i think the choice to make a velma lead series was actually really smart because she’s the only member of mystery inc not consistently part of a duo which gives her room to shine on her own and carry an independent arc. if you even care.

#it can’t be scoob bc who is scooby without shaggy #it can’t be daphne or Fred bc they’re together #i think shaggy series would work but only bc of the shaggy cinematic universe #like ghoul school #reluctant werewolf #almost all shag #but even then he has a kinda dumb and dumber thing going on #velma at least is known for competence and has the range to be a perspective character #w little issues of awareness or exposition #the execution is the problem #not the fact that it’s velma!!!!!#also the movie daphne and velma slaid I wish that was a series
