I mean I headcannon that Narinder can't do much actual work due to his hands and foot being really really hurt after the purgatory and he has somewhat clumsy fine motor skills due to this, but farming is giving life to another thing, is the thing that does the opposite of Nari's former bishop role and a connection with the others, as like Shamura gave knowledge and avoided conflict, as Heket made her farms always be full, as Kallamar could heal his adepts, as Leshy could... do things I honestly forgot.

And as for being the opposite of Nari, plants are still alive, need to breathe and stuff, he's giving life to something that can't live without help, and he's up to it because he can also heal himself from the damage he's done to his sibs and others while being a bishop.

So did everyone else’s Narinder also gain a strange fascination with farming? It’s like all he does in my cult. He’s even ignored me when I’ve given him different tasks it’s very cute
