I remembered I hadn't edited Lance yet (or Hunk, but he's saved for later on) so I picked out a few screenshots to edit and here's the first out of that bunch!

Going to start uploading my writing here too! Whenever that actually happens Another one-shot is completed, some platonic Pidge and Lance for today

I was looking for writing prompts and came across this one which ofc blasted me into a Pidgance mood so here's what I did with it <3

YES YEEEEES finally some more vf pidgance it’s what they deserve

I had to do this after my VF watch last night. And to make sure I had some things right, I did use screenshots to get position and “backgrounds” close enough. 

Anyway! While my mind sometimes misses things, I think the characters missed a moment to have the perfect quip about someone being safe when dealing with zombies. Especially Pidge. So. I had Pidge tell Lance he was safe and the remark was perfect. Originally I was going to have Keith tell Lance he could be with Pidge later, but it felt more amusing for Pidge to tell him instead. 

Quiznak. I couldn’t escape Plance for this continuity. Oh well.

4. Who felt romantic feelings first? I like to think it was Pidge, or at least he recognized them first.

5. Did either of them try to resist their feelings? Both! Pidge thinks he knows enough about feelings to really believe that telling Lance the way he feels might not be the best idea (because it'll make them unfocused), so he bottles that shit UP When Lance figures it out, he more or less freaks out because he used to see Pidge as a kid and that it was his job to protect him. But now he's recognizes Pidge as an equal I guess, and it's a very weird feeling to him, so he shoves it away

General

8. Who gets jealous easier? Lance absolutely, this ties in with the last question since Lance is seeing Pidge in a new light. He starts noticing when other people start to notice that Pidge is a lot more adult now and actively being interested in him because of it. Pidge does also get jealous btw, he's used to Lance having empty flirts with anybody willing to listen, but Lance doesn't seem to realize that sometimes even when he isn't trying, people are more attracted to him, Pidge isn't good with sharing, lol

Love

4. How often do they cuddle/engage in PDA? A LOT, they are always touching no matter what and nobody can tell them shit because Lance will clown them for it

5. Who initiates kisses? Lance again, Pidge is usually wrapped up in his work or too tired to do any more than cuddle, but that doesn't stop Lance from smooching him and Pidge always returns the kiss

4. How often do they cuddle/engage in PDA? PDA for Panya? Not really, they're both not into that except for little things like holding hands or quick kisses Cuddles however is a different story, Anya craves physical touch as her main form of attention/affection and Pidge is more than happy to comply, especially since it doesn't stop him from doing other tasks

5. Who initiates kisses? Anya! She's the more lovey one, if that makes sense. A lot of their romantic actions are started by her, but if Pidge is tired?? Immediately, he's all over her and just wants to most of his senses to be filled with her

Domestic Life

7. Who kills the bugs in the house? Oh, a tough one, I like to think both do except for specific bugs. Lance will not touch roaches if they start moving, if they're still then he can tough it out, but the second there's crawling or FLYING he's out, Pidge comes in to ninja star it lol. Pidge doesn't touch spiders if they're a certain size, he doesn't know what it is about them, but they freak him out even though he's fine when he looks at pictures of them up close, that's when Lance comes in to either squash it or throw it out the window if one is close enough.

9. Who’s more likely to convince the other to come back to sleep in the morning? If it's a day off, neither of them are leaving the bed, and they rarely have one. I guess Pidge is more convincing because Anya loves her sleep and taking naps, so her sweetness plus a warm comfy place to nap?? Sign her up, rn. Anya can't really convince Pidge to stay in bed because he has a schedule, being a lion pilot is hard work after all

3. who compliments the other in front of everyone? Definitely Lance complimenting Pidge nonstop, Pidge is usually super busy in the hangar, but that doesn't stop Lance from being gooey about him

4. Who's more likely to tell a pun and what's the other's reaction to it? No-brainer here, Pidge doesn't stop telling puns just because they're dating, it's his LIVELIHOOD. Lance does sometimes laugh, but mostly he just rolls his eyes at his genius's stupid jokes

7. Who introduces their partner to their family first? How does it go? Lance is an orphan so the only other option is Pidge introducing him to his adoptive family but not as his boyfriend. They met a while back and Pidge's family loved him especially because he was helping keep Pidge safe. Chip also met Lance way back and they get along, but when Lance and Pidge are official he's not very happy about it because he thinks Pidge can do way better (Pidge points out that chip's crush on hunk is similar just in a different font, which chip vehemently denies)

In DotU, I see their relationship as purely platonic or even familial. However, I do think if they were closer in age I’d be able ship them. Pidge just reads as really young to me, at least definitely a good deal younger than Lance. But in other Voltron universes where they are both young adults, I do go hard for the ship. VF Pidgance waters my crops.
