I’m cold today! So I quickly wizzed up this spicy cauliflower soup for lunch. OF COURSE you homemake your curry powder from scratch at the start of the recipe....! It’s in the Thermomix after all..! 😂😂😂😂😂 I didn’t have all of the whole spices in, I had mostly ground but what a punch of flavour it has...! PHWOAR...! Toast spices for 8 minutes before grinding. Add 2 tsp to your soup with cauliflower & a handful of cashews.
