Completed a short sweet total body workout! Feeling sweet! 👍🏾👏🏾💪🏾😊❤️ A little update on my bbg progress. I'm currently finishing week 4 (week 18) but it's been a bit sporadic, due to shit happening in my life. I realized the other day I really miss lifting heavy so I'll be replacing a bbg workout with a heavy weight session. Not sure which one I'll replace but I guess when there is a day I rather hit the gym for an hr, I'll do that instead of a bbg workout. I'm also adding heavier weights to the workouts and that's really kicking my ass. Yesterday I did #absandarms, using Heavier Dumbbells for the squat and press, whooaaaaa really intense. As for the #30swingsadayfor30days, I've also fallen back on that. But I will continue to incorporate kettle bell swings in my workouts or if I feel like a quick 10 min workout in the AM that's what I'll do. I wasn't sure if I wanted to share what my fitness has been like because like I said, life has been tough especially this past week. BUT my bday is next week and I'll be taking a much needed break, and going to Canada for a few days! So excited!! Thank you guys for liking my last post on the abs move. I wonder if I should post more vids like that??? Would you all want to see that kind of stuff??
