"Wanita itu agen perdamaian"

Rasanya, udah sering menemukan kutipan ini. Berseliweran. Kutipan yang pertama kali aku baca dari akunnya Mba Apik. Tanpa coba aku pahami makna dibalik itu semua.

Hmm wanita kan lembut, jadi bisa mendamaikan. Dan buat hati sesiapapun damai.

Begitu saja pikiran dangkal yang tidak coba digali dan diklarifikasi lebih lanjut.

Tapi ternyata lebih dari itu!

Wanita. Jika beres akalnya, beres juga rumahnya. Jika beres hatinya, beres juga anak-anaknya.

Bukankah sering juga kita dengar, bahwa dibalik pria sukses ada wanita hebat. Entah itu wanita sebagai istrinya ataupun ibunya.

Dari beberapa tempaan yang Allah kasih, aku menyadari sesuatu. Dan ternyata kalimat diatas bisa sangat terasa jika kita sudah hidup berdua dengan seseorang. Kutipan akhirnya tak hanya sekedar kutipan. Tapi benar-benar pengingat yang jitu.

Iya, saat sang lelaki mengatakan sesuatu, selalu saja terdengar lebih berkonotasi negatif. Mereka memang lebih banyak memfokuskan penggunaan bahasanya pada kata benda, sehingga terdengar lebih mengintimidasi diri sebagai subjek kalimat. Mereka meskipun memiliki jumlah kosa kata yang sama dengan wanita, tapi jarang menggunakan kesemua varian kata apalagi pembahasaan yang dilemah-lembutkan.

Dan disinilah selalu menjadi cela keributan. Wanita benar-benar jadi sumber masalah. Meresa tak terima atas perkataan si lelaki, dia marah dan emosional. Akhirnya perbincangan yang tengah hangat dan damai pun berubah seketika. Sang lelaki ikut mengambil porsi marahnya juga.

Tapi coba kalau wanita bisa lebih santai. Coba untuk memahami setiap perkataan lelaki. Tak impulsif. Tak juga inisiatif membuat tafsir. Tarik napas sejenak. Lalu kemudian, beri respon yang positif.

Jikapun memang ada kesalah pahaman, sungguh lebih mudah menyelesaikannya. Percayalah, bukan hanya sang wanita yang bersusah payah mengartikan kalimat sesungguhnya yang disampaikan melainkan juga sang lelaki selalu mencoba memberikan apa yang (mereka kira) wanita mau. Mereka selalu ingin wanitanya bahagia. Hanya saja, hanya karena sang lelaki adalah makhluk yang tak pandai memilih kata, semua selalu berantakan.

Bahkan kata-kata pujian, "Kamu cantik hari ini." malah terdengar dan terdeskripsikan bahwa hari-hari yang lalu ia jelek. Haha.. Dasar wanita si perasa, dan lelaki si lemah bahasa.

Well, saat wanita sudah mampu memanagement ini, tentunya keadaan rumah pun akan aman damai sentosa.

Jadi kalau wanita itu agen perdamaian, lelakinya adalah sumber kedamaian itu sendiri. Bisa atau tidak menjadi sumur damai akan menentukan bagaimana semua kualitas peranan sang wanita.

Ah begitu! Mengapa akhirnya kegagalan semua urusan rumah dan anak dititik beratkan pada wanita ya? Padahal wanita bergantung sumber kedamaian itu sendiri.

Duh, jadi terdengar sedikit feminisme ya hahaha
