The weird green 1999 Bulbous House of Clark Fork, ID had a pending sale for $269K in 2021, but the sale fell through and it was taken off the market. It has 3bds, 1ba, and its current estimated worth is $420K.

The front door opens to, I guess, the living room. This home is kind of confusing. If this is the living room, it's got a leak and it's a weird shape. Looks like a meter or circuit breaker box in the here.

There's a hallway with a built-in bench and something behind a large curtain.

It appears that at the end of the hall there's a storage room or pantry.

Going thru the pony walls, one emerges in the kitchen with a balcony above and spiral stairs on the side.

The kitchen's not that small, but it has a bathroom sink and a teeny stove. I think that's the water heater above. There are a lot of utilities exposed in this home.

Off the kitchen there's this room. I'm guessing it's a bedroom.

The house has 1 bath and this is it.

Bedroom #2.

Up over the kitchen, this appears to be the primary bedroom.

The description says 1 bath, but there's a 2nd bath up here.

There are also a few outbuildings.

There's a creek going thru the 5 acre property.
