I’m 1 follower away from 100 followers! Now, I’m already planning to do another q&a. I think I already mentioned it in a previous post, but I have the old q&a list from my 50 followers q&a, and swapped out any of the already answered questions or ones I mentioned in posts so far with new questions. But whilst I am already working on a fanart for my upcoming Neptunia RP blog, I am still debating whether I should spoil you all with another fanart poll in the way I did the Cat Event on top of the q&a. I like to think that Husk is the type of man who only shows certain things about himself to certain people. Behind closed doors in the hotel, you both have vinyl record players with records that play just the instrumental version of songs. With a wing cascaded about your shoulder as you both lay in the bed you often share, you lie still against Husk's chest—an earful of his heartbeat and another of the warm music filling the room.

Husk's voice joins the melody, sharing his voice with you as he sings for you; deep, honeyed, baritone as he is the one fascinated by the sizes of your palms. The way his elongated claws curl about the smallness of your hand makes his aged heart race like it once did in his youth.

His thumb brushes over your knuckles back and forth, counting each bump of your bones. Husk can't help but find your size precious as he presses a long and tender kiss to your forehead. The notes he sings resonates through your skull right down to your soul.

It is moments like these that make Husk wonder if he'd gotten lucky or somehow he'd stolen a piece of heaven into his suite. As you bury your face into his tuft of thick fur, he holds you closer to himself. There was no way he was going to let this little happiness go.

No way he would ever let you go.

You know what line is spoken so casually but breaks my heart every. single. freaking. time?

Lockwood: Of course she is, she's dead.

Lockwood believes that any afterlife ghosts (and possibly all people) experience is agony. From this simple line, we see into his mind and find that he thinks his parents, his sister, any agents or friend or anyone else he's lost- he thinks they're suffering.

...as someone who's lost a close relative recently, I can't imagine how hard it would be to grieve properly and healthily if I believed that they were hurting. My grandpa was in a lot of pain before he passed away, but now that he's on the other side (the true other side, not the limbo we see ghosts trapped in), I know he's at peace. I personally believe he's in heaven, the literal best place anyone could ever be, and that thought, that knowledge, brings me so much comfort.

No wonder Lockwood has such a hard time letting go, he must think that holding onto his family's memory is the only way he can make their supposed suffering somehow worth it.

To anyone who's in the same boat as him, I just want you to know it's okay to let them go. They're okay now. Holding onto what they went through in life or right before their life ended is not going to help them, it's only hurting you. It's hard to let yourself grieve and harder to let yourself heal but I promise it's worth it. We saw Lockwood do it with the help of his new friends and family and I know you and I can do it too.

Last drawing of the night, I'm actually so fckin happy with this one THEY LOOK SO CUTE, its so rare for me to like something I make. I did use this ref off of Pinterest, and the second I saw it I was like "oh thats NiktoKrueger.." and just HAD to draw them (ref + credits & thank yous below the cut♥️)

Even tho I drew everything myself I still feel weird like... Not Crediting my inspos... Cause if it were not for them I probably wouldn't of started this account or started drawing & writing again. My designs for them are like a mix between (not tagging them because idk if they like that and I don't wanna bother them and fill up their notifs anymore than they probably are. But you should absolutely go check them out pls they make content 1000% better than mine) @/cerosin-bis's and @/unhingedpolycule's designs, and I draw a lot of inspo from them in general because their artstyles and the way they portray not just NK but any cod characters or non-cod characters is just sooo good. This community is so talented in general, everyone inspires me in little ways, and I've been having sm fun interacting with content and posting it on here, and the ppl are so nice. Tease Tidbit Tuesday

Trying to avoid extended family drama (that has nothing to do with me or my little fam so leave us alone! 🤪) like the plague atm. Feeling emotionally drained most days but I’ve still managed to make progress in some of my WIPs which makes me happy, because writing about Buddie makes me happy (and frustrated at times when the words aren’t wording haha).

I’ve finally taken the plunge and dived into The Well Incident (not just the aftermath of it) from Rival Firefighters 🚒. Here’s a little snippet from before shit goes down.

News vans began to roll up (Buck had spotted a familiar head of red hair that he quickly avoided) and along with them came the rain. At first it was a light pitter patter but it soon turned torrential, gusts of wind blowing harshly making an already complicated rescue even more dangerous and fragile.

A radio was sent down to Hayden and they were able to make audio contact, Eddie being the one to talk to Hayden and let him know help was on the way and to try and stay calm. Then next thing Buck knows, Eddie is harnessing up to get lowered down and something uneasy swirls to life in Buck’s gut.

“You know you don’t have to be the one to go down there.” Buck muses as he checks Eddie’s harness is secure.

“I’m the one that was talking to Hayden on the radio, he knows my voice, so he’s more likely to trust me and follow my directions.”

“I know that Eds, but I just–,” he sighs and looks out into the distance where a flash of lightning shoots across the darkened sky, “I’ve got a bad feeling about this.”

“Buck,” Eddie gently grips Buck's shoulder, his thumb finding a familiar resting spot on Buck's collarbone, “I need to do this.”

Their eyes lock in a silent exchange, Eddie's face pleading for Buck to understand. And he does - he does - but he can’t shake the feeling that something bad is going to happen.

“Okay.” Buck agrees reluctantly. Even though he’s feeling uneasy about this rescue, about Eddie going down into the earth, he’ll support his partner. “I’ve got your back.”

“Then I’m in the best hands.” Eddie squeezes Buck’s shoulder and then he’s stepping away to get hooked up to the rope at the entrance of the hole he’ll be lowered down into.

10: Do you set yourself deadlines?

Not really. With the ADHD and autism, deadlines just stress me out and make me not wanna do it haha. I have to follow my distracted af heart wherever it leads haha.

EEEEEEEEEEEE well I LOVE chreon. Chris and Leon are my favorite resident evil characters and I also have the easiest time writing them out of any characters I have ever written. But mostly Chris hehehehe

Chris forced his eyes open, blinking as he took a choked breath. He raised his gun, shooting the crimson-skinned licker in the head twice. The BOW fell to the ground next to him with a wet squelch, screeching one last cry before falling silent. He hadn’t seen it coming.

Man, this past week has been shit... how's everyone holding up?

This is so deeply and violently upsetting. There's so much I wanna say and I'm so overwhelmed with anger and sadness right now but really. I just want to say I'm thinking of all of you right now. Everyone in conservative states. Every queer and trans person. Every person of color. Every woman. Everyone not in the US that still had so much at stake tonight. Every minor that felt powerless today. I love you all so so much. I feel so bad and shitty right now and I know you do too but I love you so much and we have to stay here and we have to be fucking resilient.

trying to put into words how I'm feeling right now while running on 1.5 hours of sleep and knowing I have to go to work in a few hours and the one that keeps coming to mind is aghast. Aghast that, nine years in, there are still so many people flocking to and voting for that pustule. Aghast that one of them is my own father, who seems to care not for the rights of his three daughters. Aghast that my little sister was so excited to vote for the first time and this is the result. Aghast that so many people around the country and abroad are going to be the ones paying for this result. Just ... aghast and nauseous and repulsed and numb and hurting hurting hurting
