Our 🦃ThanksLiving🦃 feast yesterday was delicious!! This was my first time having a Turducken, vegan or otherwise and it was fantastic! Though I really like @da_9’s name for it better: Turdokken! Way more rock ‘n’ roll! 🤘🏼🤘🏼 Very thankful for fine folks at @thebutchersson_ for making it possible to enjoy all the flavors of a traditional Thanksgiving without any of the cruelty. Not sure how they do it. I’m thinking they must be wizards... Anyway, along with our Turdokken 🤘🏼🤘🏼, we had roasted veggies, mashed celery root-potatoes, homemade boozy cranberry sauce, sausage stuffing (also from the Butcher’s Son), @the_tofurky_company gravy and homemade pecan pie! My first time making one, actually. It could have been a little less “well done” but it was/is still super yummy and sweet! We topped that with @traderjoesvegan coconut whipped cream, you know, because it wasn’t sweet enough... So. Good.
