14 & 17 for Adeline~

14 Dancing: Adeline loves ballroom dance. When she was younger, her parents sent her off to finishing school where she was taught all manner of dance. Nate waltzed her around the dancefloor at military balls and at their wedding and it was some of the happiest time Adeline had.

17 Soft Spot: Ghouls. It’s such an easy answer, but Ad has a soft spot for ghouls in general. She understands above all else that these were once people, flesh and blood like she is, with emotions and feelings like anyone else. She jumps to help Daisy and Arlen, spends more free time than she cares to admit at the Slog and loitering around Goodneighbor.

F: Fun1. what do they do for fun?

He drinks, plays his lute, makes arrows, practices smithing/alchemy (which he is absolutely horrible at) and sometimes hangs out with the kitchen staff at Skyhold until he’s full from “taste testing” and/or they kick him out.

2. what is their ideal party?

Upbeat music where everyone is dancing, drinking contests, someone or multiple people taking their clothes off, everyone is or is close to being blackout drunk. This last one is a preference but not a necessity: he’d be happy if someone ends up in bed with him afterwards.

3. who would they have the most fun with?

Oh god. Sera and Varric most definitely. He can also have fun with Iron Bull, Dorian (of course), Hawke, and Isabela.

4. can they have fun while conforming to rules?

It depends on the rules. If they are too strict, he will find a way to bend or break them. If they are basic rules, then yeah, he can still have some fun.

5. do they go out a lot?

It’s all he ever does. He has to find a tavern every where he goes. Ellis lives in and for taverns.

G: Gorgeous1. what is their most attractive external feature?

His. Beefy. Arms. And his eyes. He has some very nice eyes uwu

2. what is the most attractive part of their personality?

I think it’s his sense of humor. He can take any devastating situation and make light of it. He was responsible for keeping the kids entertained when the people of Haven were moving to Skyhold.

3. what benefits come with being their friend?

He’s got your back 100% no matter what. He doesn’t judge a person’s entire character by their race or opinions or background. Once he’s your friend, you have his full support.

4. what parts of them do they like and dislike?

He really likes how he looks. Ellis knows he’s a handsome mofo. He also likes how thick-skinned he is. Like you could call him anything under the sun and he’d probably agree with you (unless you’re someone close to him). It takes a lot to offend him. He dislikes how clumsy he can be at times since it really costs him in battle.

5. what parts of others do they envy?

Tbh, part of him envies other’s ability to live a normal life. By that, I mean not being a noble. Sure, he never struggled as a kid and was always taken care of by his family, but he hated everyone watching his every move. He still does.

M: Maternal1. would they want a daughter or a son?

Yes! In fact, the only good thing he saw about his parents arranging a marriage for him was the possibility of having kids of his own. He wouldn’t care if he had a daughter or a son, he’d love to have either one.

2. how many children do they want?

One or two would be enough for him. He has four other siblings (but grew up with three of them) and can recall how loud the house was when all of them were home together. He also couldn’t imagine being in charge of more than two kids. He can barely keep up with himself most of the time.

3. would they be a good parent?

Of course he would! I think he’d be that dad who tries to take his kids to every event that he could think of. He’d make their favorite food and leave it next to their bed when they’re upset and randomly give them gold for them to get candy or other treats. He’d also be the type of dad who rewards his kids for winning fights but not starting them.

4. what would they name a son? what would they name a daughter?

I think Finn for a boy and Ophelia for a girl.

5. would they adopt?

Yep! He ends up adopting a kid or two after Inquisition.

Nate’s alway been a bit of a loafer and lazy, the product ofsomeone who had everything laid at his feet. However when no longer in a privilegedposition he takes it upon himself to do his own gardening, and finds the hard labor ofdigging one of the most satisfying thing he has ever done, the ache at the end of the day pleasurable. The Carmichael’sgarden in Sanctuary before the war was the most envied in the street.

Molly used to exchange letters with her old friend VincentLafferty. They were mostly friendly but she never told Nate even though hewould not likely be jealous (even though Vincent was the one she lost hervirginity to) and Vincent lived with his wife on the other side of thecountry. Still, she never talked about it.

Mitch fears losing his loved ones. He tries hard to hide thefeelings he has about Nora and Mitch Junior and he can’t bare to see otherslose loved ones either. His greatest fear is once again losing those close tohim even though he brushes that fear off with laughter.

Lust

Nate loves when his lover takes over (part laziness on hispart) but being told what to do is a big turn on for him, being tied up a closesecond. He likes the bossy types in bed.

Molly loves being touched and caressed. Massages she findsare the best thing to get her in the mood for some good lovin’

Mitch likes dirty talk. It always starts in a joking manner,but if consent is given he loves to hear it, and he loves to talk it. He’s not shy of writing it down either ;)

8. Your favorite character to write for in 2017 Oh Gosh, that’s a hard one, Molly and MacCready were definitely faves, but I loved writing for Mitch and Nate too, there were so much fun!

9. Your favorite pairing to write for in 2017 My OTP Molly and Mac of course. Although I really loved writing Nate/Vince (Vince belongs to viciousshenanigans) because the dynamics are great.

10. Your proudest fic from 2017: Finishing the Road not taken. Damn I have never written a fanfic that long before. It told me I could do longfic (after years of telling myself I couldn’t). So yeah really proud of that one.

11. Your Longest Fanfic in 2017: The road not taken (104379 words).

12. Any goals for 2018? Finish all the fics I started (including the ME:A ones) and write for a few collections. My main writing goal for 2018 however is not fanfic related but a personal writing goal - I’ll still write fanfic but it will likely only be oneshots and fannish things I am momentarily inspired by. I want to spend the next 6-12 months learning the editing process and editing my original fiction as well as start another novel (that one for later in the year).
