I know the meme is like "share your favourite lyric!" but to be honest I don't have favourite lyrics for most of the songs I listen to. I like the way the lyrics interact with the melody, or the way they're sung, but the words themselves don't actually mean anything to me. most of the time I don't get anything out of the lyrical content at all, like, if I was to read it as a poem I'd be like "sure ok.". both of these songs are examples of that lol

and honestly I've never grasped what the fuck Lacuna Coil is ever talkin about and that's been true since high school. it's always like that when the writers don't speak English as a first language (Volbeat is another incomprehensible-lyrics band) (but the shit still slaps so idgaf)

I was tagged by @sylphidine ! Whom I suppose I see as a bit of a mother-duck in regards to the fandom we're both in.

First off, I am tagging- none! As I am ridiculously bad at checking my notes + the kind of bratty rebel that you cannot turn around. I currently work in a greenhouse and yes, I absolutely will, and already have, hurled plants (without pots or soil) at people who were being mean. Come at me and I will do it too you as well. And yes, you may take the plant home if you'd like. Give it some love and it might show some in return.

Favorite colour:

I'd say royal blue or midnight blue. In general, any shade of dark blue, preferably mixed with gold or silver. On that note, a deep pearlescent blue goes straight to my heart as well.

Currently reading:

Too many things at once, ngl (I got at least 15+ fics open in my browser atm), but if we're sticking with books only, then it's Darren Shan's 'Allies of the night'. This one is a part of a series spanning over twelve books in total and I think its... uhm... Nr. seven or so? Not entirely sure, but regardless, the series itself is a light, not overly complicated, read.

On the side, I'm reading 'The count of monte cristo'.

Last song:

I've been on radio for a while, but the last song I purposefully searched up was Volbeat 'The gardens tale'. It's a mix of Danish and English in the same song, which the band is more or less known for. Before that, it was all the albums from Lulu Rouge.

Last movie:

I.... It.... It was cats. The new one. The horrid one. I visited two friends and got more or less taken hostage in this. I cannot recommend this movie. Run. Run while you can.

Last series:

Avatar the last airbender! Can't believe I've missed out on such a great masterpiece for as long as I have!

40. Have you seen your favorite artist in concert? I don’t have such thing as a favourite artist, since the beautiful world of music is just too large and diverse to focus only on one artist. So, I love a lot of different favourite bands/artists and I’m in the happy position to say that I’ve seen most of them in concert. Starting from world-famous bands via national treasures through to bands most people have never heard of. Sure, there are still some bands left on my bucket list, but time will definitely change that (eventhough I constantly add new ones).

Have you seen any artists in concerts that you don’t like anymore?It would be too much to say I didn’t like them anymore, but they are of course some bands I simply don’t like as much as I used to, so I wouldn’t spend many on their concerts anymore. Like, Volbeat is quite a good example. I used to dig them heavily, but their latest releases didn’t meet my taste in music, so I kinda feel out of love. I still love to listen to their old records, though, but I wouldn’t want to see them in concert again. There are many similar examples, I could also mention. As a teenager I went to Gothic concerts a lot. I still like these bands, but I don’t feel drawn to their concerts any longer. But to give a direct answer to the question at last: No, I’ve never been to a concert of a band I don’t like anymore at all.
