Day 1 in Myanmar - Mandalay: This was our first time in Myanmar and we were not sure how vegan friendly the country is. We somehow managed to make the staff of the hotel - Diamonds Inn - understand that we are vegans and look what we got. Delicious fried rice with scrambled tofu, stir-fried flat noodles, spring rolls, stir-fried bokchoy and potato in roasted cumin powder.
