I’m back at work after I took a few days off to look after ‘er. Nothing’s changed much at work, apart from new bloody chairs – and they are damn uncomfortable on my ASF. Oh well. I took the opportunity to mix my own Cider whilst I had a few days off. Its been festering in the barrel for about 80hrs which means its ready to try. Its a bit more than “just add water”, you have to “just add yeast”…
