We just took delivery of a new bean, so exciting! I can’t give much away yet and it will take us some time to find the perfect roast. Excited to get started though, although we did plan to have a little break, which is not easy when you’re distracted by lots of chocolate and cacao and lots and lots of delicious possibilities of flavours 🤤 🍫 We’re waiting to hear more news from the government on our current lockdown, it’s all so gloomy, the cacao is definitely a ray of light for us in the middle of this.
