Goretober 2024 (the whole damn thing)

HAII IM STILL ALIVE!! This whole time I was never dead. I was actually busy during October participating on goretober which is an art challenge where every day you draw a gruesome prompt. I wanted to wait till the 31st of October passed so that I could post every drawing I created throughout the month into just one singular post just for the sake of organizing my art properly.

I suffer from horrible art block so my solution to forcing myself out of it is by challenging myself to participate in my first ever goretober.

Not just participating but also drawing a lot of characters who I don't draw very often (with the exception of my oc x canon, self shipping content, and Noriaki Kakyoin)

Most characters that I illustrated are from JJBA, but there are a few special guests included. (1 specific genshin character & 1 vocaloid character) Most art is fully rendered except for simple doodles/shitposts. (They were created during days where I was busy or was feeling tired. Besides being an artist I'm also a college student with responsibilities.)

Sorry, I had to go with a Vocaloid for this prompt... Today I chose Megurine Luka (Vocaloid)!

I could judge “best dancer” by a lot of different standards, and spend forever trying to pick just among a handful of Vocaloids, but I didn’t want to get that complicated for today. I simply chose to draw Luka for her graceful, light and confident style - proof that you don’t have to have the sharpest or fastest moves to have a strong impact in your dance. I can only wish to one day be as good at dancing as she is!

Vocaloid Chorus - Capriccio Farce Producer: mothy

Of course, mothy had to make an appearance on this list! XD

This eight-voice chorus (including Miku, Rin, Len, Luka, Gakupo, GUMI, Meiko and Kaito) is a bit of a confusing story, to be honest.  It is the sixth song in the Clockwork Lullaby series and appears on the album EVIL’S COURT.  Each Vocaloid character plays a character in the story, in which the seven deadly sins are reunited and attempt to find the Master of the Hellish Yard (GUMI).  This song is related to the other Clockwork Lullaby songs, so be sure to check those out as well if you’re interested (it may also help you to understand the meaning behind this song better as well…!).

Anyway, this challenge has been fun!  So I wanted to end it with a fucking jam!  Seriously, this song is a bop with a slightly spooky feel, check it out~ :D
