucks poses a challenge to the goal of total electrification set by politicians and car executives.
The transition to electric vehicles in America has hit a roadblock, with the demise of the Chevrolet Bolt and the lack of affordable options hindering mass adoption. However, the industry is poised for a comeback. As automakers fill the gaps in the EV market with practical and affordable vehicles, more pragmatists will be convinced to make the switch.
Once electric cars become the norm, even skeptics may see the value in owning an EV. The lost year for EVs may be a temporary setback, but the future of electric transportation remains promising.

VW Golf Engine Stops While Driving 5 Components To Check First
Tumblr media
Experiencing engine shuddering while driving, especially in a reliable car like a Volkswagen Golf, can be both unexpected and alarming. Finding your vehicle abruptly coming to a halt due to engine failure can lead to significant stress, particularly if you're stranded in the middle of the road. To avoid such scenarios, it's crucial to understand the potential causes of engine shuddering and how to address them.
Causes of Engine Shuddering:
Engine shuddering is often an indication that something is amiss within the engine. The primary factors that keep an engine running smoothly, such as fuel, air, and oil, need to flow seamlessly. Disruptions in these essential processes can lead to engine failure, and it's essential to identify and rectify these issues promptly.
Common Causes in VW Golf:
Volkswagen Golf owners might find it surprising to encounter engine shuddering issues, given the vehicle's reputation for reliability. However, understanding the root causes is the first step toward a solution. Here are some potential culprits:
    Engine Control Unit (ECU):
The ECU plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of air, fuel, and vacuum within the engine. Faults in the ECU can disrupt these essential flows, leading to engine shuddering.
Programming errors in the ECU can result in inadequate fuel or air supply, hindering the ignition process.
    Loose Electrical Connections:
Loose electrical connections, either at the engine or battery, can trigger the ECU to shut down the engine. Regular checks of these connections are crucial to prevent such issues.
    Bad Fuel:
Poor-quality or contaminated fuel can impede the engine's ability to run smoothly. Faults in the fuel system may allow dirt or water to enter the fuel, rendering it unable to ignite properly.
Draining the contaminated fuel and refilling the tank with fresh fuel is a necessary step in resolving this issue.
    Fuel Filter Issues:
A clogged fuel filter restricts the flow of fuel to the engine, causing a lack of fuel for combustion. Regular inspection and replacement of the fuel filter can prevent this problem.
    Vacuum System:
Issues with the vacuum line or system can disrupt the flow of air and fuel. A well-functioning vacuum system is essential for maintaining the necessary flow of these substances to keep the engine running.
    Hoses and Seals:
Leaky hoses and seals in the fuel and air intake systems can result in insufficient fuel and air reaching the engine. This leads to a loss of power and potential financial repercussions.
    Fuel Pump Failure:
A faulty fuel pump can halt the flow of fuel to the engine. Regular checks of the fuel pump's functionality are essential to prevent unexpected engine failures.
Troubleshooting and Resolution:
After experiencing engine shuddering, a systematic approach to troubleshooting and resolution is crucial. Here's a step-by-step guide:
    Inspection:
Carefully inspect the mentioned components, including the ECU, electrical connections, fuel system, vacuum system, hoses, seals, and the fuel pump.
    Identification:
Determine which component is causing the problem after the inspection. Identifying the root cause is crucial for effective resolution.
    Professional Assistance:
Seek the help of a certified VW mechanic to diagnose and address the specific issue. Certified professionals have the expertise to efficiently handle VW-specific problems.
    Replacement and Repair:
Once the problematic component is identified, proceed with necessary replacements or repairs. Rely on genuine VW parts to ensure optimal performance.
Conclusion:
Experiencing engine shuddering in a Volkswagen Golf can be a daunting situation, but understanding the potential causes and addressing them promptly is key to preventing further complications. Regular maintenance checks, prompt identification of issues, and seeking professional assistance are essential steps in ensuring the reliability and longevity of your VW Golf. By taking these proactive measures, you can minimize the likelihood of encountering unexpected engine troubles and enjoy a smoother driving experience.

Oklahoma's not OK.
Tumblr media
January 1, 2024
Too many of our states are being systematically ruined by Republican rule. Take, for example, the no-longer-so-great state of Oklahoma. According to the Oklahoma Policy Institute, here are only a few of the state's problems caused by GOP mismanagement:
• With an aging population, unfunded pension obligations, and an outdated tax system, Oklahoma will struggle to provide adequate levels of funding for core public services. • Oklahoma’s health care system reflects the challenges of a rural, high-poverty state, and we rank among the unhealthiest states in the nation. • Oklahoma provides fewer resources to common education compared to other states. • Oklahoma’s criminal justice system is in a crisis. Prisons have grown increasingly costly and overcrowded.
Two of the main forces behind Oklahoma's decline are Governor Kevin Stitt and State Superintendent for Public Instruction Ryan Walters (both pictured above basking in malevolent mediocrity). Neither is particularly qualified for his job. Stitt, elected governor in 2018, used to run a mortgage company (Republican voters are suckers for self-promoting entrepreneurs). While Walters taught high school history for a grand total of eight years prior to being appointed by Stitt to Oklahoma's top education position.
Both are dedicated MAGA culture warriors. Last month, Stitt issued an executive order banning diversity, equity and inclusion programs at the state's public colleges. Of course, Superintendent Walters quickly followed up by announcing new administrative rules targeting DEI in the state's K-12 schools.
In addition, Walters wants to amend the teacher code of conduct to ban educators who engage in certain activities like performing in drag (apparently a pervasive threat in Oklahoma). He's also proposing new rules to “ensure that prayer and Bible verses” are protected in schools.
Meanwhile, corporations like Volkswagen and Tesla are shunning Oklahoma as an undesirable place in which to do business. Panasonic, for example, even passed on a deal in which the company was to have received $698 million in subsidies if it invested at least $3.6 billion in a battery plant and created 3,500 jobs within four years. Panasonic chose Kansas, instead. State representative Mickey Dollens is right when he says,
You can incentivize a company with nearly $1 billion to move here, but they're still turning us down, and in my opinion it's because of the extreme conservative social issues, and policies that continue to get passed in the state.
With abortion, DEI, school libraries and religious domination receiving lots of attention from Republicans and the needs of its citizens receiving hardly any, Oklahoma is slipping further into the middle ages, rendering its future prospects depressingly n.g.

Reliable EV Charging Station for Outdoor
In terms of electric vehicle sales, Sweden continues to maintain its leading position in the world: the sales penetration rate is 60%, behind only Norway. That number is likely to continue to rise as Sweden pledges to ban the sale of new internal combustion engine cars by 2030. Moreover, duty-free workplace charging of electric vehicles (EV) is a tax incentive policy decided by the Swedish government on May 31, 2023, to encourage the adoption of electric vehicles and support the development of charging infrastructure. This policy change will have a significant impact on Sweden's electric vehicle market as it will provide financial benefits to employees, reduce CO2 emissions and make electric vehicles more popular.

Cumulative car registrations in Europe in 2023
As can be seen from the figure, new car registrations in the Swedish auto market in the third quarter increased by 13.8% compared to last year, of which pure electric vehicles accounted for 41.9%. It can be seen that the electric vehicle craze in this country has been going on for several months, but the growth rate of 57.5% is still amazing, increasing the market share by 11.6 percentage points in just one year. Moreover, the sales of gasoline vehicles and diesel vehicles showed a downward trend locally, with a decrease of 4.1% and 18.8% respectively. Judging from the cumulative data for 2023, new registrations of passenger cars increased by 2.4% within one year, totaling 209,343 units, of which pure electric vehicles accounted for 38.8%, an increase of 10.4 percentage points from the first nine months of 2022.
Tumblr media
What are the commonly used electric cars in Sweden? According to official statistics, in the first seven months of 2023, the number of electric vehicles in Sweden increased by 13.8% compared with last year. In the first half of this year, this business grew 57.5% year-on-year. As of August this year, the top three sales of pure electric vehicles are Tesla Model Y Volvo, followed by Volkswagen. It can be seen that Tesla occupies a major position in the Swedish electric vehicle market.
