VIXX as Benders

AU: Avatar: The Last Airbender & The Legend Of Korra

Created By: Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino for Nickelodeon in 2005

These are my thoughts on what type of Bending abilities VIXX would have in the Avatar AU. Most of these are specific bending skills/powers taken largely from The Legend of Korra as the sequel went into greater depth about bending.

To those new to the concept, this is the setting as taken from Avatar Wikia -  

“Bending is the ability to manipulate an element and is significant to many aspects of life in the World of Avatar. There are five known bending arts; four of them bend a specific physical element while the fifth bends the energy within the human body itself. The four elemental bending arts are based on the four classical elements, water, earth, fire, and air, and each is manipulated through certain martial art styles which are reminiscent of the qualities of the element itself.”

N/Cha Hakyeon: Blood Bending (Water bending) 

Working off the fact that Hakyeon is a fluid dancer and that water bending will come easily to him. I think he would definitely master water bending to the level of blood bending since he is the ace at everything he does. While he would prefer Healing, I think he would also resort to blood bending in emergency situations.

Leo/Jung Taekwoon: Seismic Sense (Earth Bending)

Leo is a sensitive man. Also very stable and not erratic. I think earth bending would come naturally to him. And since he is quite perceptive and picks up on things easily, I see him being good at Seismic Sensing. Especially to track down little animals in the forest and play with them

Ken/Lee Jaehwan: Combustion (Fire Bending)

I flirted with the idea of air bending for Ken but given his temper, I knew he would be a Fire Bender lol Compromise comes in the form of combustion bending that lets him manipulate fire to fly. I don’t think he would put his feet on the ground if he had a chance

Ravi/Kim Wonshik: Metal Bending (Earth Bending)

I definitely think that Ravi would be a metal bender. Since he is creative and an absolute fluffball, I see him using his abilities to create things for benefit of society. also metal because despite the crazy moments, I think he has his thoughtful moments. Not to mention the deep husky but earthy voice puts him down to the peaceful earth bending community.

Lee Hongbin: Spirit Bending

Hongbin is always so tricky T_T but this is one of those things you know but can’t explain. His alternating sweet and sassy moments represent how multidimensional spirit energy can be to me. It just clicks in my head. And of course the innocent flower boy is also the deadly one you should never have underestimated.

Hyuk/Han Sanghyuk: Flight (Air Bending)

Evil playful maknae on top. Sanghyuk gets air bending for almost the same reasons as Ken almost got it. Except Hyuk is known to have been thoughtful and sensitive to others. Air benders also pick up situations quickly and have a strange quirky side with the calm that continuous meditation brings. I think Hyuk would fit right in here.

Bonjour à tous,

Je fais ce petit post pour faire de la publicité pour deux personnages que nous recherchons sur le forum Sunbeams. Si vous cherchez à vous inscrire sur un forum tout en ayant des liens, et des liens qui promettent normalement tout une ribambelle de péripéties et d’inspiration de sujets rp, je pense que vous trouverez chaussure à votre pied. 

Sunbeams est un forum fantastique, qui peut aussi se jouer comme un city. Il y a quatre groupe ; les simin (les humains), les maudits, les élus (avec un pouvoir) et les akma (avec un pouvoir mais qui l’utilise souvent à mauvais escient). 1°) LIN KIBUM - Moon Jongup (négociable)

Pour les amateurs, je pense que si vous avez le clip de Skydive en tête, vous avez une bonne idée du style de personnage qui vous attends. J’espère que vous aimez jouer les méchants ! Sinon, quand on parlait de liens, on ne plaisantait pas car Kibum n’a pas moins de 7 liens dont, une ex-fiancée (Jisu), un meilleur ami/rival (Siwon) + toute une bande de pote ainsi qu’une petite soeur. Et si jamais le grand nombre de lien vous fait peur, n’ayez pas peur, nous ne mordons pas ! <3

Pour faire un résumé, Kibum est un personnage manipulateur, violent, qui n’hésite pas à mentir et à détruire pour arriver à ces fins. Il dirige un réseau de prostitution sans aucun scrupules. Il y a quatre ans, il s’est fait passé pour mort auprès de quasiment tout le monde, détruisant sa fiancée au passage (c’était le but). Aujourd’hui, il refait surface (pour une raison qui vous est libre). Avant de partir, il a paradoxalement demandé à son meilleur ami (que je joue) de prendre soin de Jisu. Les deux s’étant énormément rapprochés durant les 4 ans d’absence de Kibum, les liens entre ses trois personnages seront cependant à peaufiner ensemble. De plus, c’est un Akma. 

Pour parler plus en détails de ce qui est négociable ou pas ; l’avatar peut-être changé (mais c’est à voir en MP avec la créatrice du perso), elle dit être aussi tentée par Leo des Vixx. Le nom ne l’est pas parce que la soeur est jouée. Pour le prénom, c’est à voir en MP aussi mais je ne pense pas que ça pose un souci particulièrement.

2°) ROI MINSIK - Kim Hanbin (négociable)

C’est un personnage relativement calme mais plutôt impatient. Il est plutôt maladroit pour se faire des amis. Malgré le fait qu’il soit pompier, il n’est pas très courageux, finalement. 

Son histoire est relativement libre, le seul élément qui est imposé, c’est le fait qu’il s’est fait emmerder plus jeune parce qu’il était attiré par les hommes (mais ça n’exclue pas qu’il puisse être attiré par d’autres genres). C’est assez loin et il s’est beaucoup battu avec ses camarades (notamment pour se défendre des brimades). Si c’est de là que vient sa maladresse, ça ne l’a pas pour autant empêché de ne pas être indifférent face à Daeshim, qui a l’inverse de lui est une pile électrique. C’est un peu malgré lui qu’il va donc se retrouver dans une bande d’amis assez remue-ménage mais avec laquelle il ne devrait pas s’ennuyer ! Ca pourrait même le pousser à essayer d’amuser la galerie aussi ! 

Tout est négociable, dans la mesure du raisonnable ! J’ai choisi ce nom de famille coréen parce que je trouvais ça amusant de me dire que l’un de ses surnoms puissent être “sa majesté” mais s’il ne vous plaît pas vous pouvez le changer, pareil pour le prénom ! L’avatar reste à discuter par MP mais je suis ouverte aux suggestions tant qu’il ne fasse pas trop jeune. Pour l’âge, je tiens vraiment à ce qu’il soit entre 23 et 25 ans, 26 maximum. Sa nature/groupe est au choix. Le lien avec Daeshim est vague pour que cela vous laisse la possibilité de faire autre chose qu’un petit ami de Daeshim si jamais ça ne devait pas coller entre eux.

Désolée, c’était atrocement long, mais si vous devez retenir une dernière chose, c’est que ce sont 2 personnages très attendus et que nous serons extrêmement ravies de vous accueillir sur SB. <3

N: Because of his personality, even though you were his girlfriend, he would give it to you straight. Setting down his controller, he’d take your out of your hand and put it behind his back so it’d be out of your reach. You tried taking it back but without success. Quickly pecking you on the lips, he’d hand you back the controller and say, “I’ll give this back to you since you look so cute. But let’s play on the easy level from now on.”

Leo: His personality being rather quiet, he’d silently watch your red face from frustration couldn’t find the right controls to animate your character. He’d take a little pity on you and he’d come from behind and guide you to the proper keys on the keyboard. “Now now Y/N, I know this is your first time playing, but I didn’t know you were this bad. I guess I’ll have to keep my hands on yours so I can properly teach you how to play.”

Ken: Neither of you would be very good at the game you were playing. There would be lots of laughs from the both of your mistakes like when you’d all of a sudden die or when you’d accidentally press the pause button during the heat of the game. Then, when you were about to turn off the game he’d say, “Stop Y/N! Let’s play some more so that we can defeat Hongbin tomorrow!”

Ravi: He’d be too absorbed in the game at first to even realize that you weren’t able to figure how to control your character. When he looked to his side, to check on your progress, he saw you fidgeting in your seat as you stared at him with puppy eyes practically begging him to help you. “If you needed me to help you Y/N you could have just asked me instead of staring at me with those puppy eyes. Now I can’t think straight.”

Hongbin: He’d smile at your struggle to try and beat him. He’s known as the “King of Overwatch” in the idol world because he’s so good at that game. Because of that, he isn’t really a match for anyone. SImiling, he’d put his hand on top of yours and together, he guided your hands to the proper controls and helped your avatar kill his own. “With my help, you’ll be able to defeat anyone. Now let’s continue so we can finish this game and cuddle.”

Hyuk: He’s actually rather good that the game you were playing, but he pretended as though he was bad at the game so that he would be able to see your face shine when you’d manage to kill his character. When you figured out that he was better than he was, then you’d take his control and ban him from the game. Then he’d pout, “But I just wanted to see that pretty smile of yours. And now you’re brow’s furrowed. If I give you a kiss will you give me the controller back?”
