the VK world doesn’t have over-population as one of it’s problems. due to the catastrophe centuries before, only handful of people survived the PUREBLOOD WAR, hence the result is still felt centuries after. Goverment are aware of the vampires within the society. they simply coexist with the vampire council & hunter association.

although that doesn’t stop the public from figuring it out. smart people just ignore the fact, others that are way too mouthy have memory erasure courtesy of the hunter association.

Some countries have become desolated & abandoned due to the PUREBLOOD WAR. People never really migrated back to them cause of the ghost stories or urban legends that sprouted. it was actually spread out by the government to encourage people to be away from the area where the fighting all happened.

Some countries though are still stable ( mostly due to the funding they received from the remaining PUREBLOODS )

Some histories were inconsistently made, mostly due to the pressure everyone ( higher ups ) was under to cover up the existence of vampires.

All vampires are registered under the Vampire Council & every vfamily that has hunter’s blood ancestry are registered under the Hunter Association.

All governments can access both due to the fact they provide the actual information to both constitutions.

Vampires were successfully hidden in every infrastructure of society by 2030.

From nurses to police officers.

WHO ( World Health Organization ) are mostly in charge of the blood banks that they can access.Without even doing much, WHO became the most needed government organization (bested by the PUREBLOODS ) due too it being the stabilizing force for vampire classes C-D that wasn’t an aristocrat.

Vampire Council has existed since the dawn of the Pureblooods, although without any formal title. They only became an official government when the Hunter association was legalized at 2020.
