These three were the first ocs I made from Ever After (excluding Oliver who is an odd case!)

So Athy and Cai were the first two, and I'd already created them both, but they really ended up coming to life in an arcana rp server I joined (it's also the server where I met some of the best people and friends I love 💕), and originally they were so different that it's wild to me how they ended up changing. The original Athy was a lot more femme presenting and had long darker pink hair, didn't have much muscle mass despite being strong, and originally didn't have all the scars! (Enjoy some 2019 glasswing art comparison to her new design 😂)

I definitely love how she's changed over the years, and her design reflects a lot more of who she is now though.

The one thing that has always stayed the same is her personality. Fun facts at potentially inappropriate times, and also as a way of introducing herself, quiet unless spoken to, always observing her surroundings, obsessed with books and enjoying simple easy to eat foods, that she will offer to share with others as a way of showing she likes someone. She's always been given a lot of my own autistic traits, often without me even realising, but I think it's why I've always loved her as my first.

Cai on the other hand started with short black hair, which is honestly so strange to me now because I can't imagine them any other way at this point. I brought them into the rp as a friend to Athy who was also trying to use the visit as an excuse to increase their following, which is pretty on brand for them. Like they do now, they flirt for the sake of maintaining their facade, and act like they have no care in the world, except for maintaining flawless skin (there was a full spa scene where they were teaching someone self care 😂), but were secretly plotting behind the scenes. They've had some very dramatic and intense romances over their time rping, despite being my canonically demi character, but one thing that has never changed is how much fun I have writing them.

What I find funniest about Cai is that when I started writing more actively for Ever After I changed their backstory to just be about being a tyrant and wanting to take the throne and doing bad things to get there, and somehow in the end I've come full circle, back to the days of their rp backstory, and though I won't do any spoilers, their ambitions are now far greater than just the crown (as they should be). But I think their rp has really changed them from what I originally planned for them, which was to be this character who could never fall in love, to now being someone who doesn't think they can fall in love... but when they do they fall so hard and so intensely.

Then finally Helios, he was actually created during a completely different modern rp! With a completely different name, it's hard to believe he was once known as Lothaire. He suits Helios so much better! In the modern rp he was a lawyer of a very rich family, who was very morally upright and very much a stickler for the rules... just for him to have a ship with the most chaotic guy there was 😂 which I think has started this string of Helios being attracted to chaotic personalities. Other than his name, and me giving him contacts, he's been one of my most consistent characters, which in itself is in character haha! I always aimed for him to have that Mr Darcy like edge, and I'm doing my best to capture that for him! I think at this point, whenever I think of Helios I just imagine him as just forever exhausted with everyone else's nonsense, the one sensible person in a room of people running around setting fire to everything.

In my head I always group them together, and I think I will always have a soft spot for each of them, even if I know for a fact they'd all hate me for everything I put them through. I think it's one of those things where I can identify the traits or parts of myself I've put into them a lot more easily since I've been stuck with em in my brain for so long. Athy has my autistic traits, Cai was the character who allowed me to figure out my own gender expression, and Helios has my perfectionism even if it's to a fault.

Thoughts on Kat x Dante and Kat x Vergil

I'm suffering through major writers block recently so to try and push myself out of this I'm going to write down my thoughts and hope that they are semi-coherent.💀

I adore a good love triangle.

I see Kat/Vergil and Kat/Dante as two different ship dynamics

Kat/Vergil - right person, wrong time

Kat/Dante - soulmates (whether platonic or romantic)

I am more preferential to Kat/Dante only because we see him actually begin to care for her more than Vergil seems to over the course of the game (if you've seen my blog you know the amount of Kante propaganda I post💀)

The events of the game:

In the beginning of the game, straight off the bat, it's clear Vergil and Kat are very close or "tight" as Dante so eloquently observes😂 Kat and Vergil work as a team. Kat is indebted to Vergil because he helped her out of a tough childhood. Vergil is indebted to Kat because she acts as his right hand. Although, there aren't many scenes in the game where Kat and Vergil are in the same room (much less, hold a conversation together) but we can still assume they're a team and generally like each other. Kat's closer to Vergil than any other member of The Order. Nice, okay...

But then, through the events of the game Kat and Dante have more scenes together. They talk, they trauma bond, and even though at the beginning Dante was weary of trusting Vergil or Kat, he seems to slowly come out of his shell with Kat and trusts them both because of it.

But the siege of The Order's headquarters is really when we get to fully see the "flip":

up until this point, Vergil seemed closer to Kat than Dante was (and perhaps Kat liked Vergil more as well) but the scales have slowly been tipping, increments of weight being adding in Dante's favor.

And then Vergil leaves Kat in the server room😭

the thing most striking to me about this scene imo is that Kat just seems to accept her fate. She accepts that there's no way out for her and accepts her martyrdom for Vergil's cause because Vergil had so easily accepted it too... but Dante doesn't.

He stays with her. He tells her what to do and how to appear the least threatening to the feds. He assures her that he will be back for her even if no one else is.

He shows her a kindness, a thoughtfulness and it humanizes him in this scene.

Dante has to argue with Vergil to go back and save Kat. Dante changes their whole plan because he doesn't want to let this one human girl die. A far cry from the beginning of the game where he brushed them off and said he "preferred to work alone"...

After all this, even after Vergil reveals his plan to rule over the humans, Vergil still seems surprised (or regretful?) that Kat doesn't back him up, but now Kat knows that she can't support him anymore. Vergil is too far gone, too different from the man who saved her from her foster father.

I also just realized that we can see this somewhat mirrored in the framing of the cutscenes:

In most of her scenes with Vergil, Kat is pushed to the back. She's out of focus and otherwise not the main draw of the scene. In fact, it's very easy to overlook her in the shadows.

Whereas in most of her scenes with Dante, Kat takes up as much space on the screen as he does. She's harder to overlook now paired with that fact that she actually has lines in her scenes with Dante. (although this may just be confirmation bias given she has so many more scenes with Dante💀 I think it's a nice parallel)

Closing thoughts, I like both pairings although I feel that the game devs planed for Dante to be endgame. I still like the idea of a love triangle between the three; Dante and Kat close after Vergil's betrayal, Vergil and Kat as old friends turned sour (past crushes? the one who got away possibly?), and Dante and Vergil being brothers but also vying for Kat's attention (blood is thicker than water).

I saw your tags on my master and commander post and it took me like a full minute to realize when you said one of your top 3 ships you meant relationship and not tallship 😂😂😂

I was definitely watching it for the boats, the sets, and the depiction of sailing culture in the time period. It's wild that they actually did some of thr filming in the Galapagos islands.

They really made it hard not to ship Aubrey and Maturin, though, eh? They literally play duets with each other!!!

I'd love to hear some of your favorite thoughts about the movie if you want, but also no pressure if you don't feel like it or don't have time.

Okay, so. First of all, I'm not very good at talking about media I love past saying "I love it". The people of the server astonish me with their analysis skills. So I'll just say what I really like/what I thought was well executed. And I won't be able not to mention the books, sorry. THANK YOU for allowing me to talk about something I love, though.

(The HMS Surprise is definitely my number one tall ship, by the way 😁)

More than the Jack/Stephen ship, I'm into the Aubrey-Maturin series for the same reasons you watched the movie. I love the sea, naval history, the Napoleonic period, and ships. I also love books/films/shows that go into the social details of a historical period. Jane Austen style, you know. (the books have been described as "Jane Austen at sea" and it's so true)

I think the movie did that well. It portrays the hierachy and class rules in the Navy and british society at large at that time. It always takes the time to show that there can be leeway in this very codified environment, though: fraternisation when success is achieved against impossible odds, Jack allowing Stephen to be his rebel and to question his decisions when captains in the Royal Navy basically had the power of God on their ship, etc. These things couldn't necessarily happen on land, in England, but in this wooden world where men are driven to extremes, they are possible. The movie really makes it clear that Jack isn't the sole hero here, the whole crew is, and this is a group effort of every minute.

One of the layers of Jack and Stephen's relationship is how different their backgrounds are. Even without reading the books, you must have noticed how at odds with the rest of the characters Stephen is (and not only because he won't wear a uniform). Jack is a navy man through and through, since childhood, a red-blooded englishman who believes in and embodies the establishment, although he is able to recognize that there are rotten apples in the barrel and that the powers that be aren't necessarily wise or worth following. Stephen is a civillian: Irishman, catholic, physician, naturalist, an Age of Enlightenment man, who believes that the class system and monarchies are rotten and should give way to a more egalitarian regime. Still, he has a strong sense of duty and puts all his skills in the service of the Naval Intelligence (not shown in the movie), because Bonaparte is just worse than the british state. Stephen's lack of knowledge of/disregard for the ancestral customs of the Navy enables him to be a friend to Jack, an equal, when captains are supposed to be alone (see: Silver being a partner to Flint in a way Gates, a simple quartermaster, never was). They make each other better by disregarding the usual rules of british society in the privacy of their cabin (yeah, they canonically share the cabin, btw). Their use of first names for each other in the movie is a great example: at this time and between a captain and a surgeon, it should be totally inappropriate. (See: Flint calling Gates "Hal")

I like how the movie handles the theme of duty. The characters are in the military in wartime, so obviously they live and breathe duty. Jack's character and his relationship with Stephen are well written enough that it's 100% believable that he would go on an Achab-style quest for the Acheron, going beyond his orders, AND drop it to have Stephen operated on land because he's looking at that cello in his cabin and thinking that no, he can't do it, he can't sacrifice this one, duty be damned. I eat that up.

The fight choreography is amazing. The battle scene at the end is so obviously the result of a lot of talented people working very hard. The music makes your soul travel (the Boccherini string quintet is one of the sounds of love to me). The historical accuracy is crazy insane. (Except that in this particular context, it would make more sense for the enemy ship to be american, not french, like in the book, but eh, american movie. And once you accept this one, the rest is accurate as fuck). The clothes, the technology, the ship, the children at war, oh my it's so perfect. Every time you watch, you catch new details. It's funny! The books have great humor, and that carried over to the movie. It has great performances, too.

I just love it. It stands strong on its own, but when you've read the books, sure you see everything that's missing, but damn, few fandoms are blessed with such a good adaptation.

I can only recommend the books with all my heart, it's one of the rare series of which I can say that it changed me as a person and I'm better for it. The start can be rough because of the naval jargon (although you like ships already, so who knows), but in my experience you can just ignore it and your brain will absorb it and deduce the meaning from the situation as you go along. By the third book, you'll be convinced you can sail a tall ship and you'll be able to predict how the characters will fix damage/alter course/fight, etc. The books just score high on all the points you can expect them to hit.

- this season is better than last. A lot more going on, overall better pacing. They've pulled back from showing the personal lives of the agents in favor of working character stuff into the case/more professional contexts and I think it works better. They’re setting up a lot of secrets/mysteries and I’m not sure if they will be able to pay everything off in a satisfying way, but the build up is so far more exciting than all the Voit show & tell in s16. And even though Rossi is hallucinating, the volume is dialed down on him and dialed up on Emily, JJ, even Luke (a bit) and I couldn't be more glad for that.

- did they let this happen? Did they have some idea that Holly was going to try to kill him? Nah. nah? But Luke jumps right on the opportunity to skewer Voit with it

- JJ AND EMILY HAVING A FULL CONVERSATION. Wow. It feels pretty natural to me, which is funny in retrospect bc we came up so empty on this vector in s16

- NO. JJ!! “it’s not important”. NO IT’S VERY FUCKING IMPORTANT. you’re very fucking important!! gut reaction she feels useful in this situation w/ voit’s family so is more able or willing to tuck her pain away at the moment. this is something she can do.

- k I rewatched that bit a few times. The way JJ brings up her shields, makes nice/light, but then does land, at the end, on a semblance of a real smile. She's no fool. She sees Emily losing her shit. She sees that if someone is going to truly prioritize the well being of Voit's kids, it can & must be her. She accepts that this is the way the world is - for her. This is one of the ways she expresses what motherhood means/is to her. There is always someone to protect, and she will find a way to set aside her own pain to do that. That's where she gets her strength, in the face of all the awfulness she has seen and experienced.

Well, since you asked dbshsghwbw I’ll happily provide my thoughts! Just a disclaimer though: I probably won’t be shouting as much about Floyd as I was with Jade, since I much prefer Jade. I still enjoy Floyd a lot but I just like mature characters that hide how truly unhinged they are better.

I’m going to avoid repeating most of the general comments I had for standardized uniforms (see my original post for those) and just focus on Floyd specific aspects of the looks.

***WARNING: I do go in depth about card designs yet to be released to the TWST En server, so please be warned that there ARE spoilers beneath the cut!***

R — School Uniform

Personally, I much prefer the tidy way of wearing a school uniform *coughjwordcough*, but Floyd wears his both loose and surprisingly well. He doesn’t have his vest done all the way, his shirt isn’t tucked in, nor completely buttoned up, and his blazer’s just hanging wide open. Floyd’s pose is also very relaxed, with a hand shoved in a pocket and a big ol’ grin on his face.

Overall, it suits his personality very well! We can see Floyd’s more laidback than his twin and probably takes normal conventions with a grain of salt. He’s definitely the loose cannon between the two, and it is conveyed well in how he composes himself and how he wears his school-sanctioned clothes.

R — PE Uniform

fnksshsvshwvzks WHNEVER I SeE THIS FLoyD ART, I’m just reminded of how I’d dress for my own exercise 😂 I have a habit of tying a jacket or something around my waist, so I see myself in Floyd (or is it Floyd that I see in me?). In any case, I’m kind of biased to this card because I find myself relating to it.

Actually, you can see how nicely layered the PE uniforms can be from how Floyd is modeling it here. Obviously, there’s the tracksuit, but then there’s also the T-shirt and the undershirt. There’s slight variations of this across the other boys, but I appreciate that Floyd’s pose and colors makes it all pretty easy to see.

He’s smiling as always, but it’s a little different from his totally carefree School Uniform smile. Floyd’s expression here seems a little more smug (probably because he’s ready to lay the smackdown on you in some kind of sport or game), but it still maintains a general air of being relaxed. It strikes a nice balance between competitiveness and “I’m just here to have fun”!

One other notable feature of this artwork is???? Because of the shadowing on his shirt, you can kind of see the size/curvature of his booba 😂 I MEAN YOU GET TO SEE THE BARE BOOBA IN THIS EEL MERFORM AnYWAY, BUT IT’S NICE TO LIKE. GET THE TEASE FOR IT???????

R — Scary Outfit

I honestly wish Floyd had a more dynamic pose for his Scary Outfit (and especially since I can imagine him having tons of fun scaring people on Halloween), but I guess there are limits to what can be done for R cards 😔 His smile here is more subdued and sly (it gives very Jade vibes), which I do think is a nice change of pass from his wide, sometimes deranged-looking, smiles.

Sadly, we can’t see the cute little bone bow (which is facing away), so I’m afraid I’ll have to dock points for that... But!! I do like how he is kind of in a lax “scary” pose (mostly because it helps to showcase his laidback attitude for the story events, and it shows off his black nail polish well).

SR — Labwear

BOI.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING.

The best I can say for Floyd is that he’s wearing his damn safety goggles and gloves. Why is his shirt and lab coat wide open in the middle of a science lab 😭 THAT’S SUCH A MASSIVE SaFETY HAZARD; I’M GETTiNG UNCOMFORTAbLE JUST LOOKiNG At IT??????? mAyBE ITmS JUST MY iNNER AcIENTIST SCREAMINg BUT It’S SO BAD, MY guY........................

That’s not to say that the other boys don’t wear the Labwear worse than Floyd, or that I dislike the art or don’t think it fits his character (in fact, I think it fits him super well; the precarious way he’s holding the test tubes and the beaker without a care in the world is specifically great). It just bdhdbsjsbwosnd bothers me in terms of suspension of disbelief.

I think I much prefer the Groovy to the standard here, if only because the Groovy has Floyd covered in various colors and looking like a mess, which makes me excuse him not following proper lab safety. To me, it just looks like he got knocked down in a paintball fight and is really enjoying himself (and, in that context, it makes me like the Labwear a lot more). Plus... just look at that pure smile!! 🥺 A happy Floyd means one less dead body to clean up after...!

SR — Ceremonial Robes

Floyd’s pose isn’t anything special here, but I really love how the sleeves and other fabric of the robes billows out. It almost gives the illusion that Floyd is taking up more space than he actually is (and, in a sense, he kind of does with his presence and height). He looks like he’s ready to have fun greeting new guppies~ Reeling them in with a lazy grin before he sinks his teeth in...

A bonus of this Floyd art is we get a better look at the gold patterns on the robes. The other cards in this line don’t show the backs, so it helps to make Floyd stand out as the “odd duck” (which, again, really suits him), and also gives fan artists and cosplayers a decent reference for their works 😂

I also gotta say??? I find the placement of the scales on his earrings really satisfying in this art for some reason??? That’s something I really can’t explain why very well... I think maybe because they’re set in such a way that if you were to make the picture move, it would produce a satisfying clacking sound as the scales hit each other.

Okay, take what I said about his standard Ceremonial Robes art and dial it up by 10. The robes really get to shine with Floyd here. Combined with his dancing and the slight upward worm’s eye view angle, we get treated to many of the front-facing details of the outfit (the belt, the magical pen on a chain, the patterns on the underside of the robes, etc.), along with Floyd’s shining face.

SR — Outdoor Wear

Words cannot express how much I adore Floyd’s outdoor wear... The greens and blues, the dorky little eel plushie as the spiritual stand-in for Jade, the visor, the visor and T-shirt with a reference to The Little Mermaid... even the stupid fanny pack somehow works on him. It looks very breezy, easy to move in, and comfortable for camping look there’s even a little flash of his tum!!

This card does a good job of showing us Floyd’s unique sense of fashion—in theory, none of this shit thrown together would work that well, but somehow it does anyway???? He just goes with the flow and has a blast doing it. It makes me a little envious that he can dress and act so carefully, but at the same time I’m happy that he’s enjoying himself.

UM BUT SPe-AKING of WnJOyiNG HimSselF can we talk about that Groovy???? Boy looks like he’s about to commit murder in broad daylight and I am HERE FOR IT. IT’S EVE N BETTER CUz WE geT A NICE phAt JUICY BACK ShOT oF GRIMMU 😤 AnD MUShROOMS 100000000/10, would let Floyd murder me again ❤️

SSR — Dorm Uniform

Not gonna lie, this is the picture I reference when I need help understanding how the Tweels’ hair works..................  I think having Floyd remove his hat for this art is interesting? Unlike Azul and Jade, Floyd usually goes with his gut and just does whatever he likes without much thought to it, so the hat removal here is probably meant to hint that he acts as he wishes and steps out of line more often. The way he has his legs posed is also a bit more whimsical and freeing; you can even see his pant leg ride up a bit to show his socks. Visible socks aren’t really a style that’s popular, so this, again, could play into Floyd being a very unique individual that operates based on his own terms and not on what people expect of him.

Actually, something I’ve noticed about quite a few of Floyd’s uniforms is that because they’re often undone versions of the uniform, it helps give us a better sense of the details and how the different accessories and layers work. Like, Floyd has his blazer open and bowtie undone, so we can see the standard Octavinelle uniform has a cummerbund and suspenders underneath (this can also be viewed in the TWST art book, but it’s nice for people who don’t have that as a resource to see Dorm Floyd for the Octavinelle uniform reference). The freeform way of wearing his very formal dorm uniform is, of course, something that also plays into perfectly illustrating Floyd’s free-spirited personality

This shot is just kdbdjsbsjsjs so nice????? Like... because it’s from a bird’s eye view, you get a little tease of his cleavage... and because of the indoor lighting and the way it reflects off of his eyes, it makes Floyd’s irises seem brighter than they normally are. It gives him a super striking look!! That, paired with the little blep of his tongue... IT’S A KILLER COMBO 😳 AnD THIS IS COMinG FROM SoMEONE WhO SimPs FoR HIS tWIN

As for his Groovy, well. OTL Y-You probably know how I feel about fictional characters with the ability to step on me and kill me with their bare hands... hot I’m pretty sure the context for this scene is that Floyd kicked down a door, not a person, but regardless, his expression is so dark and cold 😳 that sassy hand on the hip... and the lighting just makes it all the more hot ominous................... . . . ..... ... . . . . I think the team really outdid themselves with this one!

SSR — Beans Camo

I’ll reiterate here that I think the beans camo clothes have an extremely ugly pattern, but I concede that the beret and the black jumpsuit underneath is fine; it’s just the camo itself that’s garish and hard to look at. The same goes for Floyd. In this case, him wearing the clothes more loosely (and stacking on so many beans) actually acts as a detriment to him because everything billows and can snag on branches, thus making him a bigger target in the game than he already is (not that he cares). 

ashlbflaiudaupbfoabf The dual wielding is definitely fun for Floyd, and the smaller pea shooter things look less ridiculous than Jade’s single massive one. The angle Floyd’s at is pretty dynamic, too (you get a good shot of his precious footwear lol)! It works well as an action shot with Floyd’s determined expression.

... Okay, this is the part where I rip the bandage off and say I don’t like Beans Camo Floyd’s standard art. I already have a bias against it because it’s the ugly beans camo, but even more than that, the lighting of the artwork comes off as kind of muddy to me? It might be that I’m just not used to seeing the harsh glare of sunlight on that type of clothing, but I asidasudnsad just can’t bring myself to care for it much.

I think the lighting for his Groovy is much better! Very sunny, with all those leaves draping down... It kind of gives me relaxed cottagecore vibes, and the posture doesn’t make the camo flare out too much or take up more space than is needed. It’s nice and compact! This is also a rare moment where we get to see Floyd being genuinely soft and cute (albeit not aimed at us, the player, but at Epel as Floyd talks about how great it’d be to destroy a strong opponent 🎵), so we’ve gotta enjoy it while we still can! The best part of the art is definitely how his cheek squishes when he presses his hand against it~

SSR — Birthday Boy

shbdbasyuda There’s not much for me to comment on this particular card other than??? I think they could have used something more exciting instead of the undone bowtie for one of the key items. The big ol’ shoe pin is ashdbasyudyasda so weird to look at, but it does carry that Floyd “who gives a shit” energy perfectly. The wink and the lazy hand wave are also very cute and help add to the charm of the standard art (and hey, Floyd actually decided to wear his suit kind of properly for once in a blue moon, even if the collar isn’t as high up as it should be).

His Groovy art is also a good reference for hair (I like how saturated and rich the color is under the lounge lights!), but I really don’t like the overall look and composition of the piece. Like, yes, it’s cute that he’s stealing the strawberry off of Jade’s slice of cake, but since Jade’s body is taking up the left side and Floyd is centered, the right side looks weirdly empty and throws off the balance of the entire thing. I do think negative space can be used to make a more effective composition, but in this case, I don’t think it worked. 

I don’t know if this is just me, but... This is one of those instances where Floyd’s face looks a little odd to me? I think it’s something about the mouth shape, because I still think his eyes look nice and the shape is consistent with other artworks. Maybe the mouth just looks a little too narrow or pointed because of the angle???? It’s weird, I can’t really put it into words 💦

SSR — Union Birthday

Finally, we have Union Birthday! I feel like there isn’t much for me to comment on except “it’s weird how the Union Birthday cards all have the boys wearing the clothes the exact same way”, and it really REALLY makes Floyd lose some of his individuality. I do, however, appreciate that his left hand is spread out so we can get a good look at his fingers 😩

Union Birthday’s Groovy art is, in my opinion, far superior to the standard one. Floyd is centered again, but unlike his Birthday Boy Groovy, there’s actually enough detail in the background to make the negative space not look so empty, even when Deuce takes up the left of the image. ADSUFBIAUSOVAVADS HONESTLY DEUCE’S CUTE “WOW I’M SO GLAD I’M STILL ALIVE” FACE IS HALF OF THE REASON THIS GROOVY IS SO GOOD ASDHBASDBOFIAUFLDAIBSDA AND FLOYD’S QUIETLY UNHINGED “YOU’RE LUCKY I HAVEN’T KILLED YOU YET” FACE IS THE OTHER HALF

The way Floyd’s positioned too???? It gives off a menacing aura, with his big body leaning into Deuce’s--but the expression and the light grip in the paper plate on his head give me the impression that Floyd isn’t lashing out immediately, it comes off as more of a slow and cold rage (similar to Jade’s) WHICH IS HONESTLY PROBABLY WHY I THINK IT’S SO H OT ASDJVYASVYOFIAUFLAFIKFUAILBHLKGVKUQFIYLAWUFVUEWOIUO;HGWOI;OAW;NAFLANMF.A/,C;IPA’DG;I; ANY WAY SDFHSJF ASDGUASBLD THIS IS A WAY BETTER GROOVUY THAN BIRTHDAY BOI FLOYD AND I’MS TANDING BY THAT CLAIM

Start off, completely fine, I’m glad that you treated yourself! Everyone needs one day to just go “I’m done! Mine” to their favorite junk. It’s the mom friend in me to worry about people. Honestly worry about everyone on the server but I can’t exactly go “is everyone okay?” Since you do it more times than not.

The panic attacks are social anxiety 🥲. It’s whenever I’m in a crowded area or out of my comfort zone do they happen. I’m able to get them under control but it’s literally just anxiety. Being introverted does that to you. I do notice when they’re starting, which is why I try to de-escalate them during the middle but if it’s at gatherings and school…many try dragging me back and so I can’t get it completely together. I’m good after about 30 minutes to an hour. And surprisingly it’s not my mind. My mind’s completely blank and working on calming me down. Weird right? Very rarely is it because my brains all over the place during them. It’s all over the place before and after but never during.

Actually..I’ll be happy to show you! And if you wanna go through the process then I’ll let you do that too! I normally do my makeup and have my sister in law do my hair. Thinking a rope braid or just some crowning braid with defined curls for hair though. Nothing too much. And I’ll be happy to show the outfit and everything when I get it! Most likely because I’ll be suuuper exited. Gotta to shoe shopping tho because wooo, ain’t done anything for this. Yet. And my “besties” have work or have a boyfriend so…doubtful 😅. And at school I’m known as my mom’s kid or the quiet smart girl…so. I’ll be with my “husband” during this 😂. Yeah, the 25 year old is sweet…but I was just looking for friends 😐. Also! ah, i see.. hm i used to have vv bad social anxiety when i was younger, so ik in a way how you feel.. but then after finding comfort in myself and forgetting what people think of me or how they look at me when m around a large group has rlly helped me ALOT DJFJD being able to dispose of the thought that your around so many people when you're with a group of friends also help too, just focusing on your friends and acting like it's just y'all has always worked for me, yknow? but ik it can always be different for everyone, just wanted to tell you what's worked for me and my attacks.. maybe and hopefully and can help you to bb. <’33
