I don’t know who I am anymore. I wake up every morning with nothing and I push through it to find meaning and reinvent myself despite it all. I know only one thing and it is my heart beats only because of Love. Love is choosing to keep me alive these days. That Love who never dies, no matter how mistreated, abused or thrown. I am understanding true love is that tiny dot. I hold it as a secret token of hope in the depths of my soul, oblivious to all the evil and deafness of this world. A world that has fallen tragically blind to its Grace. Those of us who have been chosen have the hardest lives. But the dot of light shines through us despite our limitations. Not because we are special but because we have been stripped naked of everything we once held dear. Even against our own will, She took it all and we can’t say no. Yet, She holds us close to her bosom and holds our hand in our baby steps as we let go. Blind , mute, deaf children in absolute vulnerability. Newborns. She carries us so we won’t fall again prey to the traps of this plane of fear and suffering. I am your mirror yes, but only if you are ready. And you are ready every time you come out of your box for fresh air. Thousands of ostriches would rather dip their necks and keep living the denial. They will tell you you can forget about the harshness of life with a few drinks, sex, or money. Or the internet. You can spend your life watching Netflix. You can stay glued to your gadgets and feel less lonely even though no one is there. Your choice. Today it’s been a day of realisations and truth. Seeing the truth in front of our eyes takes courage because our minds want to keep us caught up in expectations and too much future. The ability to be in the present moment in gratitude is the first step to move forward in authenticity and boldness. I have prayed so hard for a sign to move forward and yesterday I got it clear. I’m trusting the tides and riding a wave that is carrying many of us into a new level of awareness. For that, we need to let go of any fear and about the doubts. We must endure the pain of letting go to be able to take rebirth- like in any birth, coming to life means being ready to release our conditioning and jump into the void of our authenticity. I’m so grateful for so many messages of support and love from mu friends. I know life feels scary and the groundlessness is my blessing. How can we detach with the senseless identification with drama and mental habits? By daring to step into a new reality. Who creates that reality? My life has been a groundless one for the past 9 months. I have learned to live one day at a time, let go of control and trust the present moment. I have understood yoga is not an escape from life but the tool to face life and its uncertainty. I’m holding steady to my practice and this has greatly reduced the physical and mental tension of living in the #void When I wrote my book, my autobiography last year, I was not anticipating the devastation that was coming to me. Yet, I knew God was listening to my prayers. I wanted to live in India 🇮🇳 and my wish was granted. I wanted to be closer to my Guru ❤️and it has also been granted. I wanted to share my passion 🌀🔥✨with many and #ashtanginiworldtour has been a gift of love and devotion to my heart from so many practitioners in #spain🇪🇸 and #italy🇮🇹 who have given me so much. #voidisafeatheredbed yes...#elvacioesunacamadeplumas I’m full, I’m infinitely grateful. When we think we know, we close ourselves to the beauty and fragility of life. At this point in my path, I know nothing else but the love for my guru and my practice. That lingers and touches those around me, my partner I love, my family far away and reconciliates me with the basic uncertainty of life. I’m grateful to be dancing in this emptiness, this void. It keeps opening down towards the Center of the earth, guiding me towards a well of tenderness and softness towards all forms of life. I am lucky to be able to transmute this personal pain through the residue of my practice. It has held me tight when everything fell apart. I see the wisdom; I understand the devastation. Cuando hablaba antes de confiar, confiaba desde mi zona de confort. Confiaba desde lo que conocía y me hacia sentir segura: mi propio universo pequeñito. Hoy confío pero desde el conocimiento que mi mundo construido a través del yoga era también un espejismo que tenía que desaparecer. Hoy confío desde la voz interna de una realidad más profunda mucho más sabia, que es perfecta y sabe que es perfecto para mi. No tengo miedo porque me mueve hacia lugares y gentes maravillosos.
