The moon hung high in the night sky as you found yourself standing before Muzan, the one who held your heart captive. Your voice quivered slightly as you mustered the courage to utter those four vulnerable words.

"Please, stay with me."

Your eyes pleaded with him, filled with a mix of longing and desperation. You had always been a non-violent demon, your abilities geared towards healing and restoration rather than destruction. But even with your pacifistic nature, you couldn't deny the depth of your feelings for Muzan.

In his presence, you felt a whirlwind of emotions—intense adoration, an undeniable connection, and a desire for a future together. The thought of him leaving, of being separated from the one who had captured your heart, was unbearable.

You reached out a trembling hand, as if to bridge the gap between you and Muzan, to hold onto the fleeting chance of happiness. "I care for you deeply," you confessed, your voice laced with sincerity. "Your darkness does not scare me. I see the good within you, and I want to be by your side."

Muzan's gaze met yours, his expression unreadable for a moment. There was a flicker of surprise, perhaps even a glimmer of something softer in his eyes. The weight of your words hung in the air, anticipation rising within you.

But then, as if a shadow fell over his features, Muzan's expression hardened. He pulled away, distancing himself from your touch. "You don't understand," he murmured, his voice tinged with a mixture of sadness and resignation. "I am darkness incarnate. To stay with me would only bring you pain."

Tears welled in your eyes, but you refused to let them fall. You couldn't force someone to change, nor could you extinguish the darkness that consumed Muzan's heart. Despite your own feelings, you had to respect his decision.

"I understand," you whispered, your voice barely audible. "But please know that my offer still stands. If ever you need someone to listen, to stand by your side, I will be there."

With a heavy heart, you turned away, knowing that some loves were simply not meant to be. The pain of unrequited affection lingered, but you refused to let it dim the light within you.

As you walked away, you vowed to channel your love and compassion towards those who were willing to accept it. And though Muzan may have turned you down, you would continue to offer him support and understanding.

"You do know staring at a sleeping woman is still considered creepy, old man." You said, not bothering to open your eyes or move from your comfortable position. You could feel the laughter reverberating through his chest, causing a smile to pull at your lips.

A gentle kiss is placed on your forehead, before he begins to slowly get up from his place as your pillow. You let out a small whine of discontent, which promptly turns to a yelp when his hand makes contact with your bare bottom.

Your eyes fly open to glare blearily at him, only to be met with a cheeky grin.

"Gooood morning, my love~"

"Fuck you, Solomon"

You immediately regretted your choice of words when his grin got wider.

"That's not what you were saying when I-mmph!" You quickly reached over to put your hand over his mouth as your face filled with embarrassed heat.

The room was filled his with laughter and your exasperated sighs.

Barbatos

You were convinced Barbatos didn't need to sleep. Like at all, because not once have you seen him look tired and every morning he would bring you breakfast in bed.

You even offered to help a couple of times but he would always tell you that he " Enjoyed taking care of you." with that insufferable smile of his and that would be the end of it.

Not today. Today you would make him breakfast. You even got Diavolo's help to distract him.

You entered the kitchen and immediately got to work. While you weren't a culinary master like Barbatos, you could make mean omelettes. It didnt take you long to make them and clean-up right as Barbatos walked in.

"So this is why the young master was so insistent that I help him get dressed."

"Yep, so we gonna eat or what?"

"Of course my love."

Diavolo

You whined when your pillow Diavolo began to move off the bed to begin his day. Like a petulant child you wrapped your arms around his waist and refused to move. (You both knew he could push off if he wanted to.)

"Stay." It wasnt a demand. You knew he was incredibly busy and moments like this were a rarity, but a selfish part of you wanted him for yourself today.

"[Name]" and he didn't need to say anything else. Reluctantly you let him go and tried to stop yourself from feeling disappointed.

You simply began to cocoon yourself into the ridiculously soft sheet and blankets. You heard a sigh, before he gently began to pry your shell from your body.

"I promise after I finish my paperwork for the morning we can do something together later. Does that sound good?"

"Okay."

"Good, get dressed and meet me downstairs. I asked Barabatos to make your favorite." He said with a grin while heading out the door.

The sun was setting behind the mountains, casting a warm, golden glow over the peaceful meadow where Lobo and you sat. The soft grass tickled your legs as you both looked out at the endless expanse of greenery before them. Lobo, as always, was dressed in his usual black robes, his face hidden behind his hood. You, on the other hand, wore a simple white dress, your hair flowing in the gentle breeze.

For a moment, there was silence between you as you both took in the serene atmosphere. Then, you spoke up.

"I have something for you," you said, pulling a handful of colorful wildflowers from beside you. With deft fingers, you began to weave the stems together, creating a delicate flower crown.

Lobo watched you work, his clawed fingers resting on his knees. He had never seen someone make something like this for him before. Lobo was used to being feared and avoided, not cherished ( not that he minded it much.)

You finished your creation, and with a gentle smile, you reached up and placed the flower crown on Lobo's head.

"There," you said, admiring your handiwork. "You look beautiful."

Lobo was stunned. He had never been called beautiful before. He tentatively reached up and touched the flowers, feeling the soft petals between his fingers.

You noticed Lobo's hesitation and took his hand, guiding it to the crown. "You deserve something beautiful," you said softly. "Just because you're Death doesn't mean you can't enjoy the simple things in life."

Lobo looked at you, his hood falling back slightly to reveal his wolfish face. "Thank you," he said, his voice barely a whisper.

The two of you sat in silence once again, Lobo still wearing the flower crown. As the night grew darker, the stars began to twinkle above you. You pointed up at the sky, identifying constellations and telling stories of ancient myths.

Lobo listened intently, his usual stoic expression softening. He had never spent time with a human like this before. It was almost... nice.

As the night drew on, you grew tired. Lobo stood up and offered his furred hand to help you up. You accepted, and as you walked back to your home, Lobo kept the flower crown on, feeling a sense of peace he had never experienced before.

The next day, you returned to the meadow, bringing with you a picnic basket filled with sandwiches and lemonade. Lobo was waiting for you, sitting cross-legged in the grass with his flower crown still on his head.

You spent the day talking and laughing, sharing stories and getting to know each other better. Lobo found himself enjoying your company more than he ever thought possible.

As the sun began to set once again, you pulled out a small camera and asked if you could take a picture of him wearing the flower crown. Lobo was hesitant, but eventually agreed.

You snapped a few pictures, the flash illuminating the darkening sky. Turning around the camera, you showed Lobo the pictures on the small screen, and he was surprised to see that he looked... happy. It was a feeling he had never experienced before, and he wasn't sure if he liked it or not.

Eventually, you had to leave, but before you did, you leaned in and gave Lobo a soft kiss on the cheek. Lobo was taken aback, but as you walked away, he found himself reaching up and touching the spot where your lips had met his cheek.

As Lobo sat alone in the meadow, his flower crown still on his head, he realized that he didn't want to be alone anymore. He wanted to spend more time with you, to feel the happiness and peace that came with your presence.

"See you soon, Y/N."
