4th Gravity Falls purchase for 2024, the very first Vinylmation set to grace my collection, and one I have been wanting awhile. The PB & J Twins!!! It was a bit pricey, but worth it.

Fellow Gravity Falls fans, it is with great excitement that I reveal, the script to Not What He Seems!!

In 2015, a guy named Mason McGrew won a contest Alex Hirsch was hosting by making this awesome stop motion video of the theme song with the VinylMation toys!

His prize was the entire script to Gravity Falls' biggest episode!

I reached out to him last week and he graciously scanned every page and gave me permission to release it for you all to read.

There are some differences in it to the actual episode. Some funny and some...I'm gonna go cry now ;-;

My stance on Funko Pops in general is generally "I talk a lot of smack about Funkos for someone who owns like 8 Funko Pops and various other Funko products." but I would be so down for a QuackerJack Funko Pop to keep my Megavolt Pop company. 🥺

I have one official shirt that has him on it as well as a fan design shirt ((that's a parody of John Wick)), but I think these are both out of print, and of course there's that stamp I have, lol

I am astounded that despite never getting an actual toy, QuackerJack still managed to get a commemorative stamp from St. Vincent and the Grenadines that has the monetary value of $6 USD in postage credits.

Again: QuackerJack was given a postage stamp as a collectible and not an actual toy.

I do appreciate that it's a bit of unique artwork I haven't seen elsewhere, but still... why a postage stamp?

It's a stretch, but I'm soooooooo hoping that we get some more Darkwing character rep in the Disney100 celebration, and not just a bunch of Darkwing and Negaduck stuff that's just recolors or whatever 👀

Now's a perfect chance for Disney to make a set of Fearsome Five collectables and maybe we can finally get a QuackerJack plushie or a figurine or a freaking keychain, please Disney, I'm begging ya, lemme hold the funny ducky man in my hands 🥺

I've been so busy for the past couple days that I finally had time to draw, I decided to draw some more Modnation Racers characters. Here's Jez and Wildcard! Since I didn't know much info about these characters, I didn't realize that Wildcard is actually male until I read his wiki. I've never played the games but i'm planning on getting it soon. Soon I do plan on making colored art of these characters, just trying to figure out how to draw them first. I love the character designs in this game because it reminds me of Disney Vinylmation, since I used to have the app to make characters with, but some of the designs are difficult to draw or pretty detailed. I've been dealing with so much lately, being able to draw helps me out a lot. My life has been a real mess lately.

SMRT-1 (X1846) by Walt Disney Imagineering and Sperry (1982). “His name is SMRT-1 (pronounced Smart One) – the precocious whiz kid of Sperry’s Epcot Computer Central. While SMRT-1 may appear to be all fun and games, he’s actually a working demonstration of an emerging computer technology known as speech recognition. When guests speak by phone to SMRT-1, he really listens! Computer circuits evaluate the answers determining whether the reply given was “yes” or “no”. Once that issue is settled, the logic department takes over… allowing SMRT-1 to astound and amuse his players.” – Disney’s Exotic, Robotic Cast, by Tom Fitgerald.

SMRT-1 had its own Vinylmation toy in the range of classic characters from Disney theme parks, and the SMRT-1 Robot Pin was given away at the press event for the Sperry SMRT-1 exhibit at Communicore in EPCOT Center, Walt Disney World in 1982.

When Communicore was reimagined as Innoventions in 1994, SMRT-1 was renamed X1846 and redeployed to the Concourse Steakhouse at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, where it was made to wait tables (final photo).
