Brushing her hand over the little demons hair, Flora’s face softened as he hugged her. Wrapping her other arm around him, she holds him close.

“Zio? Is everything okay?” Not that Flora minded hugging him or getting random hugs from him. She loved hugs and wanted to protect Zio as much as possible while he was in her care. She just wanted to make sure he was okay, too, and the hug didn’t stem from a place of needing comfort. Flora would help him the best she could. And she trusted Zio to be honest with her if anything was the matter.

Usually it was the case, hugging the ones for need of comfort and safety. This time, the lesser demon felt a sense of longing for doing so, with his small arms stretching as wide he could, he gave her a gentle hug, the side of his head softly resting on her waist.

"Z-Zio is okay. Zio l-likes getting h-hugs from F-Flora..."

@vere-flores: Covering her mouth, Flora tries to stifle the giggles from escaping. She couldn't help laughing at how dramatic Eiji was being. Normally, Flora humored him when it came to anything related to his interests, even if it was related to one of his newest waifu obsessions. Waving her hands in front of her, she takes in deep breaths in an attempt to stop her giggles.

"I-I'm sorry, I'm not trying to laugh at you. It's just cute and a little funny to me how serious you're taking this."

and maybe his reaction to the pull was a little DRAMATIC. but it was an advertised boosted rate-- so why did he only get duplicates of characters and weapons that he did NOT need? was asking for ONE character really too much for the universe to provide?

apparently so.

".. no its fine, you'll probably see more.. outbursts like that after i grind and collect some more currency." with his latest spending spree, his wallet needed time to RECOVER. what bad timing as this boosted rate was too short for any f2p to enjoy. "maybe you should hold my phone the next time i pull.. you might be LUCKIER than me."

"Flora, dear!" Arms wrap around the other woman without hesitation. "Hello, hello! It's been too long!" Harmony squeezes Flora with a small laugh. She can hardly contain the excitement welling within her heart. She has not seen her friend for so long.

"How you've been? Would you like me to get you anything?"

It had taken the man a while to realize someone was following him, having his mind focused on many other matters, which was mostly trying to make his way towards the back gates of the palace without accidentally getting caught up with someone in a conversation he knew he would not be able to stop himself from happening.

Although it seems such cards were not in his favor, his paranoia briefly spiking as he finally stopped in his steps, turning around to see who'd put the effort into following him through the gardens.

At the sight of the princess, he let out a small sigh of relief, a smile quick to appear on his lips. "Goodness! I didn't quite expect you to be the sneaky type your highness! Did you need me for anything? Although I must confess I am in a bit of a hurry right now!" He chuckles, holding up the basket hanging off his arm to indicate what his hurry was.

Briar had decided that she would take a new class, outside of the usual psychology lectures that she bothered to attend. It was surprising that she didn't sleep during the lecture, and was getting ready to leave the building when she noticed one of her new classmates, some sort of floral name if she remembered right. Briar stood behind the glass window, observing her fret and wondering if she should intervene. She got lost in her thoughts until the other's eyes fell on her, and she waved awkwardly, stepping out from the window and through the doors.

"Sorry, um, you're in my class, I just had, do you want to share an umbrella? You seem, er, ill-prepared?"

College Life

...Again, he found himself missing Tohru's homecooked meals. He couldn't very well ask her to stop by his place every day to pre-prepare his food for college...she had her own life too. And while he was fine with his own cooking--others begged to differ, apparently--he settled for convenience store food during his lunch breaks.

Yuki sighed, looking at the empty plastic bento, a group of giggling girls passing by behind him. He got up to dispose of it, and gasped suddenly as he had almost bumped straight into someone, a girl, and the startle practically made him trip over his own feet--

Luckily he caught himself and the waste in his hands, but he could feel his heart running a mile a minute.

"I'm sorry, I should've been more aware of my surroundings..." It's not like there were already rumors about him, as there were in high school.

But...that was okay. As far as he could tell, they were mostly harmless. He hoped, at least.

"It's your birthday, right, Lelouch?" Flora calls out to the blind man, reaching to gently place her hand on his arm so as not to freak the other man out before placing a box in front of him, close enough he can feel its presence, "I have a present here, if you want to open it."

Inside, he will find a box of his favorite tea and a new cup that has a raised cherry blossom design on it. It was pink and white. Flora hoped he didn't mind.

[Hope you don't mind!! I figured Flora would probably know it by now since they're friends, but you can ignore this if she wouldn't.]

...Suzaku was definitely behind everyone knowing his birthday was today. He heard her set something in front of him, but there was a pause. "You didn't have to..."

His hands felt the box, a little relieved to find it had a lid and all he had to do was lift it off. First he found the little box of tea--which had braille lettering on it! But there was more, tissue paper surrounding something else. Carefully taking the item out, it took him only a moment to realize what it was, and even to feel the intricate design on the side.

"Oh..."

Gently, he set it down on the table with the little plate that accompanied it(it had the same design!) and slowly ran his finger around the lip of the cup.

"I think I'll be using this often. This..." again, his fingers had found the design on the side of it, "it means a lot. Thank you."

Haruhi felt her whole body shake and hugged herself as the tears started to fall. She had a shaky breath and hiccuped a bit before hearing someone try and speak to her.

"A-Ah..." She spoke out. "I-I... I-I'm sorry I-..."

She continued to cry and hold herself even tighter.
