Of all the 23 Christmases I got to celebrate to this day, I’ve never loved dessert as much as when it was Mum’s traditional chestnut yule log. Richtig, Weihnachten ist vorbei und richtig hier war lange Zeit nichts los... Aber ich hatte ehrlich gesagt auch echt keinen Plan wie es hier weitergehen könnte. Dieses Instagram ist so voll mit Zeugs, dass man fast schon Angst hat irgendwas zu posten. Da wir aber weiterhin unserer Leidenschaft, dem Kochen und Backen nachgehen und es einfach auch Spaß macht, die Ergebnisse zu teilen, geht es nun wirklich weiter. Wie genau, das steht zwar immernoch nicht so ganz fest, aber ihr werdet es in Bälde hier erfahren. Das war übrigens ein „bouche noel“ oder auch „yule log“ genannt, nicht zu verwechseln mit einem Baumkuchen.
