Hi, I wanted to know your opinion, fans expose Sasuke as some kind of insecure, shy and jealous man in front of Sakura, I know that he is an introvert and he tends to hide his feelings and that he will not flaunt his feelings, but I always thought that he is an emotional person, although he does not show this to a loved one I would have treated him differently, but maybe I'm wrong, he's still a traumatized person, and these fans are right and I don't understand Sasuke's character, but do you think he's a shy person and how would he treat a loved one in your opinion ?
Hi, fans have OOC headcanons they claim are IC 99% of the times, especially SS fans. Which I don't want to interact with, so next time everyone who reads this pls remember to write like S*kura and so on, so the name won't end in the tags. If it still works this way, I'm not active in here anymore and I'm not interacting with the fandom so I idk.
Anyway, Sasuke is not an insecure, shy and jealous man. He was shy as a child, towards his father who intimidated him, and towards Shisui whom he respected, but he was aloof in academy even before the massacre, and aloof is not shy, it's different. Like being an introvert is totally different from being shy. H*nata is shy, Sasuke is introvert. See the difference right?
As for insecure, Sasuke has a low self esteem because his father never paid attention to him and if he did it was to compare him with his genius brother, and because his brother manipulated him using such low self esteem to make him believe his story so that he'd stay in KOnoha to train until it was time to fight and kill him...that's why Sasuke trained so hard to get stronger, that's why he admires strength. But low self esteem is different from insecure. H*nata is insecure, I'm sure you can tell the difference.
When ppl portray Sasuke as insecure, shy, too emotional, it's OOC.
Sasuke keeps his feelings for himself but when he has something to say he says it, because he's a honest person. When he respects or admires someone he says so, he did it with N*ruto, and he praised S*kura's ability during the chuunin exam. He wasn't shy and insecure back then. When he loves someone he says it, look at how much he adored Itachi and how much he respected him. Everything else related to the post ending and the new stuff is a bad attempt at milking the original story creating new character that have to be related to the old ones or no one will care, that's why kishi created the new generation. Everything related to it is badly written, shippers can explain the badly written stuff however they feel better, it won't make them better and it will only make Sasuke OOC.

Hello,I would like to know your opinion about the panel when Sakura hugged Sasuke and stopped the damn seal, was it a romantic moment for you?
No, it was a friendship/comrades moment that would have been the same if, say, Nar*to or Kakashi were in her place. Sasuke needed someone to keep him human, so to speak, to not give in to the curse mark, and the human contact of a teammate was that. He had totally different things in mind in that moment (and pretty much in any other), and even she was more scared for him than acting in a romantic way.

Hi, I'm looking for an explanation that Sasuke married Sakura and fell in love with her, do you think he could fall in love with her because she protected him and took care of him, as I know men like it when a woman sincerely cares about them , maybe they have that case, he is touched by her love, I just don't I can understand how he fell in love with her
Hi and sorry if I seem rude but I said over and over that I no longer follow the new stuff, that I don't want to analyse anything related to SS or S+kura and Sasuke related matters because I WROTE WHAT THOUGHT ABOUT IT ALREADY and it's in the SS tag that I always link to anyone who asks me about SS and that I'll once again link here (and also here, same but in chronological order from ages ago). idk I have the impression that it's always the same person asking, maybe because they don't bother looking in the already replied asks, maybe because in the replied asks they can't find the exact answer so they try over and over?
So let me be clear for the last time: He didn't fall in love with her. It's just a pretext to create a new generation of characters for the sequel, as making them new without any tie to old characters would make them less interesting, while if it's the story of the sons and daughters of classic N*ruto characters it's interesting and it rewards the biggest groups of fans (Sasus*ku, Naruh*na). NO mystery of how he fell in love with her, of what are his real feelings or whatever cause the only explanation is MONEY and the only mystery is how ppl can ship such a shitty pairing with such shitty dynamics and no chemistry.
If you need an in-universe explanation like I said here it's guilt, Sasuke was brainwashed and guilt tripped into submission, getting married to the girl who whined that she wanted him since forever is part of his submission to the village, which I remember looked obvious when this new generation appeared.
I will now stop replying to any SS related asks. I'm very sorry to appear rude but you probably noticed that I'm not even that active in here anymore, it's because I'm not even rewatching-rereading what I liked in the show, nor I'm working on my fics for lack of motivation...and this is towards what I liked in this show. So imagine my attitude towards the rest. Which means I'm certainly not gonna think about what I hate of this show...my advice is you do the same, focus on what you liked about it or move on if you don't find explanation. Sorry again. Hawk

Hello, do you think Sasuke loved Sakura as a child? It is written in the databook that she filled his lonely existence with love,it's just that in the manga and anime I didn't notice this love, maybe I misunderstood
Hello, I don't think so. Databooks are full of fanservice-y information that aren't confirmed by anything happened in the story. I'm not saying he hated her or smth but he didn't care about her during academy and when Team 7 was formed he was pissed off at her when she talked shit against N*ruto. With time he changed his mind ofc, appreciating her ability and considering her a good comrade and precious friend. But it's nothing more than this, everything else is fanservice.

Sasuke said that here about Sakuras stupid confession. SS tards say it's a pro ss moment which is obv. crap. But I don't understand what he said at all.
SS tards never say anything remotely making sense. They forget the previous part, where he mentions "her little make-believe fantasy of true love" which is the strongest rejection of her feelings ever. As always shippers take parts out of context and consider their headcanons the real thing.
In that moment he was desperate to make Itachi's dream of a peaceful world come true and he couldn't care less about what she wanted. Not that normally he cared, I mean, he did care for her as a comrade and friend when he lived in Konoha but that was years before. For her though, it wasn't even the past, it was her version of the past that she had in her mind but wasn't real, hence the 'failed' part.
Even when he left Konoha she wanted him to stay so that things remained as they were, idk the chapter but she said something like this, and it showed how self-centered and pathetic she was, not understanding that while she was living a normal life with missions and the family and safety she had at home, Sasuke returned to an empty house with no family, so he wasn't happy, he had always wanted to avenge his family first, then his brother. But for her what mattered was to spend time with him and who cared if he was suffering so much she couldn't imagine, just like who cared if there's a war, what mattered is to show off, just like who cared if Sas is going to fight Nar, what matters is to confess her love and maybe convince him out of pity.
Pathetic.

Hi, do you agree with the opinion of the fans that Sasuke decided to kill Naruto because he is the only one who can prevent him from making a revolution, and he could not kill Sakura because she is his beloved person, he put her in genjutsu to save her life, they even give an example of their situation with Itachi, he also killed everyone, but he couldn't find his brother, and here Sasuke acts like his brother, he is ready to kill everyone but he can't kill his beloved girl, I personally disagree with them, what do you think?
It's bullshit. Sasuke didn't care about Sakura at all in that moment, she was just wasting his time with her whining and he clearly said he wasn't interested in her and her stuff.
#now pls no more asks about sakura and ss related stuff#is it so hard lol#I wrote everything I had to say already lol#anti-sakura#anti-sasusaku#vivalarevolution#vivalarevolution: refuse/resist

Hi, I wanted to know your opinion, why do you think such a mediocre character like Sakura has a huge fan base, she is no different, does not affect the plot in any way, just an addition to team 7, but a huge number of people love her
Hi, the answer is simple: she represents "normal" people. She doesn't come from a clan gifted with a kekkei genkai like Sasuke, she doesn't have a tragic family backstory like Sasuke and Naruto, she doesn't have important and strong parents like Naruto, she's born average, from a normal family, no tragedies, no genius. She's not even very pretty in the beginning, as when they were children she was mocked for big forehead...even with this, the 'bullying' she suffered was short timed and closer to what real ppl experience, nothing to do with Sasuke's loss and Naruto's loneliness.
She's like most girls, and she is a hard worker who studies and trains and achieves good results, like real ppl can do if they study and train hard.
(she's also emotionally manipulative and petty even tho her fans will never admit it, but hey, average ppl are emotionally manipulative and petty)
Then the plot makes her stronger and more desirable by random characters but in the beginning she's like this, an average girl, and a lot of fans like to identify, or to root for, an average girl becoming amazingly everything (kinda like Mary Sue in fanfictions) and ofc getting the guy she wants.
There's nothing wrong with being average or normal, it's more pathetic and stupid when the plot inflates her strenght to put her on par with Nar and Sas, and even more when she's paired with Sas who never had romantic feelings for her, she was better with someone her (real) level but her fandom was too big to not give them the fanservice they wanted.

Hi, do you think Sasuke could have married Sakura out of guilt and as a sign of gratitude that she did not give up on him? Or does he really love her in a romantic way? I know that he cares about her in his own way, that she is dear to him, but is this romantic love?
Sasuke married Sak*ra because kishi wanted more money so he created the new generation that in order to be liked instantly by old fans had to be related to it and not new characters, that's why he created couples even if he initially wrote a shounen without romantic couples mostly, and this is the main reason they married, to create a new character for the new manga.
In universe Sasuke was tamed into submission and brainwashed, part of this was guilt tripping into believing everything he did was a crime to atone. Imo marrying sak*ra was a part of guilt tripping, not love and nothing romantic even if he did care about her as a friend in part 1.

I'm anon from the ask before:
"If we assume that the Konoha Academy system is like the Japanese system, the kids graduated in late-March. From there, we can gleam certain details from the story.
The Chunin Exams is stated to explicitly begin on the first of the seventh month (July). The finals and Orochimaru's invasion take place in August. In September, Tsunade becomes Hokage and Sasuke deserts the vilage.
This gives us about 6 months of time with him on the team."
so minus 1 month of chuunin exam and 1 month of hospital, sasuke only spend around 4 mounths with them.. so that's why naruto chasing sasuke for years also makes no sense at all and sakuras "love" for him even less. Could he also refer to that and could he also said that to himself? Like, that he can't move on from his past too?
yes, but unlike her, having a strong crush for someone she know nothing about, and Nar, tied to Sas because of reincarnation, rivals/friends, yin/yang, plot reasons, Sasuke not being able to move on from his past means his family, his brother, which is much more important than some crush she calls love.

Hi, what did Sasuke mean by "That's probably just .. chains of a failed past that shes feeling" about Sakuras worse "confession". We also don't see his face when he's saying that.
When did he say so exactly? I don't remember this part,, like what confession even, the pathetic one when he was leaving the village or the pathetic one during the war?

Does Sasuke know if he is being manipulated or used? Would he recognize if he is being gaslighted
I replied to very similar asks already here and here, also here and here and also here and here. This is my Sasuke tag. This is my asks tag. This is my tags masterpost.
Sasuke didn't recognize being manipulated by Itachi because he loved him more than anyone else.
He didn't recognized being manipulated by N*ruto in their final fight and after, because he has a high opinion of him and strong feelings as well. Not to mention Nar used Itachi in a 'you didn't understand your own brother's ideals but I did' argument, which is a manipulation over someone like Sasuke who said he killed his brother not considering that Itachi died because of his illness, showing how guilty he felt. And only after this, he was tamed into submission and guilt tripped into thinking that his need for justice was wrong.
He didn't recognize, or didn't care, when he was manipulated by Orochimaru who used Itachi as leverage to make him feel weak and uncapable of carrying on his revenge if he didn't follow him deserting the Leaf and obeying to his conditions. Itachi was the key Orochimaru used to manipulated Sasuke, otherwise it wouldn't have worked.
He did recognize being manipulated by Obito/Tobi/Madara (Sasuke thought it was Madara) into joining Akatsuki and 'working' for them, just like he didn't belive the manipulative bullshit Danzo tried to tell him.
He didn't even listen to S*kura's pathetic attempts of manipulating him making him pity her.
Manipulation only worked if done by people whom he loved and trusted and considered strong. Gaslighting is the same.

I think Sasuke should destroy Konoha to the ground.
Or get into therapy.
lol therapy...the naruto universe is not ours and characters deal with their own issues in a different way. they don't even have the concept of trauma.
destroying konoha is a better option, I'd say not considering their universe and how it works. considering how it works, instead, it's different and Sasuke who wanted to destroy it changed his mind because of his encounter with Itachi.
But this we know already. Since I like angst him not destroying it is something I'm ok with tbh (doesn't mean I support the ending and everything ofc)

Why didn't the fandom question why the last arc and the characters characterization changed badly? Why did everyone become fine with it?
How can I know since I'm not one of them lol.
I just know that some ppl were ok with the last arc because it had Nar/Sas moments, most got angry only at the last chapter because of the shitty pairings, and even most fans who were not ok with the ending spent months and years complaining about it they also remained watching/reading all the new shit...to complain about it, but for some it just grew on them so they accepted it, after all Nar and Sas had still moments, and some of them even ship their sons as if they're the same characters as N and S. Or Itachi fans, after all their fave died but they can play uncle Itachi in their heads with children, which is so OOC it hurts.
I too 'liked' something, I mean I hated everything but that anime moment with Sasuke in jail impressed me a lot because it matched with my idea that Sas had been brainwashed, to become so tame.
But everyone else just likes shitty ooc fluff so they're ok with 'papas*ke' and nar and those shitty kids. The fandom after all isn't made of ppl who care about IC-ness.
My anti-ending tag.

What do you think of S@suke's the Last design? (tattered poncho, clothes) I remember seeing a certain *fandom* having a massive meltdown over it claiming that it is OOC for Sas to "dress like a homeless" due to his prideful personality + because he should have some money since he is the last uchiha heir. Would love to hear your thoughts on whether it's OOC or IC? Do you like the design/indifferent/dislike?
Luckily I don’t follow fandom trends and discussions...I think that kishi, like most authors of stories set in a universe different from ours, didn’t think about details like how much money characters own. It’s fans who examine everything including this. It can be entertaining, or it can be boring af depending on how the subject is written. I can already imagine some long ass essay style thing written by fake woke fans who will also analyse Konoha’s economic system as if they’re writing their final thesis at university, only to start sh*t at those who enjoy the story without demanding a system reform at every chapter they read, since it’s a fictional world with flaws that are never going to be fixed because it’s how that world goes.
I did write some money related thoughts here but they’re about Team Taka Sasuke.
Since Sasuke left the village becoming a rogue with a death sentence upon his head, it’s safe to assume he didn’t have access to Uchiha money, and since Pain destroyed the village idk if the Uchiha compound was rebuilt, but anyway a destroyed compound means destroyed things, even valuables, and we don’t see banks or whateveve place money can be stored. And lol I am not exactly interested in imagining this. I imagine there is some Uchiha money/valuable stuff in Konoha’s custody, and if he goes back to the village he’ll be able to retrieve them.
But I don’t even care about imagining him putting those things in a shitty marriage written to have a new generation.
Back to The Last, first of all movies have to give new content, including a new look to characters, something new and easily recognizable. I don’t remember but it came out before the ending, sure before Shinden (where Sas is so stylish) so it has this tattered pants poncho and necklaces wearing Sasuke who is kind of cute and interesting imo, except for tattered pants.
My out of universe explanation is that authors wanted to give Sas an extreme traveller “Into The Wild” vibe.
My in universe explanation is that during his long atonement trip, at some moment he arrived in some place without ppl, or without ppl selling clothes or sewing tools. So he just went on with what he had.
Or maybe he ran out of money, after all he didn’t look like he had much money when he left Konoha after being imprisoned, sealed, blindfolded and tamed into submission for who knows how long.
(canon fans don’t interact. you’ll be blocked anyway)

So I just read your fic about sasuke in prison and it was brilliant. I’m curious if you have thoughts about how that experience would go in a canon divergent world? Like how a lot of people want Taka to either break him out at some point or once he’s out he returns to Taka. How the experience would affect him and all that? If you don’t feel like answering, no pressure. Just really loved your take on the situation.
Thank you very much.
I already wrote a little something (and I made an anime edit) about a canon divergent AU where Taka breaks Sasuke out of prison.
I think Team Taka would want to free Sasuke from inprisonment very much cause they love and support him more than Konoha does, and they have the abilities to do it.
In such case I think for Sasuke it would take some time to recover, since being blindfolded and sealed is a hard experience, with Ibiki as guard and probably being conditioned/guilt tripped into submission. But being freed would not let that brainwashing process be complete, which is good. Sasuke would be able to see and understand things and people and their selfish motifs more clearly, thus not feeling tied and submitted to the village. He’d still feel the need to ‘be like Itachi’ and protect the village imo, but he’d be more like protecting it from afar, like Itachi did, not from inside the village.
So he would be able to travel with Team Taka, to stay with them in some place, and to help the village when there’s a threat, not forgetting Konoha’s dark sides.

Did u hear about the sasusaku novel being adapted into manga this year? What do you think about that, and how do you think the fandom will behave once it's out? I wasn't in the fandom when the last chapter of shippuden came out but I heard it wasn't very well received and lots of shippers were fighting with each other and the sasusakus and naruhinas were jumping for joy and making fun of the narusasus. (I'm a narusasu shipper) I just really hope the artstyle is trash like ikimoto with boruto and we can all point and laugh at them. The story's already ooc and weird as it is so I'm sure everyone other than sasusaku shippers wouldn't be able to take it seriously or enjoy it anyway lol
So maybe this year is the one I'll leave the fandom lol
I don't follow the new shit and I won't follow this shit either so idk about its fandom but I'm sure they'll love everything. Tbh not only shippers but fans in general, cause ppl who follow all new naruto stuff eventually love everything.
Since the ending it was clear that kishi wanted money, money and more money. So he'll milk everything he can from every character and since he focused on naruto/sasuke relationship more so far and canon pairings are sooo popular (🤢🤮) why not focus on them too, and make fangirls buy all the volumes and the merch and make it possible for him to live off naruto his whole life?
Tbh my only wish is that the fandom who hates this shit will NOT focus on it, because believe my experience Anon, I was here during the ending and what I saw since then is that 90% of those who initially hated it and the new shit artwork stayed, to talk shit about it, to complain, to laugh at stupid stuff, but you know what, they also started finding ok things here and there, and now they're totally ok with it.
So save yourself and start ignoring that shit pls
Edit: also because the more the fandom focuses on that shit the less creative it is, right now the sas tag is 99% SS already, while some time ago it was mostly NS...it’s very sad
(if you write the whole shitty thing it will come up in the pro tags, you should write like sas*saku or smth like that)
(canon fans unfollow me, don't interact with me)
