Enid and Wednesday arrive back home to find the vampire and siren sitting on the couch, quietly reading.

Enid: Hello girlies! So how are the babies?

Divina: They’re fine! We had a fun time taking care of your little gremlins.

Yoko: I’ve never been more stressed in my life.

Wednesday: Glad to hear it, Yoko. And the children?

Divina: Upstairs, sleeping. Kind of nice though, they went to bed much earlier than I thought.

Yoko: Right? 7pm? What kids sleep that early?

Enid:

Wednesday:

Enid: Oh Jesus.

The werewolf runs upstairs.

Yoko: What? What happened?

Wednesday, pinching the bridge of her nose: God did you really believe they wanted to sleep this early?

Divina: Don’t worry! I sang to them asleep. Nobody can stay awake when I sing.

Enid runs back downstairs: They’re gone. The windows open. Shit!

Divina: Wait, wait, wait! I sang to them!

Wednesday: I know but I taught them how to combat a sirens voice in case of an emergency.

Divina: YOU DID WHAT?!

Yoko: For WHAT emergency?!

Wednesday: Never mind that! We have to find them, let’s go!

The Nero family loves Halloween! They can be a bit like the Addams Family at times; morbid and gothic, but very loving and caring towards one another. A strong family. The Moomin idea is super cute, but before I got the ask I had a couple costume ideas for them! Vittoria and Emilia would go as witches-- yes, inspired by the Disney movie Twitches, but V&E would go more for the traditional witch costumes with hats and capes and brooms, one with a sun and one with a moon theme. Elia would want to go as a roman soldier or emperor, like in his favorite history picture books! 

Risotto feels pretty comfortable going out on halloween, but he makes sure to take his kids to nice neighborhoods where crime rates are little to none and there’s no chance of him being recognized. Regardless, he asks Illuso and/or Formaggio to periodically do recon throughout the night, just in case. Risotto dresses as a black cat to compliment the girls’ witch theme; he’s got fuzzy ears and a black hoodie, fuzzy fake tail, and he let the girls paint a pink nose and whiskers on him.

Okay. Naenia breeds tarantulas and different cockroaches and bugs for them to eat. She has like five spiders but her first spider was when she was really young, still in elementary school. Her name was Lucifer<3

Naenia’s psychic powers actually manifest through communication with her insects, she takes after Eugene. Her visions aren’t really…healthy, for her. She doesn’t like having them at all.

Vittoria and Solace have a cat named Batman. She didn’t have any pets as a kid because she’s not the most responsible 😭

Leonidas gets a puppy when he turns sixteen and he names him Violence. Violence is a sweetheart who he takes with him when he and Adisa move in together. Violence is a huge black german shepherd that Leonidas practically raised. He takes the puppy everywhere, even to school. They tried to stop him. They love to go on runs together<3

It REALLY helps with Leonidas’ excess of energy to have a pet. They run around the backyard a lot. And because Leonidas has super strength he actually wrestles the dog. They’re almost inseparable until Violence meets Adisa and yeah Adisa is his favorite. 😭

Whenever Adisa comes over, Violence follows him around just like Leonidas except Leonidas thinks of it as a betrayal 😭 one he will tolerate because Adisa is pretty BUT A betrayal.

More about the wenclair kids, this post is dedicated to @krystal-maiden because they wanted to know more about the twins! If anyone wants to ask anything about them, I’d happily share my hyperfixations with anyone (:

Leonidas is a pack animal and prefers company. He follows his moms everywhere and whenever his uncles visit he will hold something they have hostage so they can stay longer. Leonidas was jealous that Wednesday AND Enid had brothers, so he asked for brothers for his birthday. He got two twin sisters instead.

When the twins came home, Leonidas tried to return them because he thought they got the wrong kids.

Vittoria and Naenia are not identical twins, in fact one look at them and nobody could tell they were twins at all. Vittoria is the spitting image of Enid and Leonidas save for her nearly black eyes. And Naenia is the spitting image of Wednesday, except her bright blue eyes which stare into the soul of anyone and everyone.

Naenia and Vittoria were born with their dominant gene being psychic, and because of their twinship they share a connection. If Vittoria cries, Naenia will start crying soon after. If Vittoria is hungry, Naenia will cry, if Naenia wakes up in the middle of the night and sits there quietly, Vittoria will wake up and start crying. If Naenia needs to be changed, Vittoria will start crying. Leonidas noticed this and immediately started trying to experiment to figure out the limits of this. Wednesday always manages to catch him before someone gets beheaded though.

Vittoria was smiling as soon as they left the delivery room. (They had to make sure Leonidas didn’t cut the breaks) Naenia didn’t stop crying unless Wednesday held her and they didn’t like to be separated. Leonidas spent the entire car ride pouting because he wanted brothers.

Naenia has a permanent glare, unless her face is relaxed, like when she’s inspecting Enid’s fangs or near Vittoria. (Naenia will play with Enid and Leo’s fangs as a baby) The first time she smiles is at Leonidas as he’s about to set her on fire, and he decides she is more useful alive (his heart melts and he realizes he’d protect his baby sisters with his life). Vittoria is a very happy baby so long as she’s entertained. She’s very curious and tries to get into everything Leo owns (annoy him to death) and thus starts their life long prank rivalry.

Yoko loves the twins and Leo, she insist they call her aunty or dad (Wednesday firmly disagrees even though she is their god mother). Frequently Yoko just pops into the house with gifts for the twins and Leo. Vittoria loves anything colorful to chew on and expensive (she seems to be able to smell what costs money). Yoko very quickly becomes Vittoria’s favorite and Naenia loves her fangs.

Leonidas always tries to ambush and kill Yoko but she’s much faster and stronger than he is. Yoko just thinks he’s adorable every time he tries to jump on her back with a toy knife. He makes it his goal to defeat her in combat (even though he won’t say it, he respects her a lot). And he likes that she protects Enid, Leo is very protective of his moms.

Naenia loves being around Leonidas, she smiles most as a baby when he watches horror movies with her.

Vittoria loves when there are a lot of people around to watch, she doesn’t like to be bored at all. She often spends time in Leonidas’s old carrier with Enid because she likes to move around. And because Naenia doesn’t like to be far from her, Enid buys a second one for Wednesday to use in public. She is appalled. She wears it anyway. They’re in their snood colors.

Enid: We can match!

Wesnesday: …Leo I think your mom is trying to send me to an early grave.

Leonidas: Grave digging! :D

Wednesday, nodding: Yes we do have to take them on their first grave robbing expedition, they’re getting about that age.

Enid: …they’re five months old.

Wednesday: By that age my father and my uncle had already taken me across the sea to slay my first kraken with them. It’s a bonding experience for family.

The Vittoria and Naenia do not spend time apart very often, though they like wildly different things. This often means you can find them spending time doing each other respective interests. Vittoria will dress Naenia up while Naenia sits there quietly and reads. Or Vittoria will draw whatever story Naenia is writing. Or Vittoria just talking nonstop to Naenia who just nods along while reading books about arachnids.

Leonidas will join dress up if he has nothing better to do than walk around in a dress with one side of his hair braided and Vittoria begs really hard.

Vittoria LOVES her hair, she takes a lot of pride in it and doesn’t let anyone touch of braid her hair except Wednesday. She loves getting her hair styled and changed, she eagerly awaits the day Enid and Wedesday say she old enough to dye her hair. Naenia has Enid cut her hair pretty often, the feeling of hair touching the back of her neck is very uncomfortable for her.

One time Enid came in their room to find Vittoria had cut all of Naenia’s hair with scissors when they were six. Vittoria explained that Nia was getting frustrated and cried because of her hair and she was just trying to help. They all crowded into the bathroom and Enid helped smooth it out and soothe Nia. Naenia hasn’t had long hair since. And she doesn’t let anyone but Enid cut it, she is very particular about the way its cut.

Leo once tried to set Vittoria’s braids on fire and she tried to throw his violin out the window. This ended up in a week long prank war.

Naenia isn’t very talkative, Wednesday likes to believe she takes after lurch. Often Vittoria will speak for her, she has the uncanny ability to know how Naenia is feeling. The younger twin likes to read quietly or observe. Often you can spot her mirroring her family, she loves to be around them.

Wednesday will sit Naenia next to her during her writing hour in her personal office because sometimes Vittoria and Leonidas can get loud with their fighting and she’s sensitive to sounds. Naenia is the only person allowed to do this besides Enid because she is the only person in the family who can be quiet and still for an hour easily. Leonidas has trouble sitting still indoors without physical tasks, and Vittoria doesn’t like not speaking.

Naenia started writing at a young age to communicate with people outside of family. She will talk if it is necessary, or if she’s comfortable but its not often and certainly not to new people. She used to write little stories for her and her siblings to play pretend to. Like “Save The Helpless Child From Cthulhu” and “You’re Being Tortured How Loud Can You Scream”.

Vittoria: Why am I always the one getting tortured?

Leonidas: You torture us enough with your presence. Tie her up, Nae.

Naenia: *nodding while tying Tori to a chair*

Leonidas: If you can last three hours without crying, you can be mother’s favorite

Vittoria: I am mami’s favorite!

Naenia: *thumbs down*

Leonidas: Get the nails, Nia.

Because Naenia does not like loud sounds, she often does not partake in loud parties from the Addams family. Naenia will usually sit in a spare room with Thing to keep her company. Her family comes to check on her or bring her food usually though, especially Vittoria because they are codependent.

Vittoria LOVES Divina and Yoko, every time they visit she somehow manages to convince them and Enid to let her pick out their outfits.

Naenia loves Thing, she will follow thing and Leonidas around very often just to quietly be around them.

Naenia gets a pet tarantula from Wednesday for her birthday, she spends a lot of time just watching her and writing down her behavior. Her and Wednesday feed her together, her name is Lucifer. Naenia just calls her Luci.

Naenia’s idea of fun is sitting at home with all her family on the couch quietly watching horror movies. Or watching animal documentaries. She is a fan of arachnids particularly.

Both the twins make fun of Leonidas because he calls Wednesday “mother”.

Enid is Momma and Wednesday is Mami. Leonidas is just a quirky boy who’s different and calls Wednesday mother. She finds it endearing.

Vittoria has gotten into Enid’s make up multiple times, she loves anything sparkly and colorful.

Wednesday sets aside specific days for each of the kids to pick an activity for them to do together. This was her way of delegating time between writing and spending time with them.

Vittoria always wants to go shopping, she loves getting Wednesday’s opinions and because Wednesday lets her get as many onesies as she wants. They’ll have tea parties, play dress up, watch Tangled (Vittoria’s favorite movie), or Wednesday will let Vittoria do her hair while Wednesday tries to keep up with her gossip.

Naenia always wants Wednesday to read her stories and give feedback, Wednesday is always amused and proud. They will read quietly in the library, look at pictures of spiders and facts, and watch and critique horror movies. Naenia really likes to share arachnid facts, and Wednesday always listens. She remembers every single one.

Leonidas almost always asks Wednesday to fence, he is determined to beat her at least once in his lifetime. Wednesday hasn’t let him win once. He likes playing chess with her, playing music with her, and learning from her. Knife throwing, archery, Leonidas is very competitive but he is currently 178/0 with Wednesday. He’ll win eventually.

Vittoria is a dove. She often has visions that predict something good happening to her or those around her. She is known as the swindler of the family. By the age of three she learned Gomez would do anything for her, and thats how she ended up with a designer wardrobe for Christmas. She learned the “Enid Face” from Leo, which is a very secret pout that Wednesday cannot refuse. Leo only did this once in his life, he finds it demeaning to stoop to begging. She is a very talented pick pocketer, it seems to come naturally to her to find and sniff out a credit card with the highest limit as Gomez would come to find out. He’s always amused though.

Vittoria loves Disney movies, she will never grow out of it. Tangled is her favorite and she often asks Wednesday to style her hair in one long braid like Rapunzel in the movies.

Naenia is a raven, and her visions are physically exhausting. They’re usually of something dangerous or bad happening, which is why she’s the braincell. Often times she’ll have a vision and save Vittoria or Leonidas from themselves. Her visions cause her physical pain like headaches and are extremely vivid, often times she needs to rest afterwards somewhere quiet. Usually her family will tend to her while she’s recovering.

Naenia moves uncannily quietly, she has a habit of just popping up behind people, even as a toddler. She’d crawl around silently and scare Enid to death by just appearing somewhere she hadn’t been before.

As Naenia grows up she uses sign language to communicate with people outside of family, she finds it much easier than speaking and quicker than writing. She learned from Thing, and her siblings were quick to follow along because helping Naenia find more ways to communicate that she’s comfortable with is important to them. She’s comfortable around her family, but not other people. She’s not a fan of people. Mostly animals. She’d save a spider over a person.

When the girls first went to school, they were mostly excited to see Leonidas, they would always wait for him to come home from school so they could play with him. They would come with Wednesday to pick him up from the bus stop as often as they could. Vittoria is especially excited to make friends and Naenia is excited for the library.

Naenia is nervous about the loud crowds so Leonidas walks them to class (not like he wouldn’t do that anyway) on their first day. They soon find out everyone is afraid if Leonidas (he has a bit of a reputation, nothing that can be legally proven but a reputation) and that makes it easier for Naenia to handle so many people, since the whole hall will clear not to touch Leonidas. So, Leonidas walks them to class every day. He calls them blood sucking parasites while silently daring anyone to come within six feet of them.

Compared to the twins, who barely scrape past three feet, Leonidas grows rapidly. He is the tallest kid in his grade at 5’3. He sort of looks like a giant following them around the halls scowling at everyone.

Vittoria loves school, she makes friends very easily and becomes very popular within the school. Mostly because she rides in a limo and brings candy for everyone in her class, Vittoria likes spending money on others too. Sharing wealth with people is something Gomez taught her, so she often uses her allowance (and her pout) to get things for her class. She’s the reason the school’s playground got upgraded (she called Gomez at three am). She traded Morticia’s spot as favorite grandparent. Even though she’s one of the youngest kids, she’s still extremely popular. She talks to everyone, is very friendly to everyone, and loves participating in class. She struggles with the academic portion, Vittoria doesn’t really enjoy math or writing or history. She likes drawing and gossiping, and pretending to act out scenes of Tangled where she duels kids with frying pans. Often, Naenia will steer her back to working when she gets distracted being chatty or social.

Naenia doesn’t make friends quite as easily as her twin, her limited speaking is a factor but Naenia had never been a social person outside of her family regardless. Aside from the loud noises, the memes she doesn’t understand, and the cafeteria food, Naenia loves learning and school is something she excels in at an early age. She especially likes that her teacher lets her go to the library if shes feeling overwhelmed, and even lets Vittoria go. She usually stays close to Vittoria and by proxy, makes friends because of her sister. Most people are nice to her because of Vittoria, but she’s fine with that because it means she doesn’t have to explain herself to anyone. The other kids are usually very nice to her though, some even try to learn sign language and she held little sessions after school with Vittoria. It’s one of few times she didn’t want to leave a social setting after an hour.

Because of her crippling side effects of her visions, Naenia wears gloves everywhere outside to refrain from touching something directly. She also does not touch people or like people touching her. If she has visions in school, Wednesday comes to pick her up without fail.

Vittoria: This is my twin Nia! She likes to be called Naenia, she doesn’t talk much but she writes super spooky stories. Okay she doesn’t like a lot of people crowding her so let her read, shoo! Lets go play ninjas, warlocks, and princesses!

Leonidas is fairly infamous in the school for getting expelled from four others, there are plenty of rumors about it and despite being outwardly inviting, Leonidas is not friendly to most. Most of the rumors floating around are exaggerated, but he doesn’t correct them. After getting into one altercation with a boy who tried to touch him and ending up suspended for punching him as hard as he could, most people don’t speak to Leonidas and avoid directly touching him. He finds school to be a waste of his time, and hard to sit through. Though he gets good grades, Leonidas will often finish work early and get bored. Sitting still is not his strong suit, and especially in school it leads to trouble. His patience starts with Naenia and ends with Vittoria, so he has trouble getting along with other students. People outside of his family often annoy him.

Vittoria teases him because he “doesn’t know how to make friends”.

Leonidas does eventually make one friend, a human boy he defends from bullies named Adisa. Leonidas just thought they were loud and now this boy with a tuba too big for him sits next to him and talks to him about things he doesn’t understand every time they have music, or lunch, or PE. Like “texting” and “sleepovers” and “video games”

Leonidas denies the fact that they’re friends but never tells him to sit somewhere else because “everyone else is a worse option.”

I PICKED OUT NAMES.

Leonidas Addams: Eldest Son, Wednesday suggested this name. Only his moms call him Leo, his sisters have called him Lee since they were old enough to speak. He loves his uncles more than words can say, so he just shoots them with arrows whenever they visit instead of saying it. He also does this to Vittoria but not Naenia because he likes his fingers. He loves red meat and he’s threatened to eat kids at school before. He wants to be a warlord but will settle for conquering the musician world with sheer force if Enid doesn’t let him conquer the world.

Vittoria Addams: Older than her twin by 13 minutes. When they found out they were having twins, Wednesday suggested that whoever came out first be named Vittoria. She has made her entire family watch every disney princess movie and you can spot papa gomez doing little tea parties with her when they visit. (She does somehow steal his credit card every time) She’s also a master manipulator but that’s besides the point. She once tied Leonidas to the ceiling fan and left him spinning there for 2 hours gagged until Enid found him. She wants to be a disney ninja princess. Whatever that means.

Naenia Addams: Spends a lot of her time attached to her twin. Very quiet, not very outwardly expensive, very academically and logically inclined. Though not very verbal, it is often her facial expressions that speak for her. She really likes headless dolls (birthday gifts from Wednesday). Naenia is very calm and collected until she isn’t. Her siblings learned very quickly she will make their lives miserable if they bother her during her reading time. Sarcastic, literal, loves her big brother. She wants to be a great writer like her mom. Enid sometimes reads her stories and faints. Wednesday is always very proud. They get the smelling salts together cause its a bonding experience.

With the blonde werewolf asleep on the couch, reading her stories and the ravenette out for work, the two daughters sneak into their bedroom.

Vittoria quietly closes the door while Naenia is already in the closet. With Naenia’s date just a couple hours away, the tiny girl needed some new threads. Vittoria as usual, isn’t too sure about this.

Vittoria: I’m not too sure about this.

But Naenia was sure. She knew their mother, the oldest Addams had a particular gothic aesthetic style of clothing that she knew would be perfect for her on her date.

Naenia: I am sure about this. I’d have some killer outfits to wear…. If it wasn’t for the fact they’re destroyed.

Vittoria, focusing on the door: I’ll kill him later. But Jesus, find something so we can leave.

Naenia: Tori, you cannot rush perfection. I mean look at me. I’m the best looking one out of all of us.

Vittoria, turning to Naenia: I beg to differ.

Naenia picks out several blouses, pants, skirts, shirts, ties and puts them in her bag: Don’t worry, I’ll iron them.

Vittoria: Well just be fast because I swear to god if-

Vittoria turns around to see the door wide open.

Vittoria: Uh….. Nini-

Before she can say anything else she turns to see Enid already behind the two. Her eyes are filled with tears and she looks like she’s about to break down.

Naenia: Uh…. Mother. I didn’t hear you come in!

Vittoria: Wait how the hell did you even get in here?

Enid, wiping tears off her face: How can you do this to me? Your own mother. Your own blood!

Naenia: I’m sorry! I have a date and I need new clothes!

Vittoria: Mom relax, I didn’t realize know this would hurt you. Why though?

Enid, stomping out of the room: BECAUSE YOU DONT CARE ABOUT MY CLOTHES! ONLY YOUR MOTHERS!

The werewolf walks back in.

Enid: AND SHE WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS! *slams the door*

Enid opens the door again.

Enid: THIS IS OUR ROOM, GET OUT!
