He could ask details about how she got into this situation- and who she was- later. Right now all that mattered was winning. Thankfully, it seemed she could handle herself in a fight.

Due his intervention, her situation would lean towards her favor as the creatures became a bit more agitated. There was a distance between the two groups, so the lancer took this opportunity to briefly explain her current situation.

"I'm not certain about their estimated number nor knowing how many more of them would come at us. Even though this is the first for me encountering these creatures, I can tell they're territorial." Her eyes were scanning the horde in front of her. "I might need your assistance to create a distraction so we could make a proper escape."

Fey then readied her spear as the tip of her weapon started to emit a faint blue glow while ice crystals were also forming around it.

I've had this series in my drafts for a while now. I kept meaning to come back to it but life has been way too overwhelming for me to think about VP. But then I had a conversation with @juststayquiete this morning & realized that all of you, all of us together, are constantly phoenixing.

The world is on fucking fire and so are so many of our lives. But I keep looking up from my breaking point, seeing you all, and finding more and more reasons to start again.

SO SO SO, This is Venix, my Arcana oc.
