Hey #bosvegbbqpotluck family we hope you are doing alright out there @daartistznt here... Relle @ 803urbanclass and I haven’t posted in a while as we have been adjusting to our current life’s circumstances. I wanted to take a moment to say hi 👋🏾 and to share what I have in my kitchen. I come from a school of though that health starts in the kitchen. I was very fortunate today to acquire some #healingaloe fresh #aloevera which has many healing properties! .🌵 -skin health can be applied topically to a fresh wash face as a skin mask or moisturizer .🌵 -skin damage i.e. burns, sun burn or irritated skin .🌵 -dental health can be used as a mouth wash .🌵 -has antioxidants and antimicrobial benefits .🌵 -colon health helps get things moving can resolve or help one become more regular when incorporated into daily diet .🌵 - Tea can be made into a healing tea 1 table spoon of fresh gel to one cup of boiling hot 🥵 add sweetener if you choose! .🌵 #holistichealth is a big part of our lives and we will periodically over the next few weeks share about immune health and simple meals for all us vegan to make at home on the fly!
