truth
So, the truth is, I’m the most unmotivated motivated person. I have no endurance and my legs hurt, but I want to become a runner. I have started a few couch to 5K programs, never getting through week 4 (sometimes never getting past week 1). I don’t know what will help. I feel good after I run but it is so hard for me to keep my motivation going. Is it because it takes so long to build up endurance that I’m not seeing results fast enough?
So here is my silver lining...I might lose motivation and keep having to start over and over again every few months, but at least I’m starting over right?? I downloaded a few different apps on my phone the other night to see if there is possibly one that makes me want to see what is next and want to open it. I started a new program today that is the zombies run 5k or zombies run game. It mixes a story in with your music to make it more ‘interactive’. The first run (WHICH I DID TODAY) was light on the running. It seems like it will be a fun one. Actually want to see how the next one goes :)
So, here’s to another new beginning...and hoping my next post doesn’t say the same thing again, haha!!!
p.s. - I feel wonderful after the first run today :)
