it was a pleasure serving with you vgk lb!! met some pretty cool people, watched some excellent hockey (best series of round 1 and it’s not even CLOSE), loved our golden girls despite the noise, got silly with the ltir memes, and held each other close as the fort collapsed around our ears!!!

vegas might not be my only team but this tiny community has been so special to me !! crazy enthusiastic and dedicated, but respectful and not weird about it; so welcoming and chill and loving despite The Horrors… here’s to many more flamingo showers and pyrotechnics <3

did np know/ was close with coghlan before being on the vgk together?

some of the burners (especially the van island/bc ones) seem to be fans of his and a few of them mention having a hockey game (on nov 10 2023) probably beer league? im trying to figure out if it was a they got close in vegas and coghlan introduced him to his hometown friends situation?

im so fucking mad musk hid likes its literally worse than the day instagram took away the activity thing where you could see the accounts ur following activity like posts they liked, accounts followed and commented on (i love being nosy)

I think they actually only became close once NP and him were on the same team. Ngl Coghlan radiates such Winnipeg vibes that I fr thought they were connected through their hometown, but Coghlan is from BC, and none of his career or life has been based in Manitoba until this year when he got traded to the Winnipeg Jets. Just knowing how the hockey communities work they probably were familiar with each other prior and had mutuals. Don't think they are even friends anymore though.

So I guess that's why you mentioned if NP was introduced to his hometown friends since some of the twitter burners of them are from BC? And you think they could potentially be Dylan's friends or something?

I know that Coghlan seems to have been mentioned by NP and all his burner mutuals. At first it seemed like serious support or sarcastic meme jokes you'd make about your friends, but at some points I really think they're actually just mocking and hating on Dylan. But yeah that's kind of weird to know that NP and his mutuals all have some smartass takes about him, which I do agree makes you think they all personally have to know him, since they're all in on it, which I agree too I think they do have to somewhat know him personally, but the real question is how?

I don't think they're Dylan's hometown buddies just because they live in BC (which they expose where they live if you just sleuth on their page and I've clocked it before too since their dumbasses) they don't all seem BC born and raised to have known Dylan, I think some of them are just people that haven't even been living in BC for long and have relocated from places like MB and other provinces. Most of these guys radiate hockey players though so maybe there is direct or indirect connection from that. Also if your hometown buddies were doing this kind of shit where they start forming circle jerks on Twitter to hate or clown on you, so fucking odd.

I don't know what the beer league hockey thing has anything to do with this, but then again I don't know which tweet you're referencing off one of their accounts.

Hopefully this shit makes sense and I was understanding what you were going with, with this all. My ass has spent like 2 hours trying to type this out for it to be easy to understand haha.
