You can't pick your mission so you take what you can get but the ideal outcome would be something on the East Coast of the US or Canada to "practice" long haul flights for potentially moving there or something in East or South East Asia because I've wanted to travel there for a while but I'm too broke and I don't know if I'd like the climate so having 1-2 days there and being paid for it would be a good test.
It would be so cool to get a courier mission to somewhere I've never been before
#I'd also love to go to India for a mission but I don't have a visa for that#Australia would also be really cool and I do have the visa but the flight duration might kill me#I'd also take any city in Europe tbh#I mean I'd get paid for it and I might even get to do some sightseeing

I’m not posting the full ask but the gist of the anon’s message was: The Sussexes seem to be on the Trump family’s mind since they made comments recently. What could happen in the new administration?
I think there’s a solid, if small, chance the new administration could release Harry’s unredacted visa paperwork as part of their immigration reform plans. Otherwise I feel the Sussexes will probably be left alone, maybe to be mentioned for brownie points with the base since they really don’t like the Sussexes. But in that case, it’ll be all bark and no bite - the administration has too much else to do and so many other much-higher priorities to address first that the Sussexes won’t register unless they do something to go on their radar again (like insulting Her Late Majesty on a new privacy tour).
I do feel like it’s more likely that we will see the Sussexes react to the new administration instead, maybe by moving permanently to Portugal or trying harder to make amends with the BRF to secure more protection - not physical protection like RPOs, but more like diplomatic protection that helps with Harry’s status since I don’t believe he has citizenship. They’re probably not moving back to the UK and Harry probably isn’t getting deported, but if the new administration does give Harry trouble with his visa, I think we’ll see Harry traveling abroad more, and for longer durations, to skirt whatever the issues are.
But one thing I do know: Meghan certainly isn’t asking this administration for a ride on Air Force One.
As I mentioned in the earlier post, this is the last ask I’m posting on the election. I apologize to everyone that has sent asks in this morning. Do know that I read everything that is sent in, even if/when I don’t post them.

*cracks knuckles* finally something I can truly sink my teeth into because this is my explicit area of expertise.
once again, @thetulipanon is a fraud and doesn't know wtf they're talking about
multiple times they've announced they're not in the writer's room (thank god) but somehow close enough to know that scripts are being rewritten (lol no) but too far to know anything about casting?
sure, sure.
so here's the thing: scripts take many forms before they end up in the hands of actors, directors, and production.
depending on scheduling availability sometimes scripts will change drastically because they have to. you might not be able to secure a location. you might secure a location and then get a call from the location manager that the whole place flooded overnight and will be out of commission for months and have to pivot to rewrite that scene or hopefully have a secondary location where you can actually shoot.
scripts also have to be formatted from a writer's script to a shooting script. your script editor works with the production team to make sure the scripts are suitable for shooting. script editors and development producers work extremelyclose. if there is an instance where actor scheduling becomes an issue that cannot be mitigated by shooting schedule change, then the script editor has to go back to the primary screenwriter and extensive task of rewriting begins.
finished scripts aren't just willy nilly rewritten. i'm not going to clarify what i think this person might mean instead because i'm positive they don't know. what thetuliproselilyhyacinth is attempting to allude to is that if Simone isn't around now she never will be and that's not true.
actor scheduling is one of the biggest occurrences that cause rewrites. there are have been actors whose visas have made it impossible for them to shoot in certain places causing rooms to scramble and rework every script that they were in. it happens.
contract negotiation is not an area thetuliproselilyhyacinth knows a thing about either, and frankly, very few people do. that's between an actor, their agent, and production. this person has already admitted to not working in production, on contracts, or in the writer's room – why on EARTH are you believing any of what they say to be true????
TL;DR scripts can and do change with actor availability and scheduling, set availability, script editors and producers needing to take things in a different direction, etc. the art of TV is not stagnant and requires an immense amount of leeway as it's like herding cats every goddamn day for the duration of the shoot.
#bridgerton#benophie#polin#kanthony#simone ashley#thetuliproselilyhyacinth is a fraud#quit just believing anything this charlatan is saying#they've already told you all the places they don't work – how on earth would they know any of this?

So I recently saw a video that moist critical put out where he explains that US immigration services has denied his esports team the ability to come into the United States twice. And I believe that either most of them or all of them are from Australia. Another first world nation that we are on good terms with. And yet somehow all this going on, all the while Biden's administration admitted to flying over and dropping off at random locations 300,000 plus criminal aliens. And what's even more fun and interesting is the fact that Tyson the company that makes chicken products will be effectively or has effectively laid off American citizens who were born and raised in this country mostly and replacing them with criminal aliens instead.
Do you know why I love leftists? *Clearly that statement dripping with sarcasm*. Because these people want criminal aliens to work in every job position because they think that'll bring about their proper communist Utopia. All of the black and brown people will be servants serving the whites. Weirdly so brilliant and yet the KKK never came up with it. Oh wait sorry that's right the Democrats were the party of the KKK.
Except now they're disguising their white supremacy as bleeding heart sympathy. Leftists are honestly some of the most disgusting and vile people on earth. Now mind you just a reminder, I'm saying leftists not people on the left these are two very different and distinct categories.
But no I just find it funny in a awful way and ridiculous that somehow we've gotten to the point where people from a first world country cannot come here for a short duration of time or potentially stay here with a Visa for a duration of time and yet we can Mass import criminal aliens and drop them off in random undisclosed locations around the United States. Destroying communities with people who do not care about American culture at all. If you want to talk to me about the US immigration system and the asylum program be my guest. But all I'm going to say is this if people from another first world country can't come over here to visit or to compete in a competition or even stay here for a duration of time on a Visa clearly there are some very very very broken things going on.
I really just wish that the leftists would admit that they want this people who are non-white coming to this country to be their servants. I mean they pretty much admit it tongue-in-cheek all the time when they say shit like, "But who will mow our lawns and clean our houses?". And frankly the fact that so many people just don't see the writing on the wall is actually kind of sad.

I'm back! Kinda + What I've been up to + Timezone Change, Story Posting Update
Heyyyy thur guys! I’m back, kinda. Sorry it took me a while to update you guys on what I’ve been working on, life has been extra busy since July 31st for me 💀 I won't post a story update yet as I still have things to do but I mightttt return by the end of September.
If you wanna know what I've been up to, read under the cut. Just a warning, it's pretty long 💀
I have an update on what I've been working on irl and it's kind of an exciting news, at least for me lol. So, in case anyone is wondering what I've been up to, I'm actually preparing to further my Masters overseas and this plan has been a wip since last year. I've been studying for my IELTS because the universities I've applied to requires me to take it. And then I had my graduation ceremony for my Bachelor's Degree after waiting for SO long bcs of Covid. It was one of the happiest day in my life bcs I got the Vice Chancellor's award!!! Sorry for the bragging there, I'm just so proud of myself :') I worked my ass off to maintain my CGPA every semester so getting that award really felt like all of that hard work was worth it :')
After all that is done, I applied to the Uni's that I wanted and surprisingly, all the Uni's I applied to gave me an offer which is pretty neat! I accepted one of the offers and then I had to look for a sponsorship.
I kept it a hush-hush kind of thing and only told several of my close friends about what I was planning to do bcs it was something that I wasn't sure that I'll be getting so anytime that I was taking a "break", I was actually working on this in the background (had to attend zoom interviews with the Uni's. Doing the tasks in order to get an interview invite etc.). It was a stressful process but yeah, this is what I've had planned for me when I was younger so I was determined to make it happen no matter what! Your girl is not one to give up easily! 😤
So around June this year, the sponsorship that I've been aiming for opened and I applied for it, got the results that I had been offered a full-ride sponsorship on July 31st and everything became so busy for me because I had to prepare the necessary documents to be sent to the sponsorship board. It was an exhausting process as I had to make sure that everything is prepared perfectly so there wouldn't be any problems and so far, alhamdulillah, everything has been going well. I had my visa done, I secured a place to stay during the duration of my studies, all the documents were sent at the end of last week. But preparing all of these took a toll on my energy and I simply don't have the energy to open my game or even open blender to work on my story. But I have been writing the scripts and all so yeah, the story is still running in the background. I did find some little time to work on poses but I worked on a few before I stopped because I was too tired hahaha.
Anyways, only a few people knew what I was working on while I was on this break. Shoutout to Miss Wheat knee and Gigi for being patient with me replying to their discord messages late everyday 😭 And thank you for giving me your emotional support and encouragement! A huge thank you to both Miss Devilled Eggs and Wheat knee for helping me in my process of applying to the Uni's from helping me brush up my English for my IELTS during one of our previous calls, and for helping me with my Piece to Camera video practice for my Uni interviews. I really, greatly, am thankful to you guys for that. And to Wheat knee, thank you for believing in me when I was overthinking stuff thinking I wouldn't get the offers sfkhskl I really appreciate you for that 😢
And with that, I would like to update you guys that my posting time will be changing as I will be moving to London for my studies. So my timezone will no longer be GMT+8 :') It will be GMT+1 as of September 28th. Aside from that, my postings won't be regular too, I'll be updating whenever I can as I'll probably be busy with my studies and all. So, wish me luck! I'm a bit anxious about this so I hope I'll do well :')
Thank you to all my readers who are still there for me since day 1, you all are the best! And sorry that the story will take a while to be completed, I'll try my best to still work on it bcs I love it too much to just leave it like that 😭
That's all I guess! Thank you again for reading this if you are reading it lol.
Love,
Nina ❤
#WRTOOC#update#yes I have a month before I leave for my studies but I want to spend this last few weeks with my family and friends!#I'll still be around reading stuff!#tbh I'm so scared of telling ppl what I've been up to irl#me telling ppl about what I'm currently doing with my life feels so scary#but i want to share with you all! 😭#I'm just so scared of ppl using what I do irl to make fun of me behind my back#so I rarely talk about my personal life with anyone bcs the worries about ppl using it against me terrifies me

Taxation of Remote Workers in Turkey: Essential Information for Foreigners
With the increase in remote work and the appeal of Turkey as a base, understanding taxation of remote workers in Turkey is essential for foreigners planning to work, live, or set up a business in the country. Turkey’s tax regulations impact foreign workers differently based on residency status, the source of income, and the duration of their stay. This article provides key insights into taxes in Turkey for foreigners, helping digital nomads, freelancers, and remote employees understand their tax obligations.
Overview of Turkish Tax Obligations for Foreigners
Turkey’s tax laws classify individuals as either resident or non-resident taxpayers, which plays a crucial role in determining tax obligations. Generally, those who stay in Turkey for over six months are considered residents and are subject to taxation on their global income, while non-residents are taxed only on Turkish-sourced income. The primary taxes affecting foreign remote workers include income tax, VAT (value-added tax), and corporate tax for entrepreneurs.
Foreign nationals are advised to work with professional tax consultants or legal advisors, especially because certain categories, like freelancers or employees working for foreign companies, may encounter additional complexity in meeting Turkish tax requirements.
Key Laws Governing Taxation in Turkey for Foreigners
Taxation in Turkey is based on a few core laws. The Income Tax Code applies to individuals earning in Turkey, including foreign residents. The Corporate Tax Code is relevant for business owners or freelancers registered as companies, while the Value Added Tax Code impacts goods and services transactions. For foreigners, Turkey’s digital nomad framework outlines responsibilities for those residing in Turkey but earning income from abroad.
Importance of Compliance with Tax Regulations
Foreigners working remotely or as freelancers in Turkey need to navigate these tax rules carefully. Failure to meet tax obligations can lead to serious consequences, such as fines, penalties, or legal action. Understanding Turkey’s taxation system, particularly for digital nomads or foreign freelancers, can help prevent unexpected tax liabilities. The guidance of tax advisors is often essential for those unfamiliar with the Turkish tax system, as they can help ensure that all compliance requirements are met.
Digital Nomad Tax Rules and Remote Work Permits
Currently, there is no specific “digital nomad visa” in Turkey; however, foreigners working remotely can stay on tourist visas initially. After this period, a residence permit is required, which may necessitate obtaining a work permit depending on the duration and nature of their stay. According to Turkish law, a work permit is also considered a residence permit, giving foreign nationals both the right to work and to reside in the country legally.
Foreigners should note that spending over six months in Turkey typically triggers residency status, which then requires filing income tax returns on worldwide earnings. This regulation applies even to those without work permits, highlighting the importance of understanding residency-based tax obligations.
Double Taxation Agreements and Tax Residency Rules
Turkey has agreements with several countries to prevent double taxation, which can help foreign workers avoid paying taxes on the same income in both their home country and Turkey. Double taxation treaties outline tax responsibilities for individuals based on their primary country of residence and income sources. These agreements are particularly beneficial for foreign nationals working remotely in Turkey for an international employer, as they may qualify for tax credits or exemptions under certain conditions.
Practical Steps for Tax Compliance
For foreign remote workers, staying compliant with Turkish tax rules means securing the right permits, if required, and keeping accurate records of income and expenses. They should ensure they have a tax identification number, a bank account for transactions, and if needed, register their business activities. Additionally, international tax agreements between Turkey and their home country can influence how their income is taxed.
Conclusion
Working remotely from Turkey offers numerous advantages, from cultural enrichment to diverse opportunities. However, it also brings tax obligations that should be carefully managed. Foreigners should understand their tax residency status, familiarize themselves with Turkish tax codes, and seek professional advice to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements.
In summary, taxes in Turkey for foreigners can vary widely based on individual circumstances, making professional assistance invaluable. By understanding taxation in Turkey for foreigners, remote workers can focus on their careers while staying fully compliant with Turkey’s tax laws.
